I needed a tux for my wedding in May 2019 and initially went to Suit Supply at UTC. As friendly as they were, a few weeks into the process, I came up empty handed as they couldn't create a cream colored tux jacket as I wanted. Then I came across KEP searching on Google. I called them up, confirmed they could make a cream colored tux jacket and set up at time to get measured up. I worked with Phen. He was terrific throughout the whole process. All the sales people were great. Everyone had a positive attitude, were never pushy, and wanted to make sure I got exactly what I wanted. Phen was super well informed and helped me pick out all the details. The whole experience from start to finish was great and Phen was there throughout the build of my tux, keeping me up-to-date. Where do I begin first? These gentleman namely Ryan but all the staff that helped out where amazing! My fiancée at the time and I had a vision for what we wanted and they helped make it come true. There was no pressure no hard sales pitch just a knowledgeable well versed staff. Working with the public myself and in sales I know how important this is. They made us feel warm and welcome. The vest we ordered with pinup girls as the interior fabric was just perfect! My now husband is in the military and we will have several for occasions on which we plan to get his men's wear from now on. Oz & company made my first MTM experience smooth and easy. I walked in about 3 months ago just to weigh out my options for my upcoming wedding. Oz briefly explained to me (unbiasedly) the pros and cons of MTM vs bespoke vs off the rack suits. I had some knowledge of the differences but I have only had experiences with just dramatically tailoring off the rack suits. He offered to make my measurements and went through the whole process of picking and choosing fabric, button materials, style etc. without a guarantee that I would even purchase from them! He told me that if I decide to go elsewhere at least I would have the measurements to make it easier. I loved that there was no pressure to buy. Long story short. I purchased my MTM suit that night and also a custom shirt. The wait was about a month or 2 for everything. I decided to add a vest to my 2 piece suit and Oz honored the bulk price he had quoted me even though I should have technically paid for the vest separately since I ordered it late. All in all, there was only 1 time I needed things altered, and the suit came out wonderful. It feels great to wear something you helped create. Tip: Please have a good idea of what you want when you come in (photo references, fit preference, etc.) In order for these guys to help you best. I am an artist myself and I find that a majority of people know what they DON'T want, but they don't know what they WANT. The journey will be much more enjoyable and smoother if you come in prepared and with an open mindset. Even though Oz was my main contact, all of the guys here were involved in the process in some way. The suit I got looks awesome. Just got back from my friends' wedding yesterday, where I got a lot of compliments. I'm very tall and have a thin torso, so it took a couple alterations to get the suit exactly the way I wanted it. The pants were perfect right away. The jacket was just a little too long at first, but they took care of it within a few days. Once that was resolved, I noticed that the suit was hugging my stomach too much for my liking - wish I realized it the first time around. I had a wedding and I came in to get a made-to-measure suit. I had been to a few places, including Nordstroms and Men's Warehouse, where I was not given the customer service I felt that I deserved. I arrived and was greeted by the team and given champagne. We then spent the next hour or so going over the style and fabrics that I want. I went with a rich blue suit with beautiful wooden buttons and a nice paisley interior. After visiting various stores and investigating many options, my then fiancee, now wife, and I scheduled a consultation with Ryan in hopes of getting a suit for our wedding. During our appointment, he was friendly, patient, and professional and walked us through the process of designing a made to measure suit. I had a lot of fun looking through all the fabrics and choosing all the little details. At times, we had a hard time making decisions and he helped us navigate those choices without making them for us. After an hour of working with Ryan, he gave us a quote and we didn't feel pressured to make a decision on the spot. In just a day or so, we knew we wanted to order the suit. Ryan placed the order for us and a couple weeks later, we returned to try on the new suit. It fit really well and he and the team helped make a few more suggestions. We ended up buying a bowtie and ordering a pocket square from Klein Epstein and I got a minimalist watch from Brathwait. A couple days before the wedding, one of groomsmen took my suit to the store to get it steamed. On our wedding day, I got many compliments on the suit and it was just awesome to feel good and confident in what I was wearing. Excellent experience. I was shopping for my wedding suit when I discovered Klein Epstein & Parker. I have several non-custom suits that fit pretty well, but this does not even compare. The fit is perfect. I struggled to find the right color at other stores. Here, they have virtually every fabric and color you can imagine. Price is fairly adjustable depending on your selections (fabric, style, etc.). My suit cost less than I what I expected for a custom suit. In fact, many off the rack suits in other stores were considerably more expensive. I worked with Ryan. He has been awesome from meticulously taking measurements, keeping me posted about the suit delivery (which arrived right on time in about 4 weeks), and completing the entire outfit once the suit arrived. My first time getting measured in the States I didn't know if the experience itself would be comparable or different altogether. Struggling to find parking in the busy weekend mall lot. Circling the complex I called ahead to inform id be late for my appointment -- "no problem at all, we'll be ready!" Unfamiliar with the mall layout I called a second time to ask for a directional landmark and a voice om the other end said they saw me and guided up a level, to make a left and look straight ahead with his hand raised. Ryan introduced himself and walked me into KE&P and casually we began talking about what the event was I attending, what kind of look did I have in mind, where it was and other questions that helped him evaluate what options would be best within the idea of what I wanted. The final result was a perfect fit and look for what I had imagined. From conversing to expediting measurements, answering the many questions I had with an answer to all the hour or so flew by. KE&P is where I'll be taking all my clothes for tailoring and seasonal measuring as the service, selection of fabrics is extensive and I know when I go back ill receive the superior attention to detail. read more

I was in the market to purchase a MTM suit for my engagement photos in Hawaii. Coincidentally, KEP opened here in San Diego and I walked in during their grand opening. Upon entering the attractive and tidy store, I was greeted by Ryan, my personal stylist, who was very charming and knowledgeable. He was amazing from start to finish! We selected each component of my suit with care - from the materials, embroidery and fitting - no detail was spared/overlooked. Unfortunately, a few days after my appointment I was notified that my material of choice was "out of stock" and may not be available to get it in time for our pending trip to Hawaii. Ryan immediately drove to our home to show us alternate choices and we were able to get an even better quality material at the same price.
