Given that they are in the business of delivering and relocating machines, I did not consider this outside their scope of work; as a longstanding customer, I anticipated this would be a straightforward matter. Dan's behavior resembled that of a schoolgirl whose ponytail had just been pulled--if she were a 250-pound sassy bully in a bar. At that moment, it became evident that this individual was not managing a friendly family enterprise but was instead intent on shouting and speaking over me in unwarranted anger. Recognizing that his conduct was merely sad bullying, I found no productive way to resolve it at this point. To compound the issue, one week later, a machine I purchased six months prior malfunctioned at a men's group home. Dan delayed the warranty service for three weeks, giving the group home manager excuses such as being busy or on vacation, and ultimately refused to honor the warranty. So, because we accused them of dropping the washing machine during the previous delivery, he stated, "I will not warranty your machine." This family business should consider retiring the unpleasant and abusive proprietor. It is advisable to avoid this company and instead patronize larger retail establishments. Such evolution is inevitable; unfortunately, Albers does not evolve in this manner. STAY AWAY. Clearly going down.

So here's the current situation: purchase of a range, delivery and installation of the same. The…read morerange is pretty close to DOA - starts overheating. BrandMart USA says they can't do anything, we need to talk to manufacturer. Manufacturer provides an authorization for exchange. We then try to reach out to Brandsmart to schedule an exchange and delivery. Guess what? The sales can't help, it has to be customer service. No problem, right? Wrong. Customer service won't pick up the phone. Try to access through the phone system for an hour before calling the sales line again and they try to patch me through, but ... shockingly, customer service won't pick up their lines either. Stay on hold with sales for 30 minutes more while this plays out before giving up. So ... days later, no love. This range is for my 90 year old grandmother, and she can't cook for herself and is now exhausting her limited fixed budget thanks to Brandsmart. So ... poor quality, literally non-existent customer support ... don't know what else to say.

He was incredibly professional and skillfully placed all five pallets of sod in convenient spots around my backyard, making it so easy for us to access and install. From start to finish, Pop's Nursery was professional, friendly, and efficient. They even called ahead to confirm delivery time, which I really appreciated.
