Moe and Ashcon met with me multiple times over two days, came up with a great plan, took careful measurements, and were upfront, honest, and truly worked with my budget. Their crew started the very next day and finished in just two days. What impressed me even more: I had concerns about another area of my backyard that wasn't included in the estimate, and without charging me extra, they sent their crew back for an additional day to make sure everything was addressed properly. That meant a lot to me. He replaced my front yard turf with drought tolerant plants and a drip system. He also worked with me to get the rebates from the water district. He built a retaining wall and new concrete stairs leading from the street to the house, including new lighting for the landscape and stairs. Changes were made in the design but Ralph was very willing to work with us and really anything we wanted. His team is experienced and work very well together. Many of my neighbors have stopped by to say how great the yard looks! One is now working with Ralph to redo their landscaping and there might be more people interested.

They insisted I needed weekly maintenance despite the fact that I have been getting bimonthly service for over 20 years. They then came up with a monthly fee of $245! If I wasn't so disgusted at the ludicrousness of the quote, I would have laughed out loud thinking they were surely joking.
