In fact, I wanted to stay or bring them home with me to keep eating fresh and organic food. They shopped every day to make sure we had nothing but fresh. The accommodations are 5-star. The views just breathtaking. And being able to sleep with window open and sleep by the sound of trickling fountain. Their morning entertainment brought laughter and dear memories to us now that we're home. Thank you K&L!

The first time my wife and I stayed in the main house and this time we brought our two daughters and stayed in the Casita. Both times were 5-Star!! I don't think I can come to Sedona and stay anywhere else. The property is located in a fantastic location to shopping, views like Red Rock State Park (literally down the street), Cresent Moon Ranch and Verde Valley if you want to go to Old Cottonwood. There also trails near Sedona Cathedral Hideaway along the side of the road for some of the best view in town. Sedona Cathedral Hideaway gave us some of the most relax stays we have ever had and we have been around the world. There are no disappointments staying at Sedona Cathedral Hideaway. Thank you Kathy for making it a great time for my whole family while we stayed at the Casita. Ronald G, Janet and the kids.

On our first morning, we arrived at the restaurant around 10:45 a.m. and were told breakfast service was ending. Our only options were to wait for lunch or try room service, which wasn't guaranteed. This was especially frustrating given how far our room was from the dining area. We asked the front desk if we could place a room service order without returning to our room. Although the concierge tried to help, no one followed up for about 15 minutes. While our server was kind, the manager, Ryan, made no effort to resolve the situation or take accountability. Despite the dining area being nearly empty, we were told we could not be seated and had to take our breakfast to go. Hoping for better service the next day, we ordered room service again and were told the wait would be one hour. Our food arrived an hour and twenty minutes later. We were also told the Duck Pond pool was open 24 hours, but when we arrived it was dark, unattended, covered in dirty towels, and had no clean towels available, giving the impression it was closed. While the setting is stunning, the disorganization and lack of service significantly impacted our stay.

My husband and I came to Sedona over Valentine's weekend with 0 plans and nowhere to stay. Very…read morerisky of us, I know. As we're cruising down the main street we passed The Inn Above Oak Creek and noticed they had a lit-up vacancy sign. We immediately went in and met with the inn keeper who offered to let us go see the room before we committed to booking. This is THE cutest little 13 room inn set right on Oak Creek. There is seating down by the creek, on the patio off the main room, and inside the main room itself that all have great views. Our room was very spacious with a 2-person sized bathtub and a fireplace! It had truly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in away from home. My husband was obsessed and wanting to know how we could copy it to have at home. Both of the inn managers were so kind and took such good care of us. You could feel how much they care for the inn and value their guests. There's always coffee and water set out. They have homemade cookies in the afternoon and homemade muffins in the morning. They have a bookshelf with various options for reading and a large selection of movies. On the coffee table, they have binders full of recommendations for trails and exploring the area. It was such a cute and intimate place to stay. I'd recommend it to anyone traveling to Sedona and I'd love to stay here again! We truly couldn't have found a better place to stay for Valentine's Day. We felt so lucky to have gotten a room here.

Of…read moreall the restaurants visited on our trip west, this was, by far, the best dining experience we had. I ordered a Reuben sandwich with pastrami and can definitively state that this is the best Reuben I have had in my 68 years on the planet! The pastrami was lean and juicy, just enough kraut and dressing PLUS the marbled rye bread wasn't greasy or soggy as some contenders for this title were in the past. The side order of homemade potato chips balanced things out nicely. I've gotta admit though, the iced tea almost stole the show. I am somewhat an iced tea addict and their combination of black teas and fresh mint just about blew my mind. I had four refills! My wife had their veggie quiche with chips and found it equally memorable. The price for lunch was about what I usually expect to pay for dinner but it was truly worth it. The pleasant surroundings complimented the food and the waitress for our table was an absolute delight despite my running her back and forth to fetch me more iced tea! You must stop here and experience it for yourself.

These sandwiches were like if I asked my little brother to make me one. It was ridiculous and way overpriced BLTA $18 two tiny pieces of avocado on the end. The only thing that was good and fresh was the bread everything else was basic nothing special. Also ordered the croissant, chicken salad sandwich. The croissant was good, but it was flat and looked like it was the end of the weeks bread. Again, $18 for the sandwich you would think that you would get a beautiful delicious croissant that was big and fresh but this looks like the size of a dinner roll and flatten down and they put grapes in their chicken salad which I am not a fan of. Absolutely nothing special about the sandwiches, way overpriced you would be better off going to Subway and that's pretty bad. The only good thing is the bread was good and the atmosphere is nice that's it otherwise you're paying $40 for two sandwiches with a slice of old orange buried way under a large pile of old stale chips not even good chips I mean come on so unfortunetly not coming back here and I am a local. Too bad so bad! No locals discount.

