I had nothing but trouble here. I came here for a hair transplant and the hotel was included in the…read morepackage. One of the key issues post-hair transplant is that you cannot sweat for 30 days. Guess what? The hotel doesn't have air conditioning. It's about 78 degrees Fahrenheit even with the windows open in the middle of December (about 42F outside) which is extremely hot. You will damage your follicles before even leaving the hotel just by this alone. Immediately when I got into the room, I sat down on the desk/computer chair and it broke. I called down to have it swapped out and they didn't come grab it like they said they would. I called again the next morning and someone came and grabbed it and said they'd be back in a couple of hours after it was repaired. The chair didn't arrive for TWO more days. There was no where else to sit except for the bed. Then when it was finally time to leave, I asked how much a shuttle would be. They said "$40 US dollars and the shuttle arrives at 6AM." To which I paid and set my alarm. I woke up at 5:45AM and went down to the lobby and at 6:25AM I asked where the shuttle was and they said "It came at 4AM. You missed it." I complained and told them they said 6AM, to which they disagreed but got me another shuttle anyways. Once I got to the airport I realized I had left my headphones in my room. I asked them if they could ship them to my house. They said they couldn't and I'd have to do it when I got home through DHL. This would've costed me a fortune. Once I got home I said "screw it, I'll pay it" and contacted them again to locate my headphones - which are tagged through my Apple 'Find My' app. They said they would contact me once they found them. They never called back. I called back two days later and they said they had found them and to call in the morning (it was very late night in Turkey) to speak to the manager about getting them back. I called and the manager wasn't there. I asked if I could send an email - they gave me the email address and said they'd contact me within 24hrs.......can you guess what happened? No contact. This was in early December. It's now Jan 22 and I don't have my headphones back and nobody has contacted me and now my headphones are not showing up on the 'Find My' app which leads me to believe someone who works there has stolen them. This hotel is a fucking scam.

Service is excellent and the rooms were great. Breakfast was included but I never tried it as I was out early and back late. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom well stocked. There is plenty of fabulous looking food places just a stones throw from the hotel serving local food and very inexpensive. I had dinner in one auch place for €5 all up :-) I would happily stay here again. It's a reasonably priced hotel for what it offers and located close to my office.

Service is remarkable staff is cordial and run the extra mile to make you feel at your best. Always polite, with a smile and preceding your needs. It houses two pools, indoor and outdoors as well as a good spa and gymnasium and hamam. Having stayed in many of similar hotels in Istanbul, it is insurmountable in my opinion.
Just left the hotel with tears running down my face. OMG…read morethis place is amazing Seriously, the service is top notch, the rooms, a bit small, were decorated beautifully. The bathrooms were amazing. THE VIEW IS TO DIE FOR. I was upgraded to a 22nd story bosporous view room thanks to my awesome co-worker, and gosh damn it was something. I kept my curtains open the whole week I was therIte, and just gazed out the whole time. The whole hotel is like an art house, with everything designed with a modoern and tasteful approach. Though its a bit pricey for istanbul, its 1000% worth it. Approximately 15 - 20 mins to Taksim, and 10 mins or less to Istinye Park (minus traffic) Taxi's are always waiting at the bottom, so easy to go anywhere, though its a bitt far from the mtero. Also very close to the newly gentrified Nesbittiye street, so definitely check that out. 5/5 - LOVE.

It's a little bit out-of-the-way on an elevated hill, but that gives it superb views and is nothing that a short cab ride can't fix. From the entrance into the hotel you can tell it's gorgeous. The lobby is opulent with high ceilings and a circular staircase with an elaborate cupola. Ipec who works at reception is fantastic and so efficient and nice. I have Hilton gold honors status and at this hotel that includes an incredible full buffet breakfast in the morning. Shout out to Selin who was so helpful and charming at breakfast reception, Gamte, and terrific servers Güllü, Fartif and Cihan who made me the best iced latte. You can pick your room in advance online on the Hilton app during check in and I picked the highest floor, which is the 14th floor. Flawless AC which is very much appreciated in the hot summer months. Rooms have huge picture windows (and the smaller windows open!) with incredible skyline views of Istanbul. The standard rooms are a bit on the small side, but absolutely gorgeous with lovely ceramic details and beautiful glass ottoman style lamp fixtures. Beds are large and super comfortable. The best part are the super bathrooms that have this incredible large shower with a seating area and three different faucets. One is like a fountain and will actually shower down your back! The toiletries are also excellent and everything is a very high standard. The pool is beautiful with a Jacuzzi and has full service and a bar. There are also tennis courts. There's also a really lovely Turkish restaurant and an Italian restaurant. It's really more like a city resort than just a hotel. The only problem with this hotel is you might not leave very often to go to town because it's so comfortable and relaxing. I honestly feel like I've been at a spa because of the beautiful gym, spa amd hammam at the hotel. They have a full-size hairdressing salon as well. One thing I really enjoyed about this hotel is that the clientele is extremely international so you really do feel like you're traveling in exotic Istanbul; it's not just full of people from a cruise or tour groups. It's a very interesting and eclectic mix of guests. I really enjoyed my stay here.

All staff we encountered were professional and friendly. Our rooms were very comfortable and immaculate. The hotel is located next to the metro station and two shopping malls. There is a very beautiful mosque just across the street. A pleasure to see, but mind you might hear the call to prayer very early in the morning and late in the evening, so if you are a light sleeper, keep that in mind and put white noise music on your phone or wear earplugs. The buffet breakfast is a delight. So many different food choices; something for everyone, no doubt. The breakfast dining room is very spacious with plenty of tables and very attentive staff. There is a bar area in the lobby. We enjoyed our time sipping wine and relaxing in the comfortable area. We had dinner one night at the Careme Restaurant located in the hotel. The pasta dish I ordered was delicious, and the relaxed atmosphere was an added plus. This was my favorite meal during my stay in Turkey. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

We got checked in right away and took the elevator up to our 26 floor room. Our room was immaculate, with an amazing view looking down to a magnificent momosque below. We headed down to one of the lower level restaurants and had a delicious butternut squash ravioli and salad and a couple glasses of wine. Delicious! Service was great too! Back in our room, we were in bed early, but around 10 pm, the call to prayer blasted out from the mosque below. Surprise, you're in Turkey!
