BEWARE: Targeted Attempted Robbery The Joy Sedona is an undeniably stunning property. It has spacious cabins, incredible layouts, and is set beautifully right by the creek. It is exactly the kind of serene luxury retreat you expect when visiting Sedona. However, the absolute beauty of this property masks a dark, predatory reality. Please read my experience below: Every night, my wife places her highly valuable jewelry--including her stunning engagement ring and expensive diamond gold earrings--on the nightstand next to the bed. On our first morning, we woke up, all the jewelry was still there, we made coffee and walked 25 steps down from our cabin to that gorgeous creek to enjoy the morning views. Because we were in a secluded, luxury style area and only intended to be gone for a few minutes, we just left the jewelry on the table (around 9:00am). We were gone for about eight minutes but that brief eight-minute window was all it took for the illusion of paradise to shatter. When we returned, the ring and both earrings were gone. After tearing the room apart for over an hour, my wife finally, out of sheer desperation, checked the small trash bin next to the toilet. Deep inside, perfectly placed on top of tissues, was her jewelry. (I am attaching a video of my wife showing exactly how she found the jewelry buried inside the bin--obviously she wasn't filming when she actively was looking, so this video was taken a few moments after she found her jewelry, showing how it was staged). It was immediately clear to us that this was not a case of misplaced items; it was an organized, targeted attempted theft. The staff had scoped us out from the moment we arrived, targeted her high-end jewelry, and watched our movements. The second we stepped down to the creek, they made their move. The strategy was simple: hide the jewelry in the trash so that we would assume we lost it. Then, during standard housekeeping service, they would empty the bin and walk away with the items. By staging it in the trash beforehand, the perpetrator ensured they wouldn't have the stolen goods on their person if we immediately called the police, and could claim they never entered our room because it was technically before housekeeping cleaned the room. Shockingly, there are zero security cameras on this expansive property--a convenience that clearly serves those working here. When I confronted Michael, the Director of Ops, he promised a "serious investigation." Yet, the very next day, the exact same staff members were walking around the property as if nothing happened. Michael then offered us two insulting options: stay and receive a 10% discount, or leave with a refund only for the remaining night. We never once asked for a discount, a refund, or money. We only wanted justice and accountability. When I made this clear, Michael abandoned logic and maliciously stated: "The other option is that you falsified the story." When I asked him why I would fabricate a robbery when I was refusing any financial compensation, nor had I asked for any compensation at any time, his response was: "Well, sometimes people do things that don't make sense." That is when it became a disturbing question--is management in on this operation? Michael's handling of the situation and refusal to terminate or suspend the suspected staff points directly to a potential top-down cover-up. It seemed he didn't want an investigation; he wanted to protect the scam. We spoke to the guest in the cabin next to us to warn him. He revealed he and his wife stay here frequently, and last year, he remembered that his wife "lost" her necklace and simply moved on thinking she had lost it. Do not let the beautiful, open creek-side views fool you. This is not a luxury business; it appears to be a coordinated theft ring masquerading as a high-end retreat. Management appears to be actively shielding--if not leading--the exploitation of their own guests. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want your privacy violated and your valuables potentially stolen by the very people running the property. read more

