First visit here and would definitely return! Joseph, our server, was very friendly and attentive. I had the Gnocchi Florentine and it was delicious! This was walking distance from our hotel and saw that this newer restaurant had strong reviews so we gave it a try. We were greeted by a very friendly waitress who we suspected was the manager. She seated us at a high top in the bar area as we requested. The service from her was excellent. We opted for the Wednesday night special of a salad, select entree and dessert for $20. Yes the entrees were a bit smaller but overall it was a good value. I got the Caesar salad, the chicken parmigiana on spaghetti and ice cream. My wife got their house salad, orecchietta and canoli. All the food was very tasty though the oreccietta was more liquidy than expected. Overall the prices were reasonable. If lived in the area we would return since the menu had many tempting selections. read more

Sat at the bar for drinks and dinner tonight. I was a little disappointed in the wine list so I went with a Cosmo, my husband had a tequila on the rocks. Not what we would normally choose at an Italian place but seemed like the best option. Bartender was attentive and friendly & we ordered a bunch of apps to share as our meal. Calamari, wings, arancini and a scallop pear salad. Calamari was nice- lightly fried and not rubbery. Arancini were also lightly fried but I didn't taste much risotto it was mostly filling (spinach + ricotta). Wings were very meaty and well cooked in the wood fired oven. The salad was a huge miss for me. It was drenched in dressing which was overly sweet, the scallops were cooked but cold and the ravioli were tasty but out of place on the salad. Also it was called a pear scallop salad but there was no pear in the salad. I would not order that again. Overall it's a casual vibe, decent drinks and food..so if the service stays good we will return. read more

Food - we ordered eggplant parm and we received chicken parm (which they fixed). Eggplant was crispy but heavily oiled from being in the fryer too long! Sauce was bland with little flavor. Pasta was not cooked to order (as they claim). It was definitely from a box and tasted like it! First time there and the last time. I really want to like evviva but they make it hard. the first time I ate there, i had the pasta bolognese. It was awful. It was spaghetti sauce and cream sauce mixed together. Not what bolognese sauce is in Italy....... The next time i had the pasta with meatballs. It came with about 12 mozzarella balls in it. The balls did not melt and had NO flavor. The sauce was so acidy it was awful. The meatballs weren't great either. My husband got the Alfredo which was more like a milk sauce. I had him add more Parmesan to thicken it which helped but seriously we shouldn't have to fix the food. The waiter was nice, although he did spill beer all over the table... the bread is the best thing on the menu once you add a little parmesan, red pepper flakes and salt/pepper to the oil! read more

Evviva Trattoria in Nashua opened in March 2025 in a new strip plaza building on the former site of Grand Buffet on Amherst Street, making this their third NH location in addition to Rochester and Bedford. They serve Italian American cuisine offering a variety of pizzas, pasta dishes, classic & specialty Italian dishes, paninis, salads, soups, appetizers, and desserts. The prices are moderate and they offer small and regular portions on several dishes. They also offer daily special deals on Mon-Wed and Appy Hour deals Mon-Fri from 2:30pm to 5:30pm. I've dined at several of other Evviva's locations in NH and MA and have enjoyed tasty pasta dishes, pizzas, and appetizers there. The Orecchiette and the Bolognese are my favorites here. Evviva Trattoria is a sister restaurant of 110 Grill, which also has a location across the street. I made an online reservation and stopped by the new Evviva Trattoria for Monday night dinner. The place was not that busy initially since I got here around 5pm with ample open tables and seats at the bar. The place is very casual, which has table seating, high top tables, booths, and seating up at the bar with flatscreen TVs. There is also an outdoor patio seating area with an open fire table, similar to 110 Grill, no tables yet due to winter season. The hostess seated me at a square table with ample room and gave me food and drinks menus. The server arrived promptly to make an introduction and to take my drink order. The server also brought over a complementary basket of warm chewy dinner rolls with ollive oil & spices for dipping. Since it was Appy Hour, I ordered one of the $6 apps and got the Italian Street Fries, served very hot, basket of fried herb crusted eggplant fries with a arrabbiata aioli drizzle,romano & herbs. For an entree, the Chicken Marsala ($24 plus tax) served in a bowl with 2 tender grilled chicken breasts over al dente spaghetti tossed in a marsala wine brodo with mushrooms, crisp prosciutto & red onions. The portion was a good size, enough to finish in one sitting. After I was done, I passed on dessert and got the check was presented by the server on a portable POS unit and I was able to use $30 of my 110 Grill/Evviva Trattoria Loyalty Rewards to cover the check before separate tip. Overall, the food was pretty good and the service here was a bit delayed since my server was taking care of multiple tables. As I was leaving, the place was becoming fairly busy. I will continue to stop by Evviva Trattoria, whether it's here in Nashua or at one of their other locations including the Bedford location, 10 minute ride for me. read more

