I tried to buy here yesterday and left because an obnoxious older lady who worked there was being so rude to an African Americans customer that I was horrified. Further she was so caught up in arguing with them that she charged them correctly (they informed her graciously that she charged them $11 for 1 ice cream and some sprinkles) that she ignored other patrons . She would rather shout yes shout! at these poor customers over how much they owed than engage the 3 person line that formed which would generate significant revenue. Whatever happened to the customer is always right!? So I left. It was really awful. I regret not saying something so this is the next best thing. To the manager please don't let this woman represent your brand. I forgot the worse part...her tirade came after making everyone wait because she was outside taking a call!!! read more

I was here visiting with my family came across this place in a cool little town they had many options and lots of toppings the waffle cones tasted fresh and customer service was good the only sad thing to me the ice cream didn't taste homemade /in-house they came in tubs which I know that's most ice cream but I'm jus spoiled I guess . Delicious!! Rich!! Amazing!! I had the salted caramel truffle on a homemade waffle cone..two scoops Did I mention how delicious it was? It had nice size chunk pieces of caramel in it and the perfect balance of salty- ness. I also sampled the cappuccino crunch it was a tough decision, my next visit I will try it. I have never heard of this creamery but they also have fudge too, winning combination cant go wrong. Brown Butter Bourbon Truffle... ice cream. Not much to say because you have to try their ice cream. My describing it wouldn't do it justice. However, EVERYTIME we go to Destin this is our last stop right before getting in the car to head home to Tally. We like to try their new flavor, we order the small cup which you get two scoops of any flavor you like, you can even mix it up some. Way overpriced Blue Bell ice cream. You'll drop a good bit of cash here if you're eating as a family. They've got a great selection of ice cream and plenty of treats to choose from, but a regular serving of ice cream in a cone will run you slightly more than and entire tub of the exact same ice cream in Publix. This place is so cute! It has a barn theme with a cow head sticking out of the front. When you step inside, it has the cow's rear end with the caption "The Udder Side" lol I loved that. Their ice cream is very creamy. Their moo-chino (espresso with vanilla ice cream) is one of the best milkshakes I've had. Very sweet but more ice cream than coffee. Even their iced coffee is super light and tastes more like milk. Great for dessert but not to stay awake! Service is also great. They all looked like high school kids, but they were very friendly and well-mannered, even apologizing for slow service when there were about 20 of us and only 4 of them. Too kind! This place was SO delicious and was decorated so cute inside. It's in a pretty part of town with a patio outside. I got the cone with the banana pudding ice cream and a peanut butter chocolate ice cream. Neither one disappointed me. I catch myself craving the banana pudding one almost daily. Price was reasonable, but there was only one girl running the entire restaurant during a spring break week, which made me feel bad for her. I had a great experience here! I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my sundae and the environment was family friendly. I went with a couple of friends and I got the mocha sundae with brownie bites, which is not on the menu but the lady making my sundae helped me find exactly what I wanted! What we didn't love was the costumer service we were given by the older lady behind the counter. Not only did we have to repeat our order what felt like a million times, she was extremely rude to me when I asked for a single scoop. NEWS FLASH! I'm a diabetic and I don't need that huge heaping scoop of ice cream. And NO miss, I'm NOT 12 like she rudely remarked. What ever happened to "the customer is always right"? The worst part is that the cashiers would handle money, then take the next customer. If the next customer wanted a cone they would use their bare hands to grab it. My family was drawn to this ice cream shop because there was a huge line, so we figured it must be great. The ice cream is delicious, this is not a dig to the quality of the product. However, when we got up to the counter to place an order, we were met by Beavis and Butthead. As I tried to speak to the zombie taking my order, he kept walking away from me. So then I tried to order from the next available person and they mumbled something underneath their breath, so I took that as zombie language for "I can't take your order". I then said, "whoever is taking my order can I place it?" So Beavis came back over and just stared into my soul with his dead eyes and stayed silent. I ordered a small cup of ice cream and then asked for two extra spoons to share with my family. He looked like I asked him to eat human food being a zombie? He pivot turned and got the spoons and shoved them into the cup without saying anything again....I said "thank you so much!", but I guess he still couldn't speak at this point cause I got nothing back. P.S. don't ask what the playdough flavor is because you will be told it is vanilla, like you should have already known that "idiot".
