We had the entire front yard revamped and the driveway went from 2 car parking to 3 car parking with the walkways going from 3' to 6' with a new 6' walkway going from the house to the sidewalk. We reused all the existing plants we had, which saved us a bundle and look awesome in their new homes. Stephen had the crew run electrical conduit in case we changed our minds on path lighting. Good call! We changed our minds! So after the project was finished Stephen himself came out and put in the path lighting himself. After all said and done, I noticed that we had a problem with the sprinkler line under the side walk missing dirt. I texted Stephen and he immediately jumped into action to get the issue fix. I rearranged my schedule twice to accommodate them during what was already an exceptionally difficult time, as I was preparing to say goodbye to my 16-year-old dog that weekend. Chris did arrive on Friday as promised, but a week has now passed and I have received neither a bid nor any follow-up communication from anyone at the company. Shortly after the appointment, their Thumbtack profile was also removed or hidden. While I can't say why, the timing was odd, as it prevented me from leaving a review on the platform where we originally connected.
