I had already told them what needed to be repaired and didn't want anything extra. Only to be followed up with being told they were booked for a whole month or two. When I tried picking up my car I was told they were closed- which is frustrating considering on their website it say's they are open, M-F 8am-5pm. No one communicated with me regarding the change of hours and days. I live almost an hr away, and If I hadn't called beforehand to let them know I was picking up my vehicle, -I would have driven out of my way. Its just very frustrating considering I was without a car for a week because of lack of communication. No one made any effort to help resolve this issue. I hope the owner will be able to reach out and explain why this happened the way it did.

They found some additional damage beyond the estimate. The car was done on 12/28. The process of working my insurance company and the Body Shop was painless. The work appears to be excellent. I hope that I am not in another accident but if I am, I will bring my car to Master Collision again.

Slim's group changed the ECU computer 3 times, and charged me 3 times at $1000 each time, no warranty on the computers that they installed, and I still had the same problem. I took it to another shop, explained the issue and the mechanic said I think I know what it is. $45 later and the car was working as expected. I went back to Slim's to tell that what it was and he called me a liar. Never again! Avoid this business like the plague they are.

I asked to get it fixed was told that I had to go to their shop Collison Corner, in Maple Plaine. The disaster began when I took it to their repair shop were they clearly were not qualified, and painted it, stripped it and repainted it again. They gave me the car back 3 times being multiple colors. It took 6 weeks for them to give me a garbage paint job. It literally opened and cracked all over the side panels, hood, door panels. I spent months trying to work with John O'Sullivan, who owns the gas station, who just stopped answering, his friend Curt the owner of Collison would not take my calls, after promising to fix it for months. Curts front desk lady told me stop calling he is not going to bother calling you back nor will he fix it.I have pictures taken before, during and after from the Lexus dealership. I also have emails and photos of all the errors Collison Corners made. It is over $8,000 to repair at the dealership that actually knows what they are doing, and neither business will fix my car. They will not reply or answer calls and have left my car a disaster. I live in the neighborhood will go anywhere but these Holidays or Collison Corner. SKIP

These guys stripped every fastener in the wheel and rotor assemblies on my vehicle. They over…read moretorqued the wheels down to the point where my 1400 ft-lb electric impact could not take off the overtightened lug nuts. Additionally, the overtightened lug nuts warped my rotors. I had to go back and ask this shop to reinstall the wheels correctly. And finally, I now need an extractor kit just to replace the front rotors since the retainer screws are stripped. thx (i had recently replaced the retainer screws by hand, so I knew they were in good condition before this shop mangled them) And finally, they are way overpriced for this sort of service.
