This place is a little out of the way for me but I like coming here because it's not that busy when I have been here. I think they have 4 different size washing machines, and dryers on both sides of the place. It's $1.50 for the regular washers and a quarter for every 12 mins (might be off by a minute or two) to dry. It's connected to a boba/ice cream place in case you get the munchies while you wait, they offer fluff and fold, there are a few TV's, they sell detergent, bleach and whatever else you need. There is also a water fill station in case you want to fill up your 5-gallon jugs for your water dispenser at home. I never thought I would be reviewing a laundromat, yet here I am. read more

I come here all the time and it's not a bad spot, but the old lady who they have as a manager is grouchy and doesn't come on time to open. Has cars waiting outside because she comes at whatever time she pleases. She acts as if she owns the place. Horrible customer service from her. This spot is getting a 1 star review solely because of her. To the owner of this place, you should be keeping an eye of who you're putting in charge of your business. If I could give zero stars. I WOULD!!! No soap to wash your hands!! Amid the pandemic. This place is doing "so much" to help the community. You know with all the hand washing you do elsewhere your hands get dry. Thankfully they provide lotion next to their sinks, rather than SOAP to keep your hands moistened. They have a restroom too. It's 3:38p. It's 90 degrees outside and the Air conditioning is off. I asked the worker why didn't they turn on the AC and they said that the owner doesn't allow them to if the doors are open. I then asked why couldn't they close the doors and turn on the air conditioner. And again they said that the owner didn't let them. We have to pay increased costs to do laundry here. It's hot outside and even hotter inside especially while drying and folding hot laundry. I am not returning. I'm leaving with a bad headache and not feeling well due to the heat. read more

Prices weren't the best. Hours say they close everyday at 11 and the worker told us to get out at 10. She started to mop before people were gone(not including me) and then would get bothered when people would step on what she cleaned. mind you, she mopped the areas leading to and surrounding the change machine, vending machines, and bathrooms. read more

The machines here are very old and a lot of dryers do not work and the ones that do take forever to dry, it costs more to wash here than at any other laundromat. Will not be coming back here. I dont give any ratings to this place the people that work there if they barely see u getting coins they follow u there been varies occasions that they ask me if i am washing when i getting my coins, and my clothes being inside washers waiting for my coins. Other than that they decided to raise their prices on washers and reduce time for each coin used when their machines need alot of maintenance. Dryer are not reliable and cant even come home with my clothes dried. Before u try to take our money find ways to actually pay a good tech to fix your machines. Stop using ppl from friends just to save money pay a good tech to fix your stuff then when u have realible stuff then raise up prices. This is my favorite laundry mat so far. However, I'd like to see more of the smaller speed queen commercial washers. I come by every week like clockwork and I've noticed that they are always short two or three commercial washers. Everyone that I have met here states how much they love these washers as opposed to the larger ones. Every time that I come in here, I also wait for those washers to become available but it's becoming a pain in the butt to do that. Especially when I have to do laundry late in the evening after a long day at work. The staff are all very nice and attentive. I also love that they have a boba place inside. I have recommended this place to a few of my friends and they have all had almost the same experience as far as waiting for the commercial washers. honestly if you need to do your laundry on an often basis don't come here they are getting way too expensive . Besides the lady in the afternoon don't even let you use the restroom unless you pay.. Decided to try the fluff and fold option at this laundromat. I was so disgusted when I picked up my items the were mostly towels. They had a weird chemical smell and were folded sloppy. My clothes did not feel or smell clean! I will never use the fluff and fold again. read more

Clean. Free wifi. Big screen TV's. Water service. JITB next door :) It's not 24hrs. I just asked and its 6am-11pm. Last wash is at 9:30pm. My only complaint is the old dirty looking restroom in which are of course made dirty by dirty people. I would rather walk over to Jack In The Box where I can buy an Oreo shake while I wait for my clothes. It can get pretty warm in here but they try and keep it ventilated. Friendly owners. read more

