I took half a day off to drive up and take advantage of a sale they promoted on social media. What a huge mistake! When I arrived and with an excited smile asked to see the sale section, the owner gave me an unpleasant look and said: "the hats are in the back (behind the counter), just tell me what you want and I'll see if we have it". I told her I wanted to browse the hats, she refused. She asked my size, which I did not know. What an unpleasant experience, eventually she brought out a couple of hats and threw them in front of me. All I can say is that if you want to announce a sale, then don't treat your customer who drives a good distance with such disdain. I even dressed up for the trip. I can promise you I won't darken their doorway again. Ever. My wife had been excited for me to get a nice Panama hat, and when she heard the story she called the store the next day and had a conversation with the owner (I do not remember her name), who promised to call me with an apology. The company is showing unethical sales operations. I received a gift and the hat was too small . The store had me send it back . I have receipt that they received it. I have spoken to their manager who told me that they were going to be sending out a new one. I have now called the company several times and they're not returning my phone calls. They have not sent out the replacement hat. My next step is to call the Better Business Bureau And report them. read more

Well organized hat and accessory store - for men and women - in the heart of town. I actually looked good in these hats, which was a bit surprising - I'm not usually a "hat guy." They had a few well-made shawls that my wife gravitated toward, along with belts and other clothing accessories. I actually purchased a pair of black gloves since the weather had turned cold. What a pleasant discovery! My husband and I were wandering around town and stumbled across this lovely store. Upon entry, we were warmly greeted by the owners. The hats are BEAUTIFUL and the Alpaca collection had a bespoke feel to them. I saw a beautiful Alpaca coat. The make and quality was great and, because it was Alpaca, it was warm but not heavy. I walked away (not wanting to be impulsive) but it didn't take long - maybe 5 minutes - before I made my way back for the coat. I purchased a hat for my husband online and because it was our anniversary and a surprise, I ordered a Medium, which usually fits. It did fit, but was a tad snug. I ordered a Panama Hat online from these people for my husbands birthday. The hat arrived very quickly, but my husband preferred a different style hat from their collection. We mailed the hat back and ordered another style, but it needed to be altered and made somewhat larger to fit my husbands head.