Extremely beautiful property, exceptionally well appointed rooms and literally every staff member/person working on property was super nice and super helpful when it came to just talking about the property and having a chill conversation. I think this place is going to be way better than a lot of of the other resorts in the area. Currently, Sedona views bed-and-breakfast is still "under construction" making everything perfect for grand opening, but while we were there, it was still super awesome and serene. I hope it stays just a calm chill resort where people can stay in a beautiful room and enjoy the scenery. In my opinion, too many of these resorts have a bunch of extra "activities" and sometimes people just want to come and relax, I was super relaxed and can't wait to go back. . We recently stayed at the Luxury Creekside Cabins, a new addition to Sedona Views. It is truly one of the most special places I've ever stayed. Tucked away along Oak Creek in Sedona, it feels like your own private nature sanctuary, or Secret Garden-- The cabins themselves are stunning. Each one is beautifully designed with organic, calming interiors and has unique features like mini kitchens and walk in rain showers, fireplaces on the patio, and many more beautiful custom touches. I stayed in the Lao Tzu cabin, which was one of the roomiest cabins with plush king sized bed, sitting area, kitchenette, and gorgeous tiled bathroom with dual sinks and walk in rain shower. There's no Wi-Fi or TV, which honestly made the experience better. It gave me time to really slow down, connect with myself, and enjoy uninterrupted time with my partner. The peace and quiet here is unreal. We also loved that a wall panel controls the opening and closing of all of the drapes - which means you can surround yourself with the shifting light of nature, or have complete privacy and darkness. Breakfast is delivered right to your door each morning -- all organic, locally sourced, and honestly better than most restaurants. Our first morning we had yogurt, granola and fruit, organic hard boiled egg, carafe of organic OJ, a very berry French toast, and a house made donut. It was delicious! They also offer amazing add-ons like charcuterie boards, wine, s'mores kits, and picnic lunches. We took advantage of the s'mores kit and roasted marshmallows on the beach on property at night with the propane firepit set up out there. Loved it! The grounds are beyond gorgeous -- over 8 acres to explore, filled with wildflowers, fountains, and private seating areas. You can truly feel the thought and care that went into every detail. Stunning B & B. Years ago we stayed at this Bed and Breakfast when it was called The Wishing Well. At that time, it needed some TLC and the innkeeper/owner had lost his passion for the business. We had to go back, and what a gem! Ann the manager is so friendly and helpful. Sara and Carol the women who prepare and serve the breakfast were fantastic. They were happy to help with any advice or questions, and breakfast each day was amazing. Carol is happy to share the recipes too, which is rare and really very nice. I had to grab one for an incredible egg casserole. Upon check-in, Ann walked us upstairs to our room. It was spotless, bright, with a huge balcony with a jacuzzi and lots of light from the wall of windows. We had snacks and water left in the room which was a nice touch. The room has a TV, coffee maker and mini fridge. The bathroom had lots of space and the shower was large with a nice rain showerhead. Each room has a private entrance. The balconies with jacuzzi's are private as well. There is plenty of parking for guests and the driveway up to the inn is private and only marked with an address which makes you feel tucked away in complete privacy. There are a few hikes you can take from the property too. The views from our room at sunrise and sunset were phenomenal. Sedona Views is a very special place and we can't wait to go back. read more

Wow. If we could give more stars we would! First need to start with a Thanks to Brooks, if it wasn't for you, we never would have found this gem that is now our favorite stay in Sedona. We have stayed at all the luxury resorts and a handful of Airbnbs in the area, and this place is just SPECTACULARLY Special. To start- the service is top notch and within hours I felt we knew everyone's name and they also knew ours. Michael, Jonathan, Riker, and everyone working on the grounds adds to the experience. The beds in the creekside cabins are dreamy and hard to get out of in the morning....but not when breakfast is delivered to your front porch at 8:30am with a smile in a cute basket. They are in their soft opening phase and I cannot wait to get back and see the finishing touches on an already gorgeous property. You are also very close to uptown so it seems far away & private but you're also so close to everything. They also have their own hike entrance on property! WOW! Sedona Views bed & breakfast has completely blown us away. We just finished our 3 night stay in the Morning Glory room and already booked our future visit. To find a place as nurturing and beautiful as this is rare. From the second we pulled in the driveway we felt relaxed. The garden area is so cared for and the view from the hilltop is breathtaking. But a place wouldn't be as special without the people that make it so-- Ann the innkeeper is a true gem, she made us feel so welcomed and cared for. Danny was such a joy to talk to and gave us all the insights on trails to explore throughout our visit. A special shout-out to everyone who made breakfast as I've never felt so treated in my life! Usually I'm in a rush in the mornings and having breakfast at 8:30 in a loving community space was such an incredible part of our stay. Also everything was DELICIOUS. A couple pro tips I'd recommend is taking the private hike up the hill as the 360 view is incredible. Just WOW! This place was so magical, the hidden gem off the creek seemed right out of a fairytale. Following red rock views just out of uptown Sedona, where there are plenty of restaurants/shopping if you WANTED to leave the resort, a quick turn right off the main road brings you to a glittering, lush green oasis. Follow the stone path over spots of trickling creek to your cabin, unpack and roam around the flowers or sit with your feet in the creek in one of their many private sitting "nooks" that we just loved to stumble upon. We took their little pedal boat out at sunset which was just absolutely magical and so fun and cute. Come night-fall the couple of vegetarians we are, roasted veggie weenies in the open fire of their amazing automatic gas fireplace (SUCH A NICE TOUCH) each room was equipped with. We're planning another stay in the wintertime to enjoy those fireplaces with a frosty creek in the background That being said, we will ABSOLUTELY return, the vibes, the people, the incredible room service delivering our beautiful breakfast to our patio each morning. 10/10 recommend!!! read more

