This was by far one the best experiences I've ever enjoyed at Home Depot. The customer service provided to me by Miledys and Julius was first class. I placed two orders online, and when I arrived at the store Mileidys took the time to guide me to the right paper and made sure my needs were taken care of. The person in charge of fulfilling my order, Julius, was equally incredible. Part of my ordered couldn't be fulfilled at the moment, so he made the necessary calls to find the items I needed in a store close by, and even made sure they set everything aside for me pick up later. The next I should up again to pick up a second order I had placed and they remembered me and treated me with the same courtesy they had done so the day prior. Our super power daughter pushed the faucet to one side of the sink and managed to pull the sprayer out of the socket and watched water gush out of the hole. The mess was cleaned up and a new faucet was purchased. We had hoped to install it ourselves, but we couldn't get the connections through the top of the sink. I am a DIYer, my home is a constant work in progress and this is my absolute favorite Home Depot store. I've done everything from electrical work and plumbing to painting, tile work and flooring. If I didn't learn everything I needed to know from YouTube University or a pro, the associates here are always supremely helpful to clarify any questions I may have! The orderly layout of the store makes it easy to find things and it's never the chaos I see in other stores. I spend most of my time here in paint (shoutout Sergio, he's the best!!), electrical or the garden center. There are soooo many flowers, plants, succulents, herbs, citrus, etc here and their selection changes regularly. I am never a fan of the Home Depot. I always say to people that Home Depot is my least favorite store to go to and that has been for years!! Some people laugh, but I always mean it. Their flowers are low quality. I have bought them a few times and they do not last but that is the least of it. This store should be ashamed of themselves. I ordered a mirrored closet door because mine is ready to be replaced. The person who measures came over to measure and everything was fine. I went to the store to pay and that was okay too. So, the installer called me one week ago and I missed the call. So, I called him and texted him the next day. Didn't hear back. This went on for a week. I just kept trying and no response. Annoyed, I called the store. I got really mad because I spent just about an hour calling to speak to millwork, customer service, installation, a manager, etc. Guess what? With all the money Home Depot has on hand, they must be really cheap because I got disconnected MANY times OR their employees were disconnecting me on purpose. I was not rude nor nasty, not one time. I know that will get me nowhere. I explained the situation many times. No results. I am done. I am never going back there except for tomorrow to get my money back. In fact, I have a small gift card for them and I am giving it to a neighbor who could use it. I refuse to spend any money at a store that disrespects me and my time. DONE! I like Lowes a lot more than HD. I find Lowes to be cleaner and the air is not filled with dust like HD is. They must actually clean the store somewhat often. Unfortunately, Lowes did not have the type of mirrored closet door I wanted. I would have been happy to give Lowes my money because their employees are professional and courteous. My experiences shopping at this Home Depot have all been pleasant, I really don't have any complaints. I browsed through some of the previous reviews and I'm happy to say I haven't been that unlucky. The employees are really helpful and from my observations, it appears that they do their best when assisting other the customers. We actually purchased our holiday tree here last year. If you've ever been shopping during the holiday seasons you know just how crowded stores can be. They were extremely busy with people walking around trying to find the right tree to take home. Not only was the store crowded inside but it was crowded outside as well where the real trees are kept. When we found ours it was perfectly shaped and just the right height. We wanted a medium-sized tree that was full all around. They had a great selection, so many to choose from and so many different sizes. After having the base trimmed and loaded onto the truck we went inside the store to finish our shopping and buy the decorations. We left feeling satisfied, knowing this is a great place to purchase a tree. And, with a little tender loving care, our tree lasted us for almost three weeks. read more

