Fortunately things did get straightened out a lot sooner and we had to cancel Colorado River oasis stay, unfortunately -- but they were very understanding and we appreciate that they worked with us. We did have a service charge that we understood was going to happen at the very beginning of our reservation. That seemed fair. We hope we can return and stay with you in the future and would recommend this place for its professionalism and courtesy to us. Thank you.

There were some good and definitely bad parts of staying at Desert View RV Resort. I would call it…read morea park. It's close to but you have no view of the Colorado River, like other parks in town. The park is quiet enough (though the neighbors heater roared all night) and easy to navigate. The pull-through sites were long enough (62 ft) and with full hook-ups. There was no one at the office. Two women came up on a golf cart-neither wearing masks. I expected them to put one on when they walked inside but they didn't. We gave our information quickly, signed and got out as fast as possible. I don't get how someone who is in contact with many customers would not care about their health and safety-or even state law. I cannot recommend and would not go back to the park.

Not super overwhelming like others had mentioned. The room and bathroom were surprisingly clean and very roomy! There was no hair left laying around in the bathroom as previously mentioned in other posts. The water pressure in the shower was great, however the shower head was very low. My husband had to squat just to get wet. The toilet was also very low which was a little weird to me. The room came with an iron, ironing board and a blow dryer. Our end table did have an issue with the drawer, it kept opening but it wasn't a deal breaker!! I just so happened to have tape and that did the trick. The temperature knob in our mini fridge was missing so it took us a while to figure out how to make it cooler. The ac kept the room nice and cool but it was very loud, sounded like it was struggling big time. They had a smart TV, we were able to access netflix, amazin prime and another service (i cant remember) The arcade was decent but was prob better for smaller kids. Our kids still enjoyed it. The family pool was beautiful with plenty of sitting areas. It was about 90 something degrees when we went but the water was too cold for me! The kids and my husband had fun on the slides they had. They don't allow outside food or drinks but they had a little bar/snack shack. We did have to pay an additional 15$ for an extra pool wristband. 4 were given for a double bed room. The private beach was very cute but we didn't really spend any time there unfortunately. The ice machine was working and was a short distance from our room. We got panda express pretty late in the day, the food was a little sad but it was expected. We were located in the central tower, maybe all the terrible reviews werw from different areas of the hotel? Who knows. Oh, there only seemed to be luggage carts for those who were parking in valet, that part kinda sucked. We were also a ahirt distance from a gas station, Mc donalds, Starbucks and a few grocery markets. Overall we really enjoyed our time there and will def be visiting again.

They were friendly, professional, and incredibly fast every time we needed them. They were easily the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the room itself was another story. The carpet throughout the room had numerous stains, including what appeared to be a large red stain near the bed. The room felt so dirty that I didn't even want my bare feet touching the floor. We ended up sleeping on top of the blankets because we weren't comfortable enough to sleep in the bedding. The bathroom was in poor condition. The bathtub barely drained, leaving standing water while showering. The bathroom exhaust fan was caked with dust, there was visible mildew or mold-like staining near the toilet plumbing, chipped paint and cracks around the bathroom door frame, and gaps around the shower fixture where it wasn't properly sealed. The cleanliness throughout the room was disappointing. The TV remote was covered in dust, the furniture had a noticeable layer of dust, there was dirt and debris behind the furniture, and even the ice bucket had visible residue inside. Overall, it felt like the room hadn't received a thorough cleaning in quite some time. For what this resort charges, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness and maintenance. The property has a great location and friendly valet staff, but management really needs to invest more in housekeeping and room upkeep. Based on this experience, I would not stay here again.

Honestly this place is not my cup of tea. Has an ac inside and the mattress is so thin I think they found it out in the middle of the desert. Little shack isn't insulated, the ac can't keep up with the heat. Two stars because you can walk to the river that's the only good thing.

My previous post applies to the past owner. The new owners, not so much. I was recently towed to…read morethe marina by Tow US. I was driven up river to retrieve my truck and trailer. Upon entering the park, I was told I would have to pay $20 to retrieve my broken boat. I couldn't believe it. I've had to be towed to a launch ramp one time in the past. The compassionate employees at Topock 66 understood my dilemma and let me quickly recover my boat with no charge. I guess they figured I'd already had a bad enough day. No such luck at Needles Marina. So much for common decency. The $20 they made on me that day has lost them the hundreds of dollars I spend there on my two annual trips. Unconscionable.

Great Family Pet Friendly clean place to stay during a OHV camping riding trip. Many things to do;…read moreOff Road Straight from the camp site into Laughlin or Arizona- keep in mind these are dirt rocky trails with wild donkeys roaming around-Take a Complimentary Golf cart shuttle to the Casino to Eat, Gamble, use the pool's/ jacuzzi's, access the beach, go to the movies, get ice cream or buy fireworks. Ride direct to gas up at their gas station before a ride no need to take gas cans. Tipping driver is optional but we always did due to great service. It can be a lil noisy due to ohv rolling thru only in the pull thru site area nothing to concerning - if your used to Glamis/Dumont noise then Avi is quiet-Camping rates are reasonably priced- good customer service. Best of both worlds: Riding during the day & Casino life at night-Overall good time.

I loved this place at first, but the fireworks going off in the Rv park itself, people up late…read moreyelling and blasting music, and fireworks across the street at 3 am (really all hours of the night), all with security doing absolutely NOTHING, are really getting to me - you can't get a good night's sleep at all. WiFi has been down for nearly a month too. I get that people want to party but the Rv park shouldn't be the place for that and at least cut the times for the fireworks to midnight or something, just for the love of god do SOMETHING for your guests..
