I can't pinpoint it, but it's just... no. Please, anyone eating "Korean" food from anywhere other than a Korean restaurant, please don't judge Korean flavor by what you get. This is absolutely no representation of Korean food at all. My niece and I both were very disappointed, I could barely eat it. I'm definitely glad I got a small plate. The menu noted a "2 flame" spice level. Yeah, it was barely a half flame for us. Niece ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles. There was barely any sauce, and it was basically the noodles and a mix of vegetables (carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms). Neither of us were big fans. The biggest complaints she had about it were the lack of sauce, and she also said "this is the unspiciest spicy food I've ever ordered". The menu notes a "one flame" spice level. Neither of us tasted any spice at all. I also ordered the chicken Alfredo bowl. It was decent, but again, not something I would see out. It barely had enough sauce, and the sauce was pretty thick, and on the bland side. In general, there's just a lack of good flavor, skimpy on the sauce, and no spiciness to their spicy meals.

Our server Mari was polite, personable, friendly, and knowledgeable with the menu. We ordered steak tartare, a dozen oysters, French onion soup, Idaho trout, lobster Oscar side, dry aged ribeye, and potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious!!! I tasted the time, craft, and passion the chef put into each dish. Seriously, it was the best dining experience I've had in a really long time! The ambiance was lovely, and I appreciate having our own booth for privacy. Olives are relatively inexpensive and usually come with the cost of a martini. Not to mention you're already charging me an extra $3.50 for the martini on top of the vodka!!!! Chopin vodka is $24 a bottle retail. I'm relatively confident the turf club gets it for less. How much are you going to nickel and dime me for a cocktail?
