I'm sad to have to update my review. The hours are so convenient. It attracts the very wrong crowd to hang out, either inside or outside. This is my 4th time here and the second time I see someone doing suspicious activity. The last time there was a guy drinking in the laundry room, a random zombie and this time a guy who came in suspicious and switched attires to cover an electric scooter that I'm sure he stole. To top it off the place was dirty today. I really wanted to give Grace but not a person insight, the trash cans are full and just dirty. Half the machines are broken, long wait times for open machine, bad etiquette from customers leaving their hamper in the aisles, dirty and trash on the floor, be prepared to drop $20 on laundry. Can't wait to finally have a working washer and dryer and not have to come here anymore. I take CBD just to be able to tolerate this. read more

My experience here has been a total nightmare. I usually come here weekly and last night one of the machines I was using broke, I tried to contact someone for help. I am still waiting to hear from someone, a family member was able to get in contact with someone (12 hrs later) but aren't answering our phone calls now, all my clothes are ruined. I've left voicemails and messages for a call back and no answer. This place is extremely disappointing. I waited 5 hrs last night and was constantly calling in hopes someone would come help so this wouldn't happen. read more

I'm writing this review because I came in here Friday night to wash. I used both of the 60 lb load washer $7. When one of my cycles was done my clothes were drenched . So although they were not 60 lbs I figured it was too much so I separated them into 2 washers and rewashed them , another $14 . When the cycle was finished , one washer did perfectly the other one my clothes were still drenched so I figured the spin cycle wasn't working. At this point it's now 11:30pm give or take. I had no choice but to dry them because I couldn't spend another $7 washing . I had put them on for 50 minutes in the dryer. By minute 35 I checked them and they were still drenched. I ended up finding the worker who wasn't there previously that's why I couldn't let them know right away. I explained what happened she even felt my drenched clothes and told me I have to contact the manager and surely he will get back to me in the morning for a refund. I've called him , texted him , I've texted her & neither one is answering me. read more

There has been a huge transformation taking place here. When I first came here in 2022, it was filthy. I was told that this place has new ownership and management, and it shows. It's clean! And it's also open 24/7! I used to never want to talk about this place because it was run down. I would only go there because it was convenient. Now...I'm proud to say I'm a loyal customer. This laundromat is amazing! As someone that hates washing, this laundromat made washing clothes feel like a breeze. The location is very clean, machines work and are fairly new. Being able to pay through an app is so convenient. The prices are fair with the prize for drying making it even more fair. READ THE WHOLE REVIEW NOT JUST THE BEGINNING PEOPLE!!! This place has come a long way from what it used to be. I used to avoid this place and would rather drive farther out to a different laundromat than to do my business here due to how bad the environment was. With that being said, this was BEFORE the new management took over. Then one day I noticed that they were under new management and said that they were open 24 hours. At the time I used to get out of work near midnight and honestly washing late at night would save me a lot of time in the morning before work, so I said heck let's try it out. But as I mentioned this place used to be pretty bad (especially with people just loitering and panhandling outside and inside the business) so I was skeptical at first but after that first night I would go there about every other week until it became my go to place. Seriously though, this place has come a long way from what it used to be before the new management came in. And let me just say this, the new owner came here to HUSTLE AND CLEAN THIS PLACE UP. This man stands on business when it comes to making sure his place is not what it used to be before he came in. There are literally cameras on all the walls (like I said the place used to be BAD) so it just shows how much the owner cares about his business and the customers. I have washed here early in the mornings, mid afternoons, and late at night, and the one thing that I have noticed is that I have seen the owner come in and out checking on how the place is doing and how the customers are doing as well. I have literally seen the man here past midnight and to me that just shows that this man is making sure to build a strong foundation for his business to strive (hard to find people like that nowadays). Other than the place getting cleaned up, what I like about this place is that you can pay with the pay range app because let's be honest carrying a bag full of coins or needing change is a hassle for most. I do recommend using coins on the dryers though just because it's less of a headache than using the app (that's a problem with the app itself not the owner). Yes there are times when the machines could be broken down, but come on what place doesn't experience its machines breaking down, that's just the life of a business. There are a couple machines that will give you coins for your bills, vending machines with washing related items to buy, and snack machines as well. There are chairs to sit down while you wait throughout the interior as well and some areas where you can fold your clothes as well. Also there's almost always music playing over the speakers while you're there, so in case you forget your headphones don't worry the owner has good taste in music. The parking does kind of suck but that's just because the parking is a bit small, but you can always park by the bakery behind the laundromat which has plenty of parking. It might seem like a long review for a laundromat but hey I'm just giving my honest review on a place that I visit whenever I need to wash. I also do not write reviews for places so the fact that I wrote this much shows just how good Start 2 Finish is whenever I need to wash. read more

When I first starting coming there, they had people working there, it was clean, the music wasn't too loud... Since then it's gone downhill and I won't be going back- it was dirty, lots of garbage on the floor, a lot of the machines are broken down and unusable, the doors on the washers jammed on me twice, and when I tried to call, both times no answer but luckily the doors unjammed.. This last time I went, I had to run a washer twice, two different machines, and pay twice because the first time, the washer was broken and didn't work at all. I called the phone multiple times and got no answer. No support and I will not be back. read more

All I can say is wow! Open 24 hours. Went in a little bit after midnight. Arlene greeted me with a smile. Asked if I needed assistance and all she was doing was cleaning the location. It was spotless. I asked if I can eat my food inside and she said sure. I sat on the benches and eat my food. After my meal I went into the the restroom and I was afraid to use it. I didn't want to dirty it. Cleanest restroom I ever seen... immaculate laundry mat! Here is another win for this location. It's app friendly no need to carry quarters you can pay through the app including the drying. Sure I have $4.00 left on the app but my experience with this location is second to none in any retail business ... this is a must go and Arlene is nice and wonderful and is very prideful of the cleanness of the location.
