I was dreading every second of it, but when I walked into Men's Wearhouse, Lizzie came to the rescue. She was so quick, personable, and knowledgeable, that we just relaxed and let her do her magic. It was the best customer service I have had in a VERY long time. We were out of there in less than 30 minutes with a suit, shirt, and tie. And a big smile on both our faces. Lizzie is a gem! So I didn't know what to base our sons on. Once we walked in we told the sales associate what we knew. The theme was an ocean theme, semi formal, and his date was wearing navy blue. The people that usually help with fitting were busy. The staff that worked the cash register helped us and helped put the suit together. The store has an in house alterations. They were able to get my son fitted right away and get the alterations done in a timely matter. It was more affordable than other places we went to. Pick up was smooth. The alterations looked great. Parking was easy since it shares a lot with other businesses. Overall, we will continue to come here to purchase suits. Customer service is great, it's affordable, and they have everything here from ties, socks, cuffs, shoes, full suits, etc.

In addition to charcoal, white, & tan, there are even more unconventional colors like sky blue, salmon, & green. (I can attest to rocking these peculiar colors). Perhaps what's also pretty clutch is the fact that I can rent to pick-up in one location, use it, then return it at any Men's Wearhouse location. Case in point, I needed a suit for my niece's Confirmation. I was able to pick up my suit from my home location (in L.A.), go to the ceremony in San Diego, then drop it off at a location in S.D. Marvin couldn't have been any nicer. As soon as I walked-in, he happily greeted me & took care of my return. In addition, he didn't hesitate to answer any + all of my questions. The cherry on top? We checked in with the same worker who helped us before. He told us the manager is running late. Fine sure. We went over to the cafe in Barnes and Nobles to grab a coffee and came back. The manager was still not there. Please note, it's been another 30 minutes. We saw other customers getting helped and measured. I'm not sure if we were being discriminated against or if it was truly busy. We were given side eyes by a few employees before finally receiving help from a lady.
