Thomas and everyone in the store are so helpful! My family and I have purchased from here for many years and we recommend it to everyone!

Wow, Star Jewelers is the best jewelry store in broken Arrow. I trust them with all my jewelry…read more They are very HONEST, KIND,CAREING.

I used to live four blocks from here but never used them. I needed a watch battery and a link…read moreadjusted on a watch band and was recommended to visit Star Jewelers. I had to bring my young kids in with me (ages 5 and 8) and honestly was dreading that prospect. I told the kids to keep their hands behind their backs, entered the store and passed off my watch to get it serviced. We began looking at the "pretty rings" and a lovely lady came out from the back room and asked the kids what their birth stone was. I expected her to point at an item that had their stones on them. No, sir. One by one, she handed my 5 and 7 year old $3,000-$5,000+ pieces of jewelry so they could see their stones and their mom's. She continued to show them opals and turquoise. Anything that they wanted to see, she showed them. She treated my kids better that other jewelry stores have treated me when I was shopping for my wife's engagement ring and wedding band. I was there for a watch battery; maybe a $20 purchase on the high end (they didn't even charge me because their computer was allegedly down) and we were treated like the governor. Their customer service is second to none. I don't often buy jewelry but I will definitely come back the next time that I am looking for an anniversary or birthday gift. (I wish I'd taken a picture of the kids eating up every word that she said, but I was so enthralled that I left my phone in my pocket).

I just had the most unhinged experience at their Harvard location with what I believe may be Abby's…read moreson. I took my ring in to be resized in late April. I picked it up several days later and it fit, so I left not thinking anything of it. Put it in my jewelry armoire as soon as I got home. Took it out several weeks later to put on and noticed the stone was loose. It's loose enough I don't feel comfortable wearing it, so I put it on my to-do list to take it back for the prongs to be adjusted. I called the store earlier this week explaining and they advised to bring it in. My dog got sick not an hour after I hung up so that consumed the next two days and I was unable to make it back. I went in today since I'm off work and explained and the man at the desk said he remembered speaking with me. He then inspects the ring and says it will be another $150 (on top of the $250 I paid for the resizing) to fix the issue. I explained it didn't seem logical for me to have to pay additional money for what was clearly an issue caused by the resizing. The man went on about how it wouldn't be fair to them, so I said, "Okay, I'll take my ring back, then." He wouldn't give it to me! He then said, "You have some options: you can either stand there and be hard, or you can take a seat and we can see if we can work something out with you." Appalled by his aggression and his unwillingness to hand over my ring, I stated again, "I'm good standing, and I'll take my ring back now, please." He proceeds to demand I leave "his" store, to which I replied, "I will GLADLY leave as soon as you give me my ring back." He finally returned it after I asked for the third time, all while getting even more aggressive and raising his voice about how they "don't want my business" as I was walking out the door. I was shaken by the aggression as it was, and then he started following me to my vehicle, still yelling; what, exactly, I don't know as I couldn't hear over the traffic noise. I immediately locked my doors as soon as I got to my car and left. There was a security guard there who witnessed the entire incident. I was never aggressive, never raised my voice, etc., yet was met with utterly unhinged behavior. Do NOT give this company your business. Women are clearly unsafe with this unstable man.
