I call the main campus and they announce dates but still no progress. They take your money but don't fulfill all contract details. I will contact the CEO in hopes to get answers. Also I inquired about the Braiding Seminar that is on the BSA website. BSA IS ONLY OUT FOR YOUR $$$$$$

I have experienced significant issues with this AHA-certified course provider in my area. When I…read moremoved to Florida and was hired by a large hospital corporation, I had to update my BLS certification (I am an RN). Via an online search I found Wellington Group International in Miami Beach, and called them on July 9th, after completing the online test to schedule a skills check-off. I spoke with Grace Love, and reiterated with her several times that it was very important I receive my BLS card the day of the class, otherwise I would need to go through a different company. She stated that as long as I paid the fee over the phone with her, along with a late registration fee, that the card would be available. I gave her $75 via credit card that day. Two days later when I arrived at the skills class, the instructor, Patricia Love, said that she did not have a card for me, and that I would have to have it mailed. I immediately called their home office and reached Grace Love again, who told me that she had said I "might" have a card available for the skills class and that there were no guarantees. This was not at all what I was told when I was paying for the class; in fact I was quite clear at that time that if they could not provide the card that day I would need to use a different company, as I had two more on my list. She stated that she "didn't know what I thought I heard" but that there were no refunds, and that if I wanted to cancel the class there was a $75 cancellation fee. If I continued I would have to wait for the card to be mailed. I told her I would drive to their office to pick the card up myself on Monday (this was a Friday) and she said that was fine. When I filled out the review section at the end of the skills course, which I elected to finish, as I had driven an hour to do so, I wrote a succinct explanation of why I would not recommend their company to others. Two days later I drove down to Miami Beach (on Monday); the office was closed and no one answered their phone. Five weeks has gone by and I have not received my card. Generally my phone calls are not picked up, and my requests via voicemail for someone to call me back are ignored. Via email I was told that the original card was returned to them because my address was invalid (I receive mail from all other sources and have had no other mailing issues). Another email stated that to receive my card I would have to pay additional fees, including another processing fee, special postage, tracking, and insurance, all payable to Wellington Group. My final conversation with Grace Love on Tuesday the 19th of August culminated in her telling me to "go to another company" - again, with no way to get the card that I have, at this point, paid a total of $110 trying to obtain. After researching the company myself (after the issues previously discussed transpired, unfortunately) I've discovered other complaints, and have noted that the people involved in this company (who are all related) have done nothing to make right any of these issues and instead call the complainants liars (per google review). I would be happy to share the emails from this company, or speak with someone regarding my experience, and strongly urge consumers away from this provider.

Just took a renewal class and instructor course with them on August 30 and I must say Patricia was a great instructor. She really seemed to care about the success of the instructors and gave us some really good pointers. I even got my provider card the same day. I would say the only downer about this company is getting in touch with them via telephone. I called a few times before actually speaking to someone and even though I didn't get to them when I called, someone called me back, and even went as far as sending me an email within a few minutes. They did explain they were having some issues with their lines and were trying to fix them. Everyone, that I spoke to was informative and really nice and I didn't get bad treatment at all. I guess everyone doesn't have the same luck. I can definitely tell you the people were very supportive and convenient. 9 out of 10 Rating

SUSHI ANYONE ? We…read moreget invited to a 50th birthday party on a yacht to stroll up and down the Fort Lauderdale intracoastal waterways with a surprise. As we board the yacht we met Victor Romero who was wearing sushi chef attire and introduced himself as the Sushi Chef for the evening. When I saw the giant wooden sushi boats I knew this would be a treat, and boy was I right. Victor was below deck preparing a feast of extravagantly decorated sushi arrangements. Of course I had to grab a video of this unexpected feast in progress. About two hours into the cruise he brought out four massive boats loaded with vibrantly strategically positioned fresh sushi. Some of the guests including me were hardcore sushi fanatics so the first boat was devoured quickly. It was like a piranha eating frenzy, all I saw were chopsticks shoveling sushi into waiting salivating mouths. Victor proved himself as a top chef in the sushi world. On time, professional, competative pricing and provided a fresh sushi presentation. We definitely recommend Victor for sushi catering.

He was with our party for four full hours preparing several boats of sushi and side plates of sashimi. He brought out boat after boat of sushi to our party. The colors of the fresh sushi were so bright and had that professional artistic quality. Im not a big fish eater but I gobbled up many pieces dipped into wasabi and soy sauce. Victor provided extra entertainment during our party and even had left overs - lol.