5/5 Stars - An Unforgettable Sanctuary in the Red Rocks…read more The team at Sedona Views is truly AMAZING--Michael and his incredible staff go above and beyond with genuine warmth and attention to every detail. They arranged a perfect massage for my wife, decorated our room with loving, welcoming energy, and made us feel instantly at home. Our cabin was pure luxury: an incredible bed, stunning shower and tub, and every thoughtful amenity you could imagine. This place is becoming our family's "home away from home"--a magical getaway tucked into Sedona's breathtaking Red Rocks. From the hidden nooks along the paths to the peak views they're creating, and all the new spots they're bringing to life on the property, it's impossible not to be excited for what this visionary team is building! Thank you, Michael and the entire Sedona Views family, for turning our stay into such a memorable, heartfelt experience. We can't wait to return! --Chad

BEWARE: Targeted Attempted Robbery…read more The Joy Sedona is an undeniably stunning property. It has spacious cabins, incredible layouts, and is set beautifully right by the creek. It is exactly the kind of serene luxury retreat you expect when visiting Sedona. However, the absolute beauty of this property masks a dark, predatory reality. Please read my experience below: Every night, my wife places her highly valuable jewelry--including her stunning engagement ring and expensive diamond gold earrings--on the nightstand next to the bed. On our first morning, we woke up, all the jewelry was still there, we made coffee and walked 25 steps down from our cabin to that gorgeous creek to enjoy the morning views. Because we were in a secluded, luxury style area and only intended to be gone for a few minutes, we just left the jewelry on the table (around 9:00am). We were gone for about eight minutes but that brief eight-minute window was all it took for the illusion of paradise to shatter. When we returned, the ring and both earrings were gone. After tearing the room apart for over an hour, my wife finally, out of sheer desperation, checked the small trash bin next to the toilet. Deep inside, perfectly placed on top of tissues, was her jewelry. (I am attaching a video of my wife showing exactly how she found the jewelry buried inside the bin--obviously she wasn't filming when she actively was looking, so this video was taken a few moments after she found her jewelry, showing how it was staged). It was immediately clear to us that this was not a case of misplaced items; it was an organized, targeted attempted theft. The staff had scoped us out from the moment we arrived, targeted her high-end jewelry, and watched our movements. The second we stepped down to the creek, they made their move. The strategy was simple: hide the jewelry in the trash so that we would assume we lost it. Then, during standard housekeeping service, they would empty the bin and walk away with the items. By staging it in the trash beforehand, the perpetrator ensured they wouldn't have the stolen goods on their person if we immediately called the police, and could claim they never entered our room because it was technically before housekeeping cleaned the room. Shockingly, there are zero security cameras on this expansive property--a convenience that clearly serves those working here. When I confronted Michael, the Director of Ops, he promised a "serious investigation." Yet, the very next day, the exact same staff members were walking around the property as if nothing happened. Michael then offered us two insulting options: stay and receive a 10% discount, or leave with a refund only for the remaining night. We never once asked for a discount, a refund, or money. We only wanted justice and accountability. When I made this clear, Michael abandoned logic and maliciously stated: "The other option is that you falsified the story." When I asked him why I would fabricate a robbery when I was refusing any financial compensation, nor had I asked for any compensation at any time, his response was: "Well, sometimes people do things that don't make sense." That is when it became a disturbing question--is management in on this operation? Michael's handling of the situation and refusal to terminate or suspend the suspected staff points directly to a potential top-down cover-up. It seemed he didn't want an investigation; he wanted to protect the scam. We spoke to the guest in the cabin next to us to warn him. He revealed he and his wife stay here frequently, and last year, he remembered that his wife "lost" her necklace and simply moved on thinking she had lost it. Do not let the beautiful, open creek-side views fool you. This is not a luxury business; it appears to be a coordinated theft ring masquerading as a high-end retreat. Management appears to be actively shielding--if not leading--the exploitation of their own guests. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your privacy violated and your valuables potentially stolen by the very people running the property.
