AMAZING!!! It was easy to find the food trucks, good and ample parking. I grabbed and left, but cool that you can eat at the (covered-ish?) picnic tables with a few games to play. I had the classic Cobb salad and was amazed from the minute I opened the box. What a beautiful presentation and what an epic serving size of truly beautiful, fresh goodies and the chicken I added was perfect. The dressing was not overpowering and I was baffled at how much I ate. Always looking for new fries and these were the coolest looking fries ever! I don't know how to explain the shape. Sort of a chubby spiral. We were busy talking so the fries got cold- and they were still delicious! I'm a forever fan because that is a special class of French fries, imho. My son loooved The Cure sandwich and truffle fries - wow, so good, and we can't wait to explore more menu items. The couple behind the magic were super welcoming and friendly! - I loved that my food was ready on time and wasn't already camping out in a bag. This really was such an enjoyable and delicious lunch. My son was feeling like eating a sandwich for lunch and I stumbled upon Mood Food using Yelp. We live about 3 miles away but never frequented this small food cart pod on 99. There is plenty of parking spots and a covered eating area. We ordered The Cure and The Hot Mess with side winder fries. Didn't take too long and brought our food home to eat. The Cure is amazing-fresh ingredients, delicious focaccia and the hot honey and red wine vinaigrette make it oh so tasty! The Hot Mess was awesome! Everything that a smash burger needs. The fries were cooked perfectly and nice & hot. We also loved the sauce offerings, and if you like spice there are plenty of choices. The staff was so helpful and positive, everything served with a smile. We plan to go back as we have 3-4 more entrees to try. read more

My favorite taco truck was closed, so we dropped by this cart location to check it out. Wow, were we glad we did! I had the Southern Comfort Chicken sandwich and my girl had the Cheat Day. The chicken was juicy and breaded lightly. It had been marinated with citrus. The spread was light and accented and the lettuce and tomatoes fresh. The brioche bun was fluffy and slightly sweet adding to the sweet pickles. I was most impressed. The Cheat Day was generous in bacon and beef with a sauce that delighted my girl. I included photos of this burger herein. Finnaly the fries were whole potatoes in curl cut with light batter. Im not even a fry fan, but I ate all of them with the standout Spicy Garlice sauce. Was hankering for a sandwich so I typed in sandwiches into Google Maps to see what was nearby. First place that popped up was Mood Food! I'd never heard of it. It's brand new! We stopped by on a Saturday night. Everything on their menu looks amazing! I opted for the Caesar Salad. He recommended I upgrade my chicken to the fried chicken since I said the chicken sandwich sounded good too. I also added avocado and bacon. Making it large salad and easily two full meals! It was so good! And the homemade croutons were delicious! And that's coming from someone who doesn't eat croutons! My partner ordered the chicken sandwich with buffalo. I can't remember the name, but it was really good. We got the Mediterranean fries. It's a very large order so even sharing we didn't even get through half of it! So tasty though! Very friendly service. Chatted with for a long time and even gave us a sample of the blue cheese. I'm pretty sure blue cheese and delicious have never crossed paths for me, but this one was excellent. Super creamy! I can't wait to go back and try more of their food. We had an awesome lunch from mood food today! It was our first time to the cart and super convenient for takeout as there was ample parking. Highlights were the southern comfort chicken sandwich and fries. I literally told my wife, "these are the best fries I've ever tasted". Kind of a hybrid between a French fry and potato wedges. I can't wait to come back and try their burgers and salads. There are two covered picnic tables for eating on site. Our to go order was thoughtfully packaged and transported the food perfectly. Wow! So delicious! The owner is so nice, she came in to my work place and gave me a menu and I saw that her food truck had a vegetarian option so I placed the order and removed the cheese and even wrote on the notes that I was vegan and really hoping that the focaccia bread was made vegan and she even wrote on the box the ingredients they use to make the focaccia bread and I thought that was incredibly sweet and such great service. The fries too are so freaking crispy and airy and you must order them. It's so nice that this sandwich was made vegan and I will be ordering from them again.