I stopped in here since I looked at their menu online and they had a GF menu. I was not disappointed! The parking lot was pretty packed but we were sat right away. The host even asked if anyone needed a GF menu. We sat at a high top and it was an open concept dining area- I liked you could see the kitchen and everyone in the restaurant. Our waitress was over shortly and noticed the GF menu and acknowledged the allergy without me having to tell her. She took drink order, app, and entree order all at once which I did like. We ordered the GF cheesy bread and my boyfriend who isn't GF said it was really good and he couldn't even tell! I got the hot honey chicken wrap with a side Caesar salad. Don't get me wrong- it was a good wrap but it really was just a chicken Caesar salad wrap. Probably wouldn't order it again, but still was good. While we were waiting for food, our server came over and gave us a dessert menu and they had about 4-5 GF options. We opted out of dessert but I will be back to try that sea salt caramel cheesecake! She came back twice to give us refills and to check up on us. At the end I signed up for points and she said to write my phone number on the receipt so she can link our bill to my account! Very nice and easy so I don't have to find the code and enter the bill into my account to get rewards. It was relatively cheap for two drinks, an app, and two entrees! I will be back! read more

Food is ok. My biggest issue is portions are not big enough. I have ordered spaghetti and meatballs, lasagna, orchetta with broccoli rabe and sausage, and a carne pizza. So I have been here a few times and given them a few chances. But man it sucks eating here paying as much as we do for smaller portions that is very mid in flavor. Service is always solid here. Never bad never amazing. But pretty good. Ambiance is actually the coolest part. Especially up at the bar you can see them making the pizza in front of you so very cool. But the food overall flavor wise very mid. Not a terrible spot for dinner but don't need to go out of your way to come and eat here. read more

A friend and I met for dinner on a Tuesday night. The server was lovely and could not have been nicer. I ordered the chicken picata and my friend ordered the chicken parm with gluten free pasta. Pretty basic stuff for an Italian restaurant. When the food arrived the chicken parm looked great. The chicken picata not so good. The dish was supposed to have a lemon cream sauce with capers. The pasta was served in a bowl and the sauce was the consistency of milk, with pale chicken on top. It looked so odd that I sent it back with the server who had the manager look at it. I told my friend to eat her dinner while it was hot and I waited for mine. She said the chicken was good but the gluten-free pasta was under cooked. The manager brought my dinner back after 15 minutes or so. The chicken had been lightly browned and the spaghetti had less sauce on it. It tasted like a bit more lemon was added but the sauce was still milky and not what I expected. It lacked flavor and the sauce was still milky. Overall, my dinner was poor. I ate the chicken and left the rest. I think an experienced manager would have taken the meal off the check but I dont think it occurred to the manager on duty. I have eaten at the Bedford location 8 times since they opened and have enjoyed every meal. I was unimpressed by the Nashua location and will likely not go back. read more

My husband and I made reservations at Evviva Trattoria for Friday at 6. We were excited because it's still relatively new and we've heard good things about the other locations. Unfortunately our first impression was not a positive one and we almost left. The hostesses were extremely rude and made us feel very unwelcomed and we wanted to leave. We asked to be seated at a booth and were told they had a party of 8 coming in so they weren't sitting booths. Then they argued between themselves about where to sit us. We ended up at a very small table that was right next to the partition next to the door, not exactly a great spot for date night (which we had mentioned on our reservation). That all being said we are very glad we stayed. Our waiter was amazing. He was quick, polite, and funny. Our food was not only delicious but came very quickly. We started with the chips and dips appetizer which has an onion dip and a cheese dip. Both were awesome. Then I ordered the short rib Mac and cheese and my husband ordered the Earth and Turf (steak tips and mushroom raviolis). Again absolutely outstanding. We finished with the dark chocolate cake and the strawberry and cream cake, again outstanding! Between our waiter and the food they definitely saved our evening and changed our opinion on this restaurant. We will be back but we do hope the hostesses get a lesson in hospitality before we come back. read more

