So we checked in and got a nice big table and set of benches for our party. The layout has several sections -- such as a kiddie pool, the obstacle course pool, the diving board pool, the slides pool, etc. There's a lot of fun to be had, that's for sure! I appreciate that they allow us to either bring food from outside or place orders to be delivered. Makes things quite convenient! I do have two qualms about the pool and their policies though -- the no re-entry can be rather inconvenient. For example, we ordered pizza and one of the pies was missing a topping. The driver left the pool before we noticed, and we couldn't flag him down without leaving the premises. There are emergency situations like that which make the rule kind of wild. My other qualm is their inconsistency of goggles on the slide. I get the reasoning for wanting them off, but at the same time they do come in handy when you inevitably go under at the end of the slide -- I just wish they made up their minds on their rule for that. He was exceptionally courteous, professional, and helpful throughout my visit. After reading some of the online reviews, I was a little concerned about what to expect, but my experience was quite the opposite. I had an appointment, waited only about 20 minutes, and was fortunate to be helped by one of the nicest representatives I have encountered. Mr. Alexander was friendly, efficient, and attentive to my needs. He handled my request quickly and thoroughly, which I greatly appreciated since I was visiting during my lunch break and needed to return to work promptly. Thank you, Mr. Alexander, for your outstanding customer service and for making my visit such a positive experience. Your professionalism and kindness are truly appreciated.

This location tends to be quite busy early in the week (like most post offices), as well as in the afternoons on weekdays (again, like most post offices). Once I got to the area to drop them off, I had to get out of my vehicle to take the items to a table where an employee was there to take them. I had to then remove each battery from its bag to which the employee place them in containers they had (I saw they all didn't go in the same one). As I went through the process, they gave me some extra tips which I appreciated. One of them was that I should use shipping tape and not regular tape so that was good to know. Great service overall.

If you don't press any of the keys within a 4 minute period during your 2 hour segment, the system will log you out. I understand limiting the general public to no more than 2 hours a day, and students to 3 2-hour segments, based on the fact that the population of MC is always growing. However, it is my understanding that as a result of the 4 minute policy, students are losing term papers, essays, (and probably on-line tests) as a result. The librarian who is in charge needs to fix this issue or have the college's support staff fix this issue. The 4 minute policy makes no sense, and this is the main reason I have reluctantly removed a star from my previous rating.

They never fail me when I come to them with a some what difficult sujbect, they have always led me in the right direction with more information then what I started with. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and customer service. They are wonderful and I think someone should know. I give them a A+ for all that they do to make sure students are equipped with the right tools to do research. I am a better researcher and have broaden my horizon because of these ladies!