We spent 3 nights at the Luxury Creekside Cabins. We were in the Amaru Emoto cabin and everything was just about perfect. The location, high end bedding, bathroom, gourmet breakfasts, sitting by the creek and spending the evenings on the patio with a glass of wine. We even sat outside with the rain between us and the fireplace. We were on a 25 day road trip and stayed at some beautiful places, but this was definitely number one. This B&B is a Sedona gem! Ann is such a sweet, kind hearted host. She went out of her way to make us feel special from check in-check out, from booking over the phone to sweet check ins via text prior to our arrival. We arrived a little past midnight and we were welcomed by a sweet note, with our lights on and freshly baked cookies. Both my wife & I are really glad that we stayed here for 4 nights. What a beautiful place to stay at. Our room was on the first floor with a private hot tub on the outside deck. We had views of some of the mountain formations from our deck. The location is about a mile outside the hussle/bussel of Sedona. They also have a private beach with beach chairs/table which one can walk to and listen to the river running water. It was so relaxing and peaceful! The staff and breakfasts are excellent. You won't go hungry. The rooms are serviced daily and kept very clean. There is ample parking at the top of a small driveway road. read more

About a half mile outside Sedona above the highway in a tree house like atmosphere sits Sedona Views. My sister raved about this place and so we went while I was visiting her- post pandemic. The views are truly stunnng, the room we stayed in, the Sedona Serenade was big and well appointed, with a super comfy king sized bed, a huge private balcony with chairs and a hot tub. This is where the pandemic kinda stinks because breakfast, which i heard was incredible pre-pandemic was two lemon muffins- they were good and fresh, but not special. They also left these yummy chocolate chip almond cookies in the fridge that were really good. My main critique is that the water from the hot tub had a weird smell that left us smelling like swamp. It looked totally clean, so that was a bummer. We let them know, so I am sure they will address it for future guests...The name Sedona views is apt. You won't find better hosts, or feel more at home than you will here! We've stayed with Sam and Irith several times, starting in 2004. Our first few visits were at the OG location (now called Sedona Suites), but for my 40th birthday trip, we opted to try the 'new' location at Sedona Views. We did not regret it. You can't go wrong with either location. The hosts, Sam and Irith, and innkeeper Ann, are warm, welcoming, helpful, and all-around wonderful people. From the moment you meet them you feel like family. They are incredibly adept at reading people, and give just the right amount of attention to each person. They somehow find the time to continue exploring Sedona and the surrounding areas, and can give you fantastic advice on how to make the most of your time, from dining reservations to the best route to the Grand Canyon and so much more. The rooms are beautifully, tastefully decorated with all the finishing touches to make you feel at home, but better than home. There is a private hot tub and fluffy towels outside each room, which is glorious after a long day of hiking (or however you spend your time). The water pressure in the shower was downright enviable. Breakfast each morning is a culinary delight, and wildly plentiful. Sam's rotating list of recipes never disappoints. Every morning we would stuff ourselves to bursting with his delicious creations and then head out for a day in the red dirt, hiking the many trails. We often didn't get hungry until mid to late afternoon, and would happily enjoy the afternoon snack in the common room. There was a plentiful variety at snack time, too, of course. Sedona Views is a lovely place to stay. If you can get a reservation, you won't regret staying here. We will always stay with Sam and Irith when we visit Sedona, they are the standard to which we hold all BnB's and no one can match their hospitality, kindness and service. read more

