I had a niece visiting and we decided to come here as she was craving noodles. Not the greatest choice. We were (rightfully) very skeptical about the Korean items on the menu. We're Korean, we're always disappointed. This was no different. I ordered the Spicy Korean Steak. There is NOTHING Korean about that flavor. It's totally off, and overpowering. I can't pinpoint it, but it's just... no. Please, anyone eating "Korean" food from anywhere other than a Korean restaurant, please don't judge Korean flavor by what you get. This is absolutely no representation of Korean food at all. My niece and I both were very disappointed, I could barely eat it. I'm definitely glad I got a small plate. The menu noted a "2 flame" spice level. Yeah, it was barely a half flame for us. Niece ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles. There was barely any sauce, and it was basically the noodles and a mix of vegetables (carrots, broccoli, and mushrooms). Neither of us were big fans. The biggest complaints she had about it were the lack of sauce, and she also said "this is the unspiciest spicy food I've ever ordered". The menu notes a "one flame" spice level. Neither of us tasted any spice at all. I also ordered the chicken Alfredo bowl. It was decent, but again, not something I would see out. It barely had enough sauce, and the sauce was pretty thick, and on the bland side. We were on the road and happy to see this place on doordash. in commemoration of a friend of ours, we decided to order Noodles and Company. I ordered a kids spaghetti and meatballs, my bf an alfredo fettuccine. I enjoyed mine as it came with a chocolate milk and rice krispy treat. The noodles were overcooked a bit, and the sauce taste like a fresher chef boyardee sauce with a nice acidity. Meatballs soft, nicely seasoned. Overall, it hit the spot. Oh, how I've missed Noodles & Company! There aren't any in the Seattle metro area and the closest one is in the Portland area. The rest of Washington state as near as I can gather does not have any locations either. I enjoyed going to them back during my time in Colorado. The menu has changed since I was last at one but the food is still awesome for this fast casual chain. I got the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles which was very good and definitely enjoyable. Just enough kick to make the dish interesting but not so hot that it diminished the pleasure of eating it. A good return for me and Noodles & Company! read more

Hi all! The interior was nice and clean, I had to pull out my readers to be able to see the menu. Maybe the font should be enlarged? I ordered spaghetti and meatballs, about 15 minutes after ordering my food was ready. The spaghetti was very overcooked, and I received no meatballs and no sauce. It was just spaghetti noodles in a container. The noodles were slimy and wet? Reminded me of worms. I'm not sure I will be returning, there are so many better food places than here. I should have just went in their kitchen and made my food myself. The manager needs to do something about this service. read more

During a recent visit to Twin Falls was looking for something tasty. Due to the reviews and my love of noodles decided to give Noodles & Company a try. Gotta say the service was excellent. Being our 1st time they took his time to explain the dishes and made some good recommendations based on what we indicated were our likes. So after ordering we sat down and shortly everything was brought out. The Menu board states they use lots of fresh ingredients which is accurate. We all agreed the noodles dishes had good flavor that did not overpower the noodles. read more

Pleasantly surprised by our dinner at Noodles. This isn't a typical restaurant type we go to, but the service was good and the food better than expected! I had the pad Thai thinking it would be a safer bet & we shared the pot stickers. I anticipated the Pad Thai being too sweet but, we were in a snowstorm looking to take a break from driving so I was just looking for something edible. It was much better than just edible! In fact, I would return to have it again! Counter service was friendly & helpful. Food was delivered to our socially distanced table quickly & with everything we needed, albeit in a to go bag. You know what? This was a really swift and lovely experience. I don't often find myself at Noodles and Company but I was impressed by there COVID safety precautions, friendly service and the fact that they offer zucchini noodles. In fact, it was the zucchini noodles that helped us choose them over other neighboring fast food establishments. Sometimes you want to eat healthy without eating another salad. It appeared that many customers were ordering their food online ahead of time for easy no contact pickup upon arrival. Our order consisted of zucchini spaghetti and noodles and a southwestern style salad. I believe our total was $18 after tip. Zucchini noodles are a $1 up charge but well worth it in my opinion. I decided to check this place out after my hairdresser told me it was open and good. I was pleasantly surprise by the selection of craft beer they had. Decent spread on the menu and it looks like you can customize you bowl as well. When I ordered and asked for he Deschutes Jubelale to drink the cashier didn't know what I was talking about. I had to describe it as the "Deschutes beer with the Christmas label. " Ordered a small bowl of the Japanese pan noodles with steak. Took my number to my table and then proceeded to sit for over 15 minutes. I watched 3 orders come out that were ordered after mine. Went up to the counter to inquire about my food and apparently it was sitting there for who knows how long. They remade my food and gave me a coupon for a free bowl on my next visit. Well the food was quite good and the small bowl was more than enough. I'll be giving this place another visit and will update my review when I do. Update February 2017 I have been here a couple more times since my initial visit. Service has gotten much better. Dine in and take out are quick even when busy. Food is excellent. read more