The first couple times the machines that worked were doing the job fine. Today I went in at open so I could actually get a head start on chores on my day off. After I fill up five wash machines, the attendant decides to tell me that there is no hot water, because one machine wasn't allowing me select hot water, but other four did. When I brought this up she explained there is actually no hot water in the whole building. Not sure how long that was going on. But then makes sense why my clothes didn't seem as clean as usually last week. I ask where is a sign? She pointed out one on a wall on a piece of cardboard. I said to her why not put it in the entrance so people can see right away. She then says most people don't complain. Which I responded that most people probably don't know.... Which the other two women cleaning overheard the situation and I could see they were looking at the sign then and did not seem to know that they were not getting hot water. At least she gave me my money back but seriously just wasted my time and screwed up my whole day because I couldn't finish my laundry on time. All the good washing machines are constantly out of service. Yes they have those big washing machines but they don't get the job done right. I've tried them multiple times and my clothes still come out soiled....gross! They really need to keep up with the good machines or they just might lose my business. I've been coming here for years and I was very sad when they got rid of most of the good washing machines. The dryers work great! Three quarters gets the job done when it's 3/4 full. Been coming get here pretty often since there's plenty of washer and dryers but today our washer stopped in the middle of the cycle. Tried looking for someone but no one looked like they worked here. Was looking at some Mexican dude and he was just constantly talking on the phone so I thought he was just a customer. I tried valling the # on Yelp and its a damn fax machine. As we're looking good for someone for 5 minutes, I saw the dude walk into the office. He looked at us while were looking for someone for help and said nothing. Finally I said something and there were no apologies and he told me why I opened it. First it was locked, then it unlocked and I opened it. Clothes were still soaking wet. He did run the washee for us o In another washer but thats another 30 minutes wasted. Lame customer service, I rather pay more for a place that has people actually working. This place use to be decent but it's now a circus with lame parents letting kids do what they want. Go find a better place than here. read more

This is a nice clean place. Has a $.25 House of the Dead game that works. A few big screen tv's. Went in around 8pm on a Friday and felt safe. $1.25 for a single top loader and $.75 for 35 minutes of a drier. And they have all those other bigger ones too. Last wash is 9:30pm. Closes at 11pm. I've been coming here it's only 25 cents less to wash the new washers are up a quarter so now they're the same as the other places. the only time the machines and the areas are clean is when they have that Mexican lady that works her butt off today April 20th today the Mexican attending was not there there was some old Asian lady with glasses that looked like she was going to die some of the washers had bits of paper like when someone leaves paper on the pocket inside the washer there was powder soap on top of the large loads there was liquid on the floor the floors were dirty and she was filling up the water machines and accounting machines. oh and she doesn't speak English as I found out. yeah yeah okay okay yeah yeah ok ok ok okay thank you okay read more

Place is pretty clean. There is always an attendant around keeping an eye on things. There are a variety of washers and dryers making it convenient for any load size. The TVs help pass the time. Only thing is they don't go by the posted business hours. Although on yelp and the sign posted on the door, it states they close at 11pm, the evening attendant decided they close at 10pm. She said she needed an hour to clean, so that is why the sign has 11pm as closing time. Huh? In summary, pretty decent place just know they close at 10pm, not 11pm. read more

As a college student using her own pocket money to wash clothing(my blankets couldn't fit in the campuses washing machine) I thought 4 dollars for the big washer was a bit pricey, but besides that the place is nice. It's pretty clean, and there's a boba place in it, also if you're hungry there are a few eateries close by as well. read more

This place is kind of hard to find if you don't know where to go but once I found it I was happy. I walked in And found the attendant, there was a language barrier that was a bit frustrating but I should be used to that now. I used the fluff and fold service and they've charged me the cheapest so far. Clothes were nice and clean and smelt great. The reason o did t put the fifth start was because I gave her my number to call when finish but I never got a call. I had hoped to have my stuff same day, I waiting till the third day and just went in and got it. It was ready and waiting but I would have appreciated a text or call. This place keeps getting worse. I noticed how the machines are getting more and more unreliable. In one day, 1 washer kept turning off while washing and I had to keep restarting it. And then a dryer would not get hot and I lost money. The worst part is that when I reported both incidents to the attendant, she basically did not care. She switched on something and the machine went back on but she did not refund me the lost value. When I reported the washer, she basically said that's how things are. And walked away. read more