My partner and I were taking a last-minute visit to Sedona. I really wanted to find a good B&B and searched A LOT. Sedona Views caught my eye, and I spoke with the manager Ann. She was incredible right on the phone! We stayed on for about 15-20 minutes so that she could tell me about the rooms, breakfast, and answer all my questions. The room I wanted (Sedona Serenade) wasn't available so she booked me in another one after we talked about what I was looking for. Then she called me back a day or two before our arrival to tell me that the room was available--this was so thoughtful! The B&B is located to the north of Sedona on top of a little hill. Our room had a view of Cathedral Rock, right from the bed. The bed itself was incredible comfortable and had some of the best sheets I've ever slept on. All of the rooms (she gave me a tour) had great quality beds, furniture, etc. And, the breakfast was creative and filling! Who gets a homemade souffle at a B&B? We were so well cared for. I would definitely stay here again, and I highly recommend Sedona Views if you're looking for a restful, welcoming place to stay while in Sedona. A true gem! ps - I left a shirt I love at the B&B and called Ann after I left to see if they found it. Not only did they have it, she sent it to me priority mail at the hotel's expense with a little note in the bag saying "Thank you for staying with us." What a pleasant touch. Words can't describe the beauty and magic of this location. The rooms are beautiful and clean, the property is precious and the food is to die for. I can't explain how happy Sedona Views made me and my husband. Our anniversary was perfect thanks to Sam, he went out of the way to make this weekend so special for us both. I really wish they had a package for couples, but over all, I am fascinated by the kindness of the staff. I definitely recommend Sedona Views to any couple who is looking for a beautiful scenery with a quiet and peaceful atmosphere. When you go to a place like Sedona, you want to relax and be well-cared for. Well, Ann and her very capable kitchen and cleaning staff at Sedona Views took verrrry good care of us and made our vacation one we will remember fondly for a very long time. Here's what was so lovely: * Large, comfortable room, tastefully furnished and romantic! * Comfortable bed * Extremely clean room. One morning we went to breakfast. When we returned, the room had been thoroughly cleaned! * Very quiet * Very well maintained property * GORGEOUS views of the red rocks at sunset * Private outdoor hot tub, for viewing the stars * Excellent, large, nutritious breakfasts, beautifully presented * Complementary soft drinks and coffee plus fresh baked cookies, dip and crackers and candies, 24/7 * All guests we met were interesting and wonderful * Just 1 mile from the center of uptown Sedona, and just 10-15 min to anywhere in west Sedona you want to go. Was ideal because you were close, yet could escape from the crowds. But most of all, Ann was incredibly warm and welcoming. She anticipated our needs before we even asked, and went above and beyond the call of duty - willingly and pleasantly. This started even before we arrived - when we spoke on the phone she understood our needs and suggested a few rooms that would work for us. For example, we told Ann we were driving straight through from the San Francisco Bay Area and would not arrive until 9 PM. She made sure she was there to greet us (she does not live on the property). Then, she came in waaay early one morning and packed a breakfast for us when we were going hiking early and would miss the regular breakfast. We stayed a week, so she made sure breakfast each morning was unique - we were not served the same menu twice. Then, we mentioned it would be helpful to have a desk in the room for the next guests...before we returned in the afternoon, she had installed a desk! Who does that?? She knows the area well and made excellent recommendations for restaurants and shops. I only wish we could give more than 5 stars for the wonderful experience we had at Sedona Views. The Melting Point - exquisite hand blown glass objects Bonanza - we bought a pair of exquisite Native American flutes Outdoor Activities -------------------- West Fork - flat trail, awe-inspiring red rocks, near a cool stream V Bar V - 1100 petroglyphs on a wall you can get fairly close to, easy flat 1/2 mile out, 1/2 mile back trail; excellent explanations by volunteer docent Palatki Heritage Site - call to make an appointment, as they take only 10 people on a tour at a time. My husband and I first took a look at Sedona Views here on Yelp because of the overwhelmingly positive ratings it has accumulated. We ended up choosing this B&B as our location to spend our mini-honeymoon (we eloped in Phoenix and spent a long weekend up in Sedona). SEDONA VIEWS DID NOT DISSAPOINT and EXCEEDED OUR EXPECTATIONS. Seriously, the best lodging experience we have ever had, and now my standards are far too high to stay anywhere else! Communication was always, always clear, friendly and timely. Up-front pricing and great info on their business website. We arrived after they had closed for the night and had detailed instructions laid out for us. Our room, the Sedona Serenade, was ABSOLUTE PERFECTION. Quiet, private and (hence the name) spectacular views of the landscape. Awesome amenities: seriously the comfiest king-size I have ever slept on (not an exaggeration), giant sliding doors overlooking the private patio and hot tub, homey fireplace that was perfect for January... Not a single complaint! We met Sam and Ann on our first morning there, and they clearly were meant to be innkeepers. Breakfast was out of this world: fantastic fruit salad, homemade croissant with orange-scented custard, Sam's handmade apple cinnamon toast and spicy, peppered turkey pastrami. After breakfast Sam sat the guests down in their cozy and inviting front room to explain a detailed, hand-drawn map of Sedona. We learned what was worth stopping at and what to skip over, which hikes were for which kinds of hikers, and the rich and interesting history of many of Sedona's main attractions. Sam was eloquent and kind. It was literally the most flawless lodging experience I have ever had. While up in Sedona, my husband and I found a honeymoon gift to ourselves at the Sedona Arts Center, toured a legit Native American trading post, and had dinner at Elote Café--all three high-quality establishments. All three of these were recommended to us by Sam. Upon checking out, we met Sam's wife Irith. She was just as warmhearted as her husband! We had to leave early, so a delicious bagged breakfast was put together for us, and we had coffee brewed for us for the road. Irith inquired into the quality of our stay, and then she gave us a coupon for 20% off our next stay (most definitely will head there for our anniversary). Sedona Views is a gem of a B&B to stay at if you're in Sedona. From the minute we met Sam, his wife Irith, and Candyce the grounds inn-keeper, they all made us feel right at home the minute we arrived. We checked in after the 6pm check-in time (they don't mind at all - just have to call ahead to let them know) and everything was ready for us. We stayed in the Morning Glory room which had great views of the red rocks and a private jacuzzi (all of the rooms do). Note to self: this is a huge perk since you'll likely need it after all the hiking/climbing you do on trails. Each morning they alternate their breakfast menu (one day is "sweet" and the other is "savory") Of the 3 days we stayed, 2 of the mornings we had breakfast and it was all delicious and wholesome food. I also fell in love with their homemade pumpkin seed bread - so delicious! Normally we are the get-up-and-go type on vacation, but sitting around and talking to the owners really gave us insight into how much they love their "jobs." Even if you don't plan on having a sit down breakfast (served at 8:30am) you can let them know and they will be more than happy to pack breakfast to-go. Once we were in town we had a general outline of what we wanted to see, but Sam was more than helpful in guiding us to the best sights to see in the amount of time we were in town. Plus he recommended Elote - and I'm so thankful he did. In addition to their own personal knowledge, they have an entire library of hiking maps and other local information on the area. In a nutshell, Sedona Views B&B is warm and welcoming. We happened to meet another couple at the B&B who have been coming back to Sedona Views for several years. Although the owners have another B & B towards the downtown area (called Boots & Saddles) they said Sedona Views is their favorite and wouldn't stay anywhere else. read more

