I called this business because of the wonderful reviews online. Unfortunately, my experience wasn't as great as everyone else. It was great that a mobile vet would come see my dog because Jack didn't like going anywhere in the car anymore. When they arrived I didn't feel any warmth, care or compassion towards my dog. It was like they were stuck in "neutral".. not good nor bad. I didn't get labs back in a timely manner and I just didn't feel like the vet cared for my dog. While putting an animal to sleep is always very difficult, Dr. Moon made the process much easier and less painful than it would ordinarily have been.