This is a new branch of this chain. The restaurant is bright and airy and they do have an outdoor space to eat. We ordered the eggplant fries since we love them at another restaurant. The portion size was pretty pitiful for the price - $13. I would guess we had around 10? We finished it pdq. Attached is a photo of the other restaurant. This cost $16!! Unfortunately the other restaurant is 1.5 hours away. :( I had the chicken marsala, but I thought the portion was pretty small for the price. Also, they charge $3 extra to change pasta. The chicken marsala was very tasty, but I didn't think it was worth $24. I would rather spend the same amount elsewhere and get a comparable tasting meal that is 2 meals for me. Our server was nice and knowledgable, but she did forget the bread. I only noticed it was served when i went inside to the bathroom. She gave it to us at the end. I would not return for an entree. I have had the pizza at another location and I would get pizza again. I know times are tough and restaurants are charging more and more - but it's just getting to be to much for my wallet. read more

me and my wife ate at a electric, a large Italian restaurant and I have to say for the most part. I was pretty impressed... we received warm bread to start while waiting for a meals which we like mini ciabatta with an herb olive oil. My wife ordered. the evviva club with chicken breast she said that the flavor was very good and she was quite pleased. I am the other hand ordered the short rib sandwich, which was absolutely awesome super flavorful a reasonable portion at a reasonable price. We ordered this with a side of chips and the caramelized onion dip, which both of us really enjoyed. The only disappointment we had was the side of meatballs, three of them covered in marinara sauce while the marinara sauce was good. The meatballs were very dense with a very strong fennel (black licorice taste) to them, which I did not like neither did my wife. All in all it was a very good experience read more

Our first time dining here We were very impressed by the waitstaff and manager. I ordered the earth and turf my steak tips came out well done even though I ordered them to be medium rare the mushroom raviolis was the best I have had. Not only did they remake my food, but they also remade my husband's entree even though there was nothing wrong with his dish the chef did not want my husband to eat his entree cold while we waited for my entree to be remade. That alone will ensure us going back. The food was delicious! The calamari was cooked to perfection lightly battered and tender, not chewy like some restaurants offer. I found out most of the excellent Italian restaurants in the area were CLOSED on Monday. THAT'S when I found Elvira Trattoria on line. They were open. I made reservations on line (very user friendly). It was the best decision. We were there New Years Eve. We were there at 7:00 and the place started clearing out shortly afterwards. We thought that was a little unusual for New Years Eve. This was my second visit because I enjoyed it the first time. I brought my hubby this time. To start, our server, Jennifer, was wonderful. 5 stars for her. The salads and wine were fantastic! But the meals, not so much. I am gluten free/dairy free. I ordered the shrimp scampi with spaghetti. The GF spaghetti was inedible. I have had a lot of GF and nothing compared to this. It tasted like dough. I sent it back and Jennifer was very kind and brought me the ziti instead which still was not great but at least edible. If you offer GF pasta, you should at least serve a quality one. My husband had the chicken picatta. Not what he expected. He eats it all the time and this was a cream sauce not lemony as it should be. Really didn't taste like picatta. Unfortunately, we will not return. read more

It is a new cute little restaurant that my husband and I tried. We had no expectations. I tried a seafood dish of shrimps and scallops on a bed of saffron risotto. I had never had risotto before and it was delicious. My husband had Chicken Marsala . He really liked it . I raved about mine to my girlfriend so when she came up we went there. Let me start by saying I really want to like this place. I had friends rave about the location in Westford and count down the days until the Nashua location opened. The inside is cute and clean and the hostess and staff were very polite and helpful. We waited a very long time for someone to take our orders, which may be due to working out some kinks given they opened recently or are not fully staffed, and dinner took a long time (over 1.5 hours) for a single-course meal when the restaurant was not very busy. The food was decent but nothing special and, in my opinion, not worth the long wait. I may go again after they get more settled/established to see if it is any better but it won't be at the top of my list. read more

I feel the need to warn people to be aware when ordering take out that you will be charged 6% "packaging fee". I didn't notice anywhere in their online menus that mentioned this fee but it showed up on our bill. Given at least two other better Italian restaurants on the 101A strip it is doubtful we will try them again. The food was Olive Garden-ish tasting in our opinion. We went late afternoon/early evening on a Thursday - place was packed but we were able to sit with friends who invited us to their table. I had the salmon which was absolutely scrumptious - perfectly cooked and served on a bed of artichoke hearts, grape tomatoes, spaghetti squash, capers, and spinach, topped with pesto and what looked like roasted pumpkin seeds.