Hands down one of the nicest and most thoughtful bed and breakfast stays I've ever had. I was so happy to be here during my spiritual retreat and the location is perfect -- slightly outside of the town but accessible to everything. The owners are incredibly sweet and thoughtful. Where do I start!!! I can't say enough wonderful things about this place. Almost don't want to because I want this place all to myself!! That wouldn't be fair though as it is such a gem. First.. I booked 2 nights and stayed for 4! I'd never have left if that was possible . Ann was a most gracious host and she and Diana made sure we had everything we needed. We stayed in the Sweet dreams room (best in my opinion) and enjoyed the sounds of the waterfall outside, blue birds and hummingbirds flitting all around, beautiful views and such peacefulness. The extended property area down by the creek was a wonderland and so beautiful, our own private oasis away from the crowds. Bruno was a great guide and vacation friend we fell in love with (the caretakers dog). I don't think I'll ever be able to stay anywhere else and I intend to visit many more times and can't wait to get back there! If you are looking for a place to enjoy and not just to sleep then I highly recommend this B & B. read more

You feel like you're staying with family without all the feuds when you stay at Sedona Views BnB. Upon checking in you will receive a warm welcome from the inn keeper, Candyce, who is also a local artist. She will give you a tour of the premises and show you to your room. My wife and I really enjoyed that Sedona Views kept menus of many local restaurants ranging from casual to upscale. This really helped us in making our dinner plans that weekend. Everyday at breakfast one of the owners, Sam or Irith, was always there to share their vast experience of the local hikes and attractions they were very helpful offering us their experience and knowledge of the hiking trails and restaurants in the area. What a special place. Seclusion, privacy, and private jacuzzi under the stars... this is a slice of heaven. The views are amazing during the day and and the stars are spectacular at night. The space was roomy and perfect. The linens were fantastic. Everything was immaculate, including the manicured landscaping and water features. This is the second time my wife and I stayed at Sedona Views B&B, and it was fantastic. the accommodations were excellent and the staff was friendly, helpful and pleasant to talk with. The breakfasts were outstanding and the meals were varied.I felt each day we had a gourmet meal to start the day. The breakfasts were hearty enough to last most of the day which meant we did need to stop or pay for lunches. The in-room mini-fridge was helpful and provided a means to store our own beverages and snacks. The staff was also very helpful in providing suggestions for activities and dinner options. The outdoor Jacuzzi was a great way to heighten our relaxation after our days of touring and walking. The views from our deck were fantastic and provided a nice view of what Sedona has to offer - tremendous natural beauty. When we return to Sedona we will definitely stay at the Sedona Views again! read more

