I didn't say anything because I was going to wait until the movie actually started. Then, when it did, he tried to shake a 2L of soda, to do who knows what .... Spray it I'm sure. I made a comment. He stopped for a bit. Later on my girlfriend and I were still being bothered by them. He kept farting on her and turning to her going, "Do you like the smell?" I finally (half way through), spoke up and said something. A tenant followed me in and then didn't say a word to them. We ended up leaving the theater. I DID get a receipt to come back to another show time, which is great. HOWEVER, I tried calling to talk to someone about some other things I witnessed, and I was placed on hold. Then I called back and was hung up on 5 times and placed on hold another. Whoever was working during this shift really didn't give a shit. I get it man, you're working a low paying job, in school, young, but most of us did all that too. Grow a pair and do your job. Mind you the staff was great in the beginning and friendly. But when it came down to it, they weren't answering and hanging up the phone on purpose.

There's the RPX theater if you're looking for a full experience, but even the regular theaters are good. They added a nice, new bar with full service - grab a cocktail, wine, beer, seltzer, soda - and head to your show. It's never packed but seems to be steady enough to maintain business.

RE: Ballerina in 4DX (Prepare to shake, rattle, and roll!)…read more Let me start by proclaiming that if you experience motion sickness or have a bad back, the 4DX experience (specifically for a high action film) is probably NOT for you. You could literally slip a disc. We were shook, rattled, and rolled -- spattered with water (apparently you can turn the water off, but I never figured out how lol), spayed and pelted with air guns, jerked and jolted for the entire duration of the film. Was it a lot? Yes. Was I almost thrown from my chair thrice? Yes. Was it hard to get back into my chair after a restroom break? Yep. Was it difficult to eat my popcorn and drink from a can at some points? Yes. Did we both leave wearing some of our concessions snacks? Yes. Did our car keys shake themselves right out of the hubby's pocket at some point during the film, and we didn't notice until we'd exited and got to the car in the parking lot? Yes. Did we go back inside and find them lodged in the seat? Yes. But, after the shock and confusion of this being our first 4DX experience, did we enjoy it? Also, yes. Not sure how fast I'll come running back for 4DX, but it was certainly a unique movie-going experience, and theater seats are new. Cheers!

I had the loyalty membership and went often on discount days and morning matinees when they weren't crowded. My three boys and I had the run of the place. But then we stopped going through the covid shutdowns and switched over to this closer cinema afterwards. Love them for the same reasons. Newer, cleaner. better service. The loyalty discounts on admission aren't nearly as good with Cinemark, but it's much closer for me and has some better food options nearby for the pre- or post- movie meals. The family is older and has more opinions on the meals and the venue.

Use the hallways bathrooms as they do not smell. This theater has every kind of theater or entertainment arena type food that you could want. They even have Korean hot dogs but $12$!! They do a good job keeping everything else clean but the WOMENS BATHROOM NEAR THE EXIT. The young adults and teenagers who work here do a really great job. They're polite and sweet and kind.. I highly recommend the Korean fried chicken Nextdoor and then they really healthy place on the other side of that plus the gyros and salad A deputy was recently added because of the spiked Rick kids who live in the area who think they can do what the hell rhey want. Can you imagine a deputy sheriff has to be here in a very wealthy area? Because of rich kids? The deputy said that parent just come here and drop off their tweens and up and then when they get into mischief, they call and their parents are drunk and they can even come pick them up., There's always a pack of teen boys at the Walmart in the next plaza, running around like idiots in the store and on the sidewalks. They're loud and obnoxious and think this whole plaza is their playground and yeah, they're probably about 16.. There's no cops at the Cinemark in Orange Park. I'm sure.. You'll see kids as young as 11 years old just running a muck in the parking lot anywhere in the Durbin pavilion parking lot We are regulars here. I highly recommend the theater.

Wonderful theater! I simply can't believe I haven't reviewed the IMAX before now…read more It is a huge theater, yet when you enter the lobby it has a small, welcome feel that is nice. The staff is always super friendly and the popcorn is always fresh! For our first 5 years here, my family and I had an annual pass. Such an amazing deal that was! You could get unlimited documentaries and 50% off newly released movies. Plus, you got coupons for free drinks and popcorn. In addition, each member received one free entry to the World Golf Hall of Fame Museum. And there used to be mini golf available that was unlimited as well. We've seen it change over the short time we've lived here and sadly, they don't get the patronage you'd think. From what I understand, from the start they were supposed to have an off ramp going directly to the area...but that changed and it didn't happen, and inadvertently hurt the area from the start. A lot of folks don't even realize there is an IMAX here or anything else. I suppose for most folks it is rather hidden back in the World Golf area. So sad really. The area has so much potential and the theater was one of the main things that was holding on. But they can't hold on anymore. That said, the time is coming very soon for them to close their doors for good. If you haven't checked out the IMAX and want to...you better hurry up! The theater and museum were going to stay open until December, but are now both closing their doors 1 Sep. Check out their website for showtimes. Yes, yes...there is a ton of parking and it's easy to find and a nice walk from any parking lot in the area. If you aren't familiar with the area, then use your GPS. It is a pretty drive back in here as well. Once you get here, you may be pleasantly surprised...it is very pretty. I'm sad Shell is closing this location, but I get it. I surely hope another theater group picks up where Shell is leaving off and reopens this theater again one day. It will certainly be missed!