I give this location a 0 stars for truck rental service. Even though I showed my car insurance and didn't accept damage protection, they charged me without asking. When I realized this, I asked them to remove it, and even though I called the supervisor on April 26, 2025, at 4:44 p.m., they told me there was no solution! Terrible service and attention. My 1st time and last time purchasing items for delivery at this location and HD. Delivered but missing an item. Delivery photo is all in black. Its pretty funny. It gets better, so I called 800-466-3337. I was placed on hold for 10 mins or so. Service Rep finally answered and explained my situation. The HD Rep blindly transferred me to the Pembroke Pines #6852 11001 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 and no one picked up. This was 6pm. Inexcusable Right? Nope it gets even better, so I called back and repeated the entire process by waiting on hold ETC. Service Rep placed me on hold and called the Pines location directly. They informed her, that the delivery person forgot the item and would deliver it the next day. Well, its been two days and no item. I repeated by calling HD customer service and explained a 3rd time my situation. I spoke with Jasmine, she called the Pines HD location and no one answered. She tried the store manager and still no answer. This was 8 am this morning. Totally inexcusable Right? This story continues. At this point, I just want a refund on that item. She was unable to refund me since the item was out of stock and suggested that I drive to the Pines location to get a refund. Seriously, I need to drive to the HD Pines location BC they wont answer their phone? Based on HD Store #6852 pure incompetence, I need to waste hours of my life as an enabler to this stores inefficiencies. Great, while I'm there, do you want me to answer their phones too? I am shocked that a fortune 500 company cant simply answer an 8am call and execute a delivery properly, like Amazon, which I will never cheat on them again by shopping at the HD. These days it feels as if I'm living at Home Depot. I've begun to finally make some more house repairs, and well, if it isn't one thing, then it's another. On this occasion, I stopped by for some address numbers. I recently had my house repainted and I asked to get the address numbers taken off. Quite frankly, they were old and ugly and no one ever saw them. I wanted something new and modern, not to mention that I wanted to move the house numbers to a more prominent wall. All this was done and I found my shiny new address numbers at this location. Not to mention that the employees actually knew what they were doing. We asked questions and were attended to immediately. I initiated an order on May 1, 2024 and to date they can't get the order right. They sent their measuring people to measure, they delivered the wrong size blinds 3 TIMES to my property....WHO GETS IT WRONG 3 TIMES!!! Even if math isn't your best subject at some point YOU GET IT! I am writing this review to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the very poor customer service l received this evening 03/29/2025 at Home Depot located at 1101 Pines Blvd Pembroke Pines, FL 33026 as l visited this store to purchase a product from the electrical aisle floor 8-9. My experience from the three staff l encountered and the managers response after being paged three times was appalling. First staff stated go to aisle 8 and offered no assistance to help me find the product l was looking to purchase. Second employee stated go to aisle 9 but l am not an electrician so l cannot help you and the third staff actually working in the electrical aisle stated she was clueless as to what l needed after showing her a photo of the electrical product l was searching for and couldn't help me. As you can see these three employees have no customer service etiquette and were uninterested and unwilling to walk with the customer to help them find what l wanted to buy. The manager of the store was also unhelpful and didn't bother to acknowledge the three pages and didn't show up. This is for Home Depot in general. I had purchased: Neptune 4 ft. W x 4 ft. H White Vinyl Pool Fence Gate and the specifications on the Home Depot website is incorrect. Home Depot is advertising this fence gate as 4ft x 4ft, which is half right. The height specs says 48in, but when I received it, it is 52.5 in tall. add the cap to it and it jumps to 54 in. even the diagram that came with the product says 52.5 in. why is home depot posting incorrect height specs for ages now apparently. in this new norm, online shopping is more and more convenient and safe, but not when the specifications are incorrect online. read more

I ordered a carpet from the Home Depot website and had it ordered to this location. PRO TIP: If you order items to the store, you don't have to pay a shipping fee! I placed my order on a Monday and was told it would be delivered in 2 weeks...buuutttt this was not the case! My order ended up being delivered on Friday that same week, and I was ecstatic! When I arrived at the store to pick up my order, there was no line at customer service and they grabbed my order from the back within 5 minutes. It's not busy other than not wanting to work early in the AM! This Home Depot has its pros and cons. The good: customer service. The employees have been very friendly every time. The other pro is the guy that just stays parked with his smoker selling food. The cons: everything else. Every time I needed assistance with something, a worker either never shows up when we've asked for one several times, or when we do have an employee, they have no idea about anything I ask. Once I had to drive to the Miramar Home Depot because after waiting 45 minutes for an employee to help us cut something, and telling customer service several times to have someone help us (in which they immediately called for someone), no one ended up going. In Miramar I decided to time how long it would take an employee to help us after being called by customer service, by the time I looked up at my watch to see the time, there was already someone there. I come here because it's near by to my house. If I'm going to get something I come here, if I know I'm going to need any employee help what so ever, I go to Miramar. read more