I haven't stayed at very many bed & breakfasts. I think this one has forever spoiled me by setting my expectations far too high. The set-up is a large house with many doors. All the suites are VERY private. We stayed in Sedona Serenade, which is right across from the dining room and we loved both the incredible views and the privacy. The room has an extremely comfortable king size bed, a fridge, wine glasses & decent cork screw, a good-sized bathroom (with 2 fans and a heater), a TV, and is heated by a charming gas fireplace. The decor is rustic southwest but not obnoxiously so. The owners are from Europe originally and I think this shows in the tasteful decor. On the deck there is a 3-person hot tub and some furniture. Since we were there in March, and it was snowing HARD the entire time, along with intense fog, we enjoyed the hot tub more than we thought we would. Hiking was mostly out of the question and many of the views couldn't be seen at all. Food is very good. Every other day the breakfast rotates between sweet and savory. When you make your reservation they ask about any dietary requirements and they will follow them to a T. The 2 breakfasts we had were orange bread pudding type french toast and an eggy breakfast enchilada type thing. Yummy! After breakfast on your first day, someone will give you orientation about restaurants, hikes, things that are "worth it" and things that are not. This was SOOOO helpful! Sedona is extremely touristy and there are tons of hiking options. As I mentioned, it was snowing hard, but thanks to the suggestions of Sam we were able to find a manageable mile-long hike nearby which afforded us some neat photo-ops and some fun in the snow. All the shops he recommended were spot-on...authentic goods, neat to browse, not tourist traps full of made-in-China stuff. In the main sitting room there are DVDs and menus from the area restaurants...very helpful. Irith's suggestions for places to catch the view and go for short hikes, or hikes which would be in the sun (and therefore devoid of ice) were also helpful. There are snacks too (nuts, cookies, crackers and spread) in the common room from 2-5pm. Coffee and tea are always available. The common deck has a telescope, a waterfall, patio furniture, and a firepit...just lovely. We would definitely stay here again and I would recommend it to anyone. Great experience all around! Oh yeah...just look for the green "Red Rocks Lodge" motel...it shares a drive with Sedona Views. If you pass it on the first try, turn around just over the bridge--there's a parking lot. read more

Have you ever seen the episode of Gilmore Girl's where they stay in a bed and breakfast? or perhaps the bed and breakfast segment on Portlandia? Both of them are extremely entertaining, but they made me very wary of ever staying in a B&B. Sedona views changed my opinion of them completely! This place is fantastic: Beautiful rooms, private porch with a private hot tub ^_^, lovely view, AND there were fresh baked cookies out on a plate waiting for us when we arrived. These were real cookies too, delicious ones; not bars of soap. And then breakfast! Amazingly delicious! Sam makes a mean custard French Toast. Now I can't imagine staying anywhere else the next time I visit Sedona. read more

My daughter and I just returned from our one week stay at this beautiful bed and breakfast inn. There are not enough adjectives in the English language capable of describing the magnitude of the views, the deliciousness of the breakfasts, or the genuine warmth of the innkeepers Sam and Irish. Stay: 8/8/14 - 8/11/14 Our 3-night stay was very nice. We celebrated our 29th anniversary. The inn is just outside town, secluded, quiet, perfect. The breakfasts were amazing (definitely not skinny food). The room and bed were very comfortable; I slept great. Plenty of water pressure in the shower. Sipping wine in our private hot tub on the spacious patio, with red rock views all around, and a full moon rising over the distant spires was breathtaking! Sedona has tons of things to do, and hiking is spectacular. Sam and Irith were like family to us, and offered useful info about what to do around town. I'm not a big B&B fan - I go to them for my wife who loves B&Bs. However, I really enjoyed our stay at the Sedona Views. read more

Very expensive B&B for the kind of facilities they provide. To begin with they have no drinking water for their guests in the rooms. For 300 $ rent per night, water is a small item that can be included. My daughter went to the kitchen at night looking for some drinking water and was yelled at by the owner for being in private quarters even though it was the kitchen area. I guess you have to remember to buy your own water or you are out of luck! The place does not provide flexibility to eat breakfast in the morning. Everyone is expected to be in the dining area by 8.30 am or you don't get served! Also the owner asked me to move to a different table at breakfast even though I had been sitting there before other guests arrived. I did not feel welcomed !!! read more
