Crew showed up to plant big trees, hopseed bushes, etc. took a few hours and it turned out perfectly! Literally surpassed our high expectations. Crew cleaned up after themselves and front yard looks amazing. Trees and shrubs look green and healthy. We had our first tree service from a certified arborist from Moon Valley Nurseries. We had 6 trees evaluated by Sheldon Mueke. I was extremely impressed by his knowledge and professionalism. He talked me through all the aspects of nurturing the trees, with all his advice and tips. He was here for around 90 minutes and was extremely thorough. Highly recommend this young man. Misleading ads: 50% off a tree with free installation drew me in. There were many fees added to the bill. All plants require an install fee of $30 if they bring the plants to you. So if you deal with this company, be warned. Much better plants available for 2/3 the price at Desert Horizon. All the plants and tree were not planted for correctly for our desert soil. (I had attended SRP workshop to educate myself), but they would not dig the hole bigger than the root ball. $3000 spent for plants $1000 wasted. read more

They will lie and say everything is grown by Moon Valley in Arizona when trees come from California they're not prepared for the Arizona heat, also they buy from other nurseries and will UPSALE the trees for a higher price. I wouldn't come here as they don't really care about you unless you're prepared to buy a tree they say is worth $3000 or more. The service is absolutely terrible. read more

The process was very easy - made our visit to The Moon Valley nursery in Queen Creek. Spoke to sales rep that was extremely helpful answered all of our questions. Found the 4 trees we wanted and picked the delivery day. Communication was great got call for delivery time and it was about 30 minute (even better). Delivery Day - Spoke with Tristan as to my concerns digging around the pool. He took the lead and his crew were all very nice and respectful. He too took the time answered all my questions. We went to the Moon Valley nursery at 5545 W. Hunt Hwy for our fruit trees. Rob and Kelly helped us select trees and source then from other locations as needed. They were super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about their products and made great recommendations. They even came out to our home to flag the planting areas. When the crew came out to plant, Tristan saw to it that the trees were organized in a visually pleasing way, planted, watered and fertilized well. After a very windy day, Tristan and his crew actually came back out within just one day and staked all the trees beautifully. He was so helpful and accommodating and made sure we were happy with their work before they left. He definitely enjoys his job, it shines through! read more

We redid our front yard and it looks fantastic! We went into Moon Valley Nursery and met with Jordan. He helped us pick out the tree, shrubs, cacti and plants and even came to our house to help us with the placement. My wife purchased a Pygmy palm and a hibiscus tree, The crew that was sent out, Tristan, Ryan, Jerrick & Jay. They planted the trees and they look awesome. From my initial contact with moonvalley I spoke to a very nice lady named Stacy. she took my call right away and the very next day Stacy and Adam came to our house and gave us advise and a phenomenal deal on the purchase of several new Ficus trees. My wife and I had a vision and Moonvalley and the team made it come true. Stacy and Adam understood our since of urgency on getting our trees installed asap but they recommended we wait until October to get them planted so they could choose the best bunch from the nursery which I thought was great! The install day came and I was greeted by a very nice individual named Bryce. Bryce and his team were extremely professional, knowledgeable, and took care with the install of our trees. Moonvalley went above and beyond and exceeded our expectations and we would definitely use them for any other plants/trees. We had recently worked with another nursery and our experience could have been better. The lot had plants that looked old, unhealthy, limited in numbers, or just downright out of stock. We had plants die and then were told it was because it got cold, even though the entire neighborhood had ficus trees that made it just fine. We opted for other plants and those are dying already too. We were told we were overwatering, but then an actual arborist said we weren't watering enough. We had installation but received no coaching, expectations, water plan, etc. It was time to look elsewhere, so we drove to Moon Valley in San Tan Valley and were met by Danielle. She was very polite, very informative, and walked us through most of the lot to show us various options and prices. She even walked us out to our car, which was quite nice of her. We settled on two ficus trees, but the best part was the service they offer to help homeowners understand their purchase, plan and set up a watering schedule, and then follow up for the first year. I loved just walking around as everything was so green, healthy looking, and smelled of citrus. It was a great experience and I'm excited to try the Moon Juice to see if it will help my plants from the other nursery! read more

Their plants and trees are very expensive and over priced. I only give them the 3 stars as their staff was professional. I bought 2 small trees there and the rest of my plants at Home Depot. They all thriving in my yard so there's no difference in the product outside of the larger bushes and trees that Moon Valley has. Expect to pay more when you visit them. read more

We purchased trees last year in preparation for planting this year and when we got back after 6 months of helping family members in OR we went out to Moon Valley nursery and Jake helped us! He couldn't find the trees we purchased but he made sure that we found more and to our liking! He was amazing in helping us and came over a couple of times to check out our front and back yards to make sure they would look aesthetically pleasing and had enough room to plant!! Well when planting day came Tristan Jerric Jay Russell and Ryan were AWESOME!!!!! Oh my goodness not only were they professional personable and kind- not minding my excitement and obsession with videoing the process giggle- but it looks AMAZING!!! They cleaned up after they left the crane installation was AWESOME to watch too! My kids and neighbors showed up for that!! I would recommend that crew of guys to anyone!!
