I was elated to find out how easy this would be with SD City Notary. It was in a convenient and easy to find business park with lots of parking and good signage. Emil met me at the door and was extremely welcoming. He looked through the pages I brought and asked what exactly I needed. I completed and signed my portion and he notarized each document. When arriving, I was told by the front desk that the person was not available and had to reschedule her appointments for the rest of the day. I called her while I was there and was told that she tried to reach me (I never received a phone call & I don't recall her taking my number when I scheduled the appointment). I live about an hour away and had to arrange my day so I could take my parents to have notary done. She said I could drive to another location an hour and half later. My parents didn't want to wait to go to another location even though it was just the other side of town. The woman at the front desk gave me another number to see if I could book an appointment with someone else.