This is an update to my store experiences in this store. I took a paint splotch to be matched. The clerk matched the paint, got the can of white base, it was at that point that another customer arrived and spoke with the other clerk. The second clerk called the clerk helping me. She set down my paint and went over to help, at which point, I was left waiting while they both attended to the customer who had just arrived. I had to call her twice before she responded with an irritated look on her face like I was interrupting her. I told her I wanted my paint made and that I was first and had been waiting. Her response was that the other clerk would take care of it. I told her not to bother, I would be going somewhere else. This is not the first time this sort of thing has happened in this store. Clerks will be helping one customer when someone else walks up and asks a question, they abandon the first customer to go off and help the second. We bought a dishwasher, stove and refrigerator at the Pembroke Fl Home Depot. We paid $150 to have the dishwasher installed. after ten minutes they told us ( well they didn't because they didn't speak English but their boss on the phone said they couldn't install it because of our plumbing. All you had to do is cut the outtake hose by one inch. My wife and I installed the electrical and plumbing on our own. Yes it took two hours but it did not require any additional tools or parts. read more

Upon entering the store we had a very hard time finding someone to assist us in finding the items we were there to purchase. Fortunately, we were stopped by an employee who were looking for homes to perform water tests. He found an associate who was able to assist us. The associate was very helpful. When checking out, a young lady came to us at the self service counter she took our items and ran them through the register. After running them thru the register she stepped back and said "There" and walked away. I did not need her assistance in running the items in the register nor did I like being treated in such a way. I've seen them continue to work on their day to day duties, assigned by management. But customer service doesn't seem to be a priority in this store. I used to hold this location of a model of professionalism and customer service, but something has seriously went wrong over the years. First, the tool rental people surreptitiously add optional charges to customers' bills without inquiring if they want insurance. This is a pattern I have noticed, and the store clerk will only remove it when challenged. Secondly, don't bother being courteous to the customer service representatives, as they will not respond to a simple good morning. Third, try calling to speak to someone in customer service. They do not answer the phone. Most troubling is that when I finally got a manager on the phone, she refused to give her name and transferred me to an inoperative voicemail. Finally, do not order anything from this location with the hopes of picking it up. I went to the store and ordered merchandise that was verified in stock. Having set the pickup date, I rented a truck. When I went to pick it up, I was informed that it was out of stock. Clearly, although I paid for the merchandise, it was not reserved for me. I pretty much live at the Home Depot, mainly because my work requires very frequent visits. I always hear complaints about employees, but I almost never have an issue with getting help. I guess maybe I just understand that if an employee is helping someone I just have to wait my turn, seems everyone is always in such a rush that patients is a forgotten virtue in today's society. I started my kitchen remodel since April of this year at the time of this review 12/7/21 my kitchen is still not done . You are required to pay for everything upfront once you do that the designer gives you the impression that they are with you all the way but once they get their commission they ghost you. The contractor they use is horrible in every sense terrible customer service, they talk down to women and give wrong information. No follow-up or updates on permit statuses etc, you have to chase them for everything even when you plead with customer service to help you they give you the run around. This location is convenient because it has a huge parking lot and a rental center. Power care is the rental center and they are separate from Home Depot.
