Terrible service ,can't make a sandwich not worth the money .....will never return or recommend.

I've gotten a roast beef sub from there.. It's pricey but they use (Boars head ) meat, so I figured yeah, it's worth it... & it would have been if they actually put enough in it! All you taste is the bread & fixings. There's a place in Groton MA. called the Country Butcher who also uses Boars head but they Stuff your sandwich! It makes paying $7& change well worth it. Not monument Square though.. your paying that kind of money mostly to taste a Sub Roll. I heard there Pizza was good though, Ill try that next time read more

High prices, sandwiches with more onions than meat, and indifferent service. Go to Duncan Donuts around the corner.

Their pizza is quite thin, and it is also really expensive. They sell by the slice and whole, in addition they have subs and snacks. They have once put onions instead of mushrooms into our pizza. They have quick waiting times, but sometimes the lines can get longish. read more

I used to stop in once a week on my way home to pick up a couple of desserts for my husband and me, and they were delicious. I stopped doing this about a month ago because twice in a row the cakes were stale- I mean really stale. But even when I was happy with the desserts, I never found the people to be friendly at all. The older man that's there (owner?) seems like he is always in a bad mood and the attitude of the employees makes me not want to go in. Now that the desserts aren't edible, I see no reason to return. read more

UPDATE: The following still stands go the taste and quality of the pizza but.... The last three times they got my order wrong. They don't deliver so my only option was to trudge back out into the freezing weather for a replacement. Not worth it. I like the pizza, but three screw-ups in a row is enough. I won't be back! Old review: I worked in the pizza industry(yes I'm calling it an industry) for many years while I was in college and wandering aimlessly through life. With that in mind, I consider myself a snob; scratch that; a connoisseur of pizza and pizza .....stuff. First of all, the crust. It is just that perfect crust that is chewy and firm enough to hold all the toppings. It doesn't turn into a pile of goo when you load it up. The sauce is just right. In a good pizza you almost don't want to notice the sauce at all. Too much and it gets drippy, too spicy and it overpowers the toppings, not enough and it's just dry. And the toppings, all fresh and high quality. With the pizza, I can only think of two drawbacks, they use a conveyor oven, no stone, which helps maintain consistency, but just doesn't quite get it all the way to phenomenal. Second, the white pizza. A white pizza is not a white pizza without anchovy paste in the sauce. It's heresy! The sandwiches are all excellent with a permanent selection as well as seasonal specialties. Let's talk about beer. The owners maintain a terrific selection of craft and artisanal brews as well as seasonal varieties from some of the bigger breweries. Definitely worth the trip off the beaten path! read more

Everybody has their own idea regarding the best pizza. Stop thinking for yourself...the best pizza is here at Monument Square Market. When I eat pizza I want only elite quality...I found it here and at one pizzeria in New Orleans. This one is closer. read more

Pizza is just ok...not my favorite, especially for the price. Their subs are good though. I like the bread they use.

Ok so I have given this place a try many times and they have not once gotten my order right. I have ordered the Italian sub loaded including hots and toasted. Usually the hots are missing and it has only been toasted once. Today I thought they couldn't screw it up again. Easy order. Meatball Parm toasted. Nope. Not toasted yet again. I love the bread they use but if they can't get the order right what is the use. I won't go there again. Very disappointing. read more

First visit to Monument Square Market- Hollis NH with a friend. We ordered a couple of Super Rubens. It was The Best Ruben sandwich I've ever had and my friend agreed. Can't wait to go back and try some other selections like pizza and calzones! read more

A few years ago, Monument was so good but it's been going downhill. Tonight I ordered a Buffalo Chicken calzone for dinner. It came with the wrong sauce on the side, it was soggy and mostly empty. I'm incredible disappointed and still hungry. read more

Visually check your order before you leave. Very good food, but too often the toppings on the pizza, salad and sub were missing or incorrect when I picked up orders on occasion. Also brought home the wrong order. Frustrating when you overpay and or pay for what you didn't order. It's always hit or miss. Owner always seems grumpy. Has seating with beautiful view of the town center, but be careful. Daughter needed bathroom after we ate and was told the bathroom was not public. Had to rush down to the soccer fields and use the port-a-potty. Not sure if you can have seating and no bathroom. Anyways, good food/check your order. read more

I have never been overly impressed here but still stop in once in a while. I used to love the subs but the last few times I've gotten them, there's hardly any meat on them-- not worth the price. We heard they had a pizza oven again so we thought we'd get a pizza tonight. We were shocked at the price, and as we were driving home double-checked the website, and sure enough the prices listed were lower than what we were charged. We called to notify them of the mistake and were told that it was correct, they raised the prices and just haven't updated the website. The price was absurd-- but maybe the pizza was worth it? Nope-- pizza was average at best. Do yourself a favor and go to hollis house or Mariano's in pepperell. The guy that owns the place is always super unpleasant but the food used to be worth his grumpiness and the terrible way he spoke to his employees in front of customers-- not anymore! Logan Airport prices, but not the quality. Spent around $11 for an Italian sandwich that tasted overwhelmingly of onion because there wasn't much else in it. Two slices of cheese and a few slices of cold cuts. Took 20 minutes to get my sandwich while one of the workers busied himself with I-know-not-what in the food prep area while the second worker stood around amiably chatting with a vendor. And to top it all off, they don't let you use the rest room! Next time I'm in Hollis I'll just go around the corner to Dunken Donuts where the prices are reasonable and they let you use the rest rooms. read more

This could now be the cheapest place I have ever purchased a sub...ordered a large Italian and there were literally 4 slices of meat in the "bread" sandwich. I can remember the last time I bought a sub from them and they got the order wrong. I gave them another chance and they got the order wrong again. Sad the say, this place has definitely gone down hill since opening. Never see anyone in there smiling. The ingredients are good quality, but the price you pay for how little you get is depressing.
