Y'all the Teddy Grahm latte i got at Moonshot coffee was INCREDIBLE!!! The dirty chai had oat milk infused with Teddy Grahm's and then they topped the latte with Teddy Grahm's. The first sip was delicious, but as the cookies softened and sunk to the bottom you got little cookie crumbles with each sip it was truly delicious. And can we talk about this lighting?! I'm really upset that they changed the drink menu. The Guinevere was my absolute favorite and I was told that they were getting rid of that drink. I did like the Oishii, I'm not sure if that stayed on the menu. I'm shocked people like the new drinks because the dirty teddy was terrible. The food is okay, it was over priced before inflation went up this year but I stopped going there because the atmosphere changed overall. They were never opened late enough and they were kinda airheads, they didn't understand good service and treating all customers equally. The guys that were there last seemed to be more concerned with their looks than providing great customer service. When you regularly patronize a coffee shop you hope to build a rapport with your barista. read more

Cute little coffee shop underneath Towneplace Suites. Lots of natural lighting and pastel colors. The coffee is decent, I've been many times but their lattes aren't consistent. Some of the same orders have been super sweet, not sweet enough or tasted watered down. Price point is a little high for the quality. Honestly wouldn't mind coming back but I won't be giving them my money again. The owner or manager (he's in there all the time) is incredibly rude and unwelcoming. Stares at you while you're looking over the menu as if he's ready to take your order so he can get you out. I've been there when it opens at 8am and asks you not to come in until minutes later. Understandable for him but early coffee getters also have places to be. Just not the establishment I will continue to support when there's other local coffee shops down the streets that are much more welcoming. read more

I like walking here for coffee some mornings. The hours online say open 7-3 on Saturday. However I got here at 8AM this morning there were two employees behind the counter and the doors were locked. Maybe the online hours are incorrect? If so that should be adjusted. read more

Such a cute little coffee shop! The vibes are so bright and clean and simple. The coffee is a little bit on the more expensive side but it was delicious and great quality. We got great service and there are a few food options on the menu but we did not give them a try. There is plenty of comfortable spots to sit here as well.. some larger booths even- which can be hard to find at a coffee shop. Overall we really enjoyed having our first cup of coffee here in the morning and recommend you stop by if you're in the area! read more

This is such a cute, vibrant coffee bar just a block or two outside of the busyness of downtown. It's adjacent to the TownePlace Suites and right in the heart of the capitol district, which places it perfectly in an active area while leaving you with a little elbow room to really get work done or enjoy your favorite book. As far as the menu goes, they have various wonderful selections ranging from decadent coffee, teas, and delicious breakfast sandwiches as well. I got the brioche breakfast sandwich with sausage - which was a gamble for me as someone who doesn't do well with traditionally greasy foods. The sandwich was so filling, fresh, and light -- I felt like I was getting a little healthier with every bite. If you're looking for a great atmosphere for breakfast, or to grab a fresh cup of joe away from the immediate buzz of busy touristy central -- this is a great spot to try. read more

Very welcoming and helpful staff! Iced coffee and bagel were delicious! I would suggest the bagels with cream cheese, warm and so yummy.

My boyfriend and I were passing through Nashville and decided to try out Moonshot for our morning coffee stop. Walking in, the baristas greeted us kindly. The atmosphere of Moonshot is lovely: blues and pinks and greens adorn the shop and the vibe is a retro kind of feel. I ordered the Guinevere, one of their signature drinks, which is a rose and lavender latte that I added oat milk to. We also ordered breakfast: a bacon, egg and Gouda sandwich on brioche. Everything tasted WONDERFUL. The coffee was smooth and light and the breakfast was very filling. Our baristas were very helpful and kind. I highly suggest coming here! They have great food, but their customer service was terrible. We went the day before and everything was fine. Today the girl that was supposed to take our order was very unsure of if she can serve us food or not. They close the kitchen at 2pm. We came at 1:50pm and wanted to order a few pieces of toast. I told the girl about the order and she said that it should be okay to order. We waited in line for about 5 minutes until we reached the front. We tried to place our order but then the girl said she can only make one piece of toast for us now. It was 1:55pm by the time we reached the register. She said she could make it before but seemed to be very confused if she can or cannot have the kitchen make a few pieces of toast. We are a party of three people, and one piece of toast would not suffice. Seriously?? She then said we can only order one. If we are already buying something, it is not that difficult to add in a few other items in the order then. It's not very difficult to make either. It's just avocado and a piece of bread. Not that hard. She had them seemed to struggle with telling us and looked around like she was lost and did not know how to handle the situation. The person who was on the cafe bar making the drinks next to her did not help. He also did not seem very happy to assist us; which is odd because he works in a place where you have to interact with customers daily. We came in and asked about the food at 1:50pm. Your kitchen closes at 2pm. Please stick to your word. I work in a coffee shop myself and in retail service, where this would never fly by in my store. I don't understand what the big deal was with not letting us order, especially when we walked in BEFORE 2pm. Extremely disappointing. Not to mention that their food is quite expensive, so they turned down a semi large order. Such a shame. We just walked away. For the service we had experienced, we will not be coming back here. read more

Went downtown to try a new coffee place and came across this place. Everyone was super nice and the inside is super clean and has a crisp vibe. I got a chai tea latte with an extra shot and my boyfriend got a regular mocha and they both just tasted like milk which was weird just because I definitely try to make sure that my chai is more coffee-y than tea-y. Idk if the machine was busted but we definitely got glasses of milk and not coffee. read more

Tried this place on a whim with my fiancé and his mom while on a walk. The cute pastel interior drew my eye immediately. The cashier was friendly. We ordered and the service took about 15-20 minutes and our order was wrong. The barista was talking to other coworkers while making our drinks which is what we associated the mishap with. While the drinks were incorrect (I ordered an eggnog latte and they ordered a peppermint bark, we all got peppermint bark), they were still delicious. I don't think this would be my first choice for coffee in Nashville any time soon. read more
