She has daily pain in 1 side where she had a cap placed on a baby molar and her new dentist (whom we did switch to after hearing other horror stories from concerned parents) found multiple issues with that cap which may result in her losing the tooth after all the work that was done. Our older child has never had any dental concerns, but yet this child, who we treated no differently all of a sudden has a mouth full of decayed teeth? I wish I questioned it and didn't just listen to the recommendations of someone I thought I should be able to trust. We are not Medicaid patients, we are private pay/private insurance patients who paid a large sum of money out of pocket hoping to do the right thing for our child. I was not allowed in the procedure room, which I accepted as with any procedure (surgery, etc.) but my daughter can still recount the way she was treated... She is terrified of being "held down and hurt" by the dentist. I used to think it was just that it was an unfamiliar experience for her and therefore scary but after all the horror stories I've heard... I am horrified and saddened to think what she went through. Please do not bring your child here.... I only hope to prevent other children from going through what she went through.

Over the weekend and into early this week a tooth she was having trouble with became very painful. Our current dentist, could not do anything until mid December. I researched emergency dental care and found Raynor. Patty answered the phone and was so pleasant and helpful. Patty conferred with one of the dentists, Dr. Leora Hilbert, and they were able to get my wife in later that day. Amazing! We arrived in early afternoon and met Jill who kept me informed of what was happening while my wife went with one of the hygienists to prepare for the extraction. While not pleasant, the extraction went well and my wife was thrilled with Dr. Leora and her wonderful personality & easy going nature as well as the hygienists. All in all we are very impressed with Raynor so much so we are moving both our dental care to Raynor. I would not recommend this office at all!!…read moreDr Shemmeri drilled a large hole in my daughter's tooth to fix a small caries but it fell out shortly after. The situation was then handled by placing a silver cap , which left the tooth looking much worse. Unfortunately, our experience with Dr Shemmeri was extremely disappointing and I would not recommend this office!! I'd like to add that all his assistants were less than professional as well.