This a FABULOUS Noodles & Co they even rock the tofu (tofu is gross when the cooks don't give it the attention it deserves ) this location reminds me of the Portland ones in the quality level, Meridian ID loc is hit or miss. First time, last time. Called to place a to go order, a recording said I had to place it online (it even said to click on a button that doesn't exist, but I figured it out). The order was ready quickly. The Korean spicy beef noodle tasted like one if those frozen dinners that says "Asian style" on the box. The pad Thai was white, no orange fish sauce like it should have. I don't really like most chains but the thing I love about these guys is that they're just about the noodles. I love Asian food, my wife loves Italian food and my kids could swing either direction depending upon the mood they're in that day. I really wish this existed in Seattle because it would solve a lot of eat out arguments. It certainly does when we're traveling. The food is always fresh and tasty. My favorite dishes are the Thai Green Curry with Shrimp and the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles but I really haven't had a bad thing from their menu. The restaurants are always clean and the staff is courteous. I eat there almost every time I travel and I would eat there all the time if there was a local location for me. read more

Very pleased with this place. We just moved here from out of state and where we are from the Noodles & Company only lasted about a month before it closed down. We ordered our bowls and got some of the raviolis for an appetizer. They didn't show up by the time we were done eating our meals, we weren't even mad. The boss, a very nice man named Andrew cake out and explained that the raviolis were burnt and they were making us fresh ones. He then handed us a free bowl coupon for next time and said they'd be right out. A few seconds later and they were out, he then went above and beyond and offered to give us both a dessert. I know, I know -- it isn't my style to write about cheesy chain restaurants. But, in the town of Twin Falls, Idaho, I am rejoicing at having a place that has vegan options! Noodles & Company is a chain restaurant that you can find all over the U.S. It is unique in that most menu items are based on noodles, but there is no one style of cuisine as you can get everything from Japanese noodles and Pad Thai to Indonesian peanut dishes and spaghetti. I love the concept. On this particular trip, I went there twice. On the first visit, I ordered the Indonesian Peanut Saute, which is made with rice noodles, broccoli, carrots, napa and red cabbage, sprouts, cilantro, and peanut sauce. It is topped with crushed peanuts and lime. I added tofu and was a fan! On my second visit, I ordered the Japanese Pan Noodles made with udon noodles in a sweet soy sauce with broccoli, carrots, shiitake mushrooms, sprouts, black sesame seeds, and cilantro. I asked them to make it spicy and they really did - I was impressed! I added seared tofu to this dish as well and it was great. I found this dish to be even better than the other one! Other options include the Whole Grain Tuscan Fresca without cheese and some of the simple side salads like the tomato cucumber salad. The Asian and Balsamic vinaigrette are vegan. I really like that they offer a small or large portions as the small portion is perfect for lunch. Each meal was under $10 and came out very quickly. I'm so glad they put one of these in Twin Falls and so close to the bridge. BASE jumpers now have a great option for a quick meal! read more

Normally, I give Noodles about a 4 or 5 for the type of place they are and the meals we've had there many times. Today's visit is just a 1. My daughter has Celiac Disease. She ordered a gluten free dinner, but they served her a NON-GLUTEN FREE (regular) dish. This is not a "dietary" choice for my daughter. I am not being melodramatic when I say gluten almost killed her before they finally diagnosed her disease. She discovered Noodles' error after taking a couple of bites and realizing the texture was different from what she's had before there (that small amount is enough to make her quite ill). Please be careful and double check when they serve you food if you have any allergies or diseases that require a certain diet. read more

First time there was apprehensive with the name wasn't really sure what to expect. Well here to tell you it's amazing. Very large portions with two teenage boys hard to find a place to fill them up, well Noodles bbq pork Mac n cheese did it.
