I recently visited Burger Stop, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed. While I expected the food to be indulgent, I was shocked at just how over-the-top unhealthy everything was. Every item on the menu seems to be packed with an absurd amount of calories. It's almost like they're competing to see how much grease, cheese, and sugar they can cram into a single meal. The burgers are drenched in oil, the fries are a salt bomb, and don't even get me started on the shakes--each one is a sugary monstrosity that could give you a cavity just by looking at it. I understand that fast food isn't exactly health food, but this place takes it to an extreme. There's no consideration for customers who might want a slightly healthier option. Everything feels like it's designed to make you gain weight just by walking in the door. If you care even a little about what you're putting into your body, I'd recommend steering clear of Burger Stop. It's just not worth the calorie overload. all I wanted for dinner on my birthday was a Hawaiian burger from burger stop. I live in Murtaugh so it was a drive, but I was so excited to watch a movie and eat my burger at home. This place is very expensive and so dirty. You pay 7 to 10.00 for a burger and no sides included. Just to sit in a dirty greasy sticky booth. Also no soap in the bathroom and the paper towel dispenser was broke. There was feces on the wall and toilet. We canceled our food and left. Very disgusting. read more

Burger Stop in Twin Falls is a fast food burger joint that has been around since 1979. They are famous for their 100% pure beef charbroiled burgers, onion rings and breakfasts. On 8/14/20, KM and I tried their onion rings which are excellent! I look forward to trying their burgers and other menu items in the future. Great little burger place ! My husband and I stopped here on our way to Boise and we were pleasantly surprised ! We ordered our double burgers, mine with extra pickles, and French Fries ! Our order was brought to our table, piping Hot, and we dove into our meals. Very Tasty, perfectly cooked and the side of fries was Huge !! Oh dear gods of food poisoning please save me from what I just ingested. We got done snowboarding for the day and were excited to eat some warm, hearty food. We placed a pickup order at this place. We just moved to town and have been wanting to try it out. Welp. He got the Hawaiian burger. It was supposed to have teriyaki sauce but was devoid of that. The onion rings we ordered were huge but they had no flavor. Zero seasoning in the batter. The chili cheese tots also lacked in flavor. They were an actual pile of trash. And my burger. We've been here a few times, obviously with it good enough to return again.. but pretty sure after the last time, we wont be stopping in. Honestly, the food quality just isn't there. We ordered a burger, onion rings, chicken strips. The burger was bland, the onion rings were bland and I don't like the breading on them, and the chicken was so dry my 5 year old wouldn't eat them. They were also super dark, so either they were way overcooked, or they were overcooked in old oil. They also had an off taste to them, making me think it was a combo of overcooked + old oil. read more

What a great spot to relax and enjoy a great burger. I tried the Spicy burger and really enjoyed it. Had a side of Spicy fries too with some Idaho Fry Sauce. My friend ordered Chili Cheese Tots and for a few bucks you get an impressive stack with plenty of cheese and chili coating the hill of starch. I tried one of the fried steak sticks and enjoyed it. The Breakdown Great Fast food with large portions for a great price. Excellent friendly customer service. Local Business Supported! Lastly a friendly note to consider. Burger Stop was once THE PLACE to go for fantastic local food! Over time, it has gone horribly downhill. Certain things can be overlooked or chalked up to short staffed, etc. We decided after having a few underwhelming experiences that we'd give them another shot. Everything was cold. The burgers were smashed together and buns were soggy like they'd been sitting for hours, not cooked fresh. Onion rings were raw with no flavor. Toast on the BLT was absolutely scorched (no scraping would save it), ordered fries, onion rings but no fry sauce was included.... I've never had to ask for it when ordering anything that would obviously need it. Very sad to say that we won't be spending money here anymore. The burger has an odd texture...like a super fine grind. It isn't dense, but has a weird mouth feel nonetheless. The flavors are decent and I like the menu. I think the burgers would be elevated with some restraint on their special sauce. The burgers are drowning in it. Less is more...if people like a soggy bottom, they can get a side of sauce. Rave to burger stop! I went in there with my boy and I ordered tater tots. I must say that everyone working there had an awesome attitude. I liked it. Fast forward a little, turns out the gal charged me for fries, not tater tots. She felt super bad about the error and went to fix it. I told her it was fine and they all kept that positive attitude. In the end, they let me keep the fries and gave me the tater tots. I tipped them all because I felt more than welcome, especially with my boy being tired and super needy. He spilled his soda and I offered to clean it. The guy that was there told me not to worry about it and took care of it. This is the kind of service that some places lack. Btw, the food was amazing! I don't remember the last time I've purchased food from a restaurant that was barely edible. My standards aren't high, this food was just that bad. Burger was over cooked, fries undercooked and mushy, onion rings were hardly recognizable as they had no flavor. My kids and I were very hungry, but after a few bites we just couldn't stomach the burnt burger, mushy fries and flavorless rings, so most of our purchase went to the trash. read more

"You're going to need lots of napkins!" Out for a drive and stopped here. The burgers were incredible. They were flavorful and so juicy and accented with sauce, what a treat. Don't try to eat this on your car unless you have extra clothes. I had the Westerner and my wife had the Hawaiian burger. Fries and tots were piled on a separate plate. I stopped to grab a quick lunch and ordered the jalapeño bacon cheeseburger. Wow. Huge burger, good price and great taste! I really enjoyed it! The fries seemed a bit soggy, not crispy. I don't know if that's how they usually are or they got soggy on the 5 minute drive home. Next time, I'll eat in the restaurant and see if this is true. Also, the price of the fries is a bit steep. Stopped by as we passed thru from Elko to the Boise area. We're a family of four; two young kids. We had 2 cheeseburgers, fries, and onion rings. All in, it was about $14, which was a bit much. What was good: -Burger was fresh and tasty; bun was toasted, good char-grilled flavor. Fries were pretty good. What needed work: -Onion rings had an off taste, like the oil was bad. The breading was not great either, -Too pricey! I wouldn't "avoid" the place, but I'd try somewhere else next time I'm in Twin Falls and want a burger. read more

Nothing like institutional frozen burgers that they can't be bothered to cook correctly, what looked like deep-fried bacon, pickled jalapenos, a solid layer of mayo and probably one of the messiest and least-tasty burgers I've had in recent memories. Drink options are pretty minimal and the place is definitely more on the divey side of things...fries were covered with a lot of what appeared to be a dry Cajun seasoning blend...I think. All in all, this was a far cry from either spicy or good. Service was pretty friendly, if more than a bit incompetent. Thought i would try something new on my lunch break. Paid 8.50 for a western burger and a dixie cup of soda, no fries. The meat tasted like it had been frozen for years. It included 1 strip of bacon and 1 onion ring. Dirty kitchen and dirty eating area. Clean batbrooms. Mold on soda fountain. Staff was rude and would rather flirt with each other. I have been to many mah & pah burger stands across the country. This has got to be the worst. I cant believe customers are okay paying the prices they charge. Will never go back.
