In almost every instance, the process involved multiple rounds of adjustments, repeated fittings, and additional alterations even after the suit was supposedly finished. My experience with John at Zeglio Custom Clothiers was completely different. From the very beginning, John demonstrated an attention to detail that set him apart. Rather than relying heavily on software or generalized measurements that are later interpreted by a third party, John personally took extensive measurements and carefully guided me through fabric and design selections. It was immediately clear that he understood how a suit should fit and how to translate those measurements into a finished product. The process was exactly as promised: one appointment for measurements and fabric selection, a second appointment for the fitting once the canvas was created, and a third appointment for the final try-on and pickup. Remarkably, everything fit correctly. No endless rounds of alterations. No surprises. No compromises. What impressed me most was how much confidence John had in his process, and rightly so. He even encouraged me to come back within six months for complimentary adjustments if my weight changed. As it turned out, I did lose weight and took him up on the offer. The follow-through and customer service were every bit as impressive as the tailoring itself. The suit feels special. I receive compliments whenever I wear it, but more importantly, I appreciate the craftsmanship because I have enough experience with custom clothing to recognize when something is truly exceptional. The fit, balance, proportions, and details are all exactly what a custom suit should be. He is a kind man who wished me luck (and his luck worked, cause I won!) and had the dress ready for me days early than expected! My dress had two layers and he did the job for $80. I have very little experience getting items tailored so I don't know if that was an appropriate price or not. I didn't have time to go price hunting. But honestly, $80 for a dress I've had hanging in my closet for years is preferred to the agony of last-minute dress shopping (for something new that I would have likely needed hemmed anyway). We just happened to see the shop when were in the area and thought we'd check them out. Granted the suit did come from Mens Warehouse but Enzo made the suit like it was made for my husband.
