Salted Caramel Latte, Cheesecake brownie, and lemon poppy seed muffin
    Parker S.

We drove here on an early Sunday morning to grab coffee before a walk at Shelby park. The ambience is a small coffee shop with the hustle and bustle of people grabbing coffee and headed off to work, church, etc. The workers were nice and were patient while we looked at the bunch of delicious goodies they've got. Coffee: - Salted Caramel Latte (4.5/5) exactly as described. Just a delicious latte with a dash of salt and a good punch of caramel. Ooof this was the best thing I had for sure. Food: - Chocolate cheesecake brownie (3/5) good but not very sweet for a brownie, and the cheesecake portion was really hard to actually taste. I'd grab something else next time I come. - Lemon poppyseed muffin (4/5) really tasty and chalk full of icing and a hint of lemon flavor. Would of liked a bit more lemon taste, but also nice for those that don't love a bunch of acidity. Overall, I wasnt in love with Slow Hand, but I do think its a really good spot for grab and go coffee and a pastry on the way to some plans/work.

All the scratch pastries just out on display!! Yumskies!!!

Oooh yeah baby, I found a great one this time! Slow Hand Coffee Bakeshop is an awesome place to wake up and go to. Its not a snuggly kind of place but it is Comfort Food Heaven. I cant remember ever having so much option anxiety about coffee shoppe offerings, but I languished in it. The egg and cheese biscuit I ate was one of the very best I've ever had: a flaky, (but not dry) biscuit and an egg that was soft but not runny. It was quite wonderfully put together I must say. Actually, there were so many fantastic choices, many I'd never ever heard of, that make me thrilled to wake up tomorrow and go back!!!

Quiet and quaint cafe, great for catching up with friends or family. The atmosphere is cozy and welcomes you for extended periods of time. Things you should know: I. PARKING There's a private parking lot in front of the building and also behind ~ easy & FREE. II. SERVICE Accomodating III. QUALITY The Americano I ordered was very dense and concentrated ~ I was very happy it wasn't watered down. Definitely recommend the pecan shortbread cookie, we all shared one and couldn't get enough..! IV. CAPACITY Available seating for a Friday late-morning.

I visited at the perfect time of year to try literally almost all their pumpkin treats and every single one was sublime! I love the atmosphere inside this little shop for a cup of coffee and cranking out some work, and the big dog friendly front porch for a slow morning and conversation. This will be a regular stop and a place I take friends and family to visit!

This coffee and pastry shop is a bit small. They seem to focus on hot coffees and lattes, but I was in an iced coffee mood which they might have only had one of. I was more in the mood for a cool handcrafty iced coffee drink like at Starbucks. I ended up just getting water and a cookie. I got the Sea Salt Chocolate Chip Cookie. It was pretty good. Staff was pretty nice as well.

A much welcomed coffee shop to a little strip of Gallatin that I hope is an on-going trend of walkable businesses and restaurants in East Nashville along Gallatin. It's nice to have more places that aren't just late night establishments and places to venture during the day. They've got great baked goods and their biscuit sandwiches are awesome. Pelican and Pig is going up adjacent to them and I'm excited for that concept of open fire cooking. The whole motiff is very rustic. The coffee is great, ample seating in the cafe and the biscuits they were serving were awesome. The chicken biscuit had amazing flavor. Not to mention he seasonings on the breading keep you wanting more. It's not greasy and didn't feel heavy. The biscuit was flaky and had a great time to them. Crunchy outside and creamy inside. Well done! I'll be back and hopefully will have extended hours. Would be great to come in after work to hang out.

I stopped by to grab some coffee and to satisfy my sweet/carb tooth. They have a large display that showcases what they currently have and we had trouble deciding which ones to get because they all looked so delicious. I ended up with the pumpkin scone, so freakin good and also massive for $3! I saved half and ended up eating that as a snack later in the day. I also got a latte which was good (not super coffee heavy just the way I like it!) I've read other reviews of slow/bad customer service and did not really experience that. The staff that helped us out were pleasant and service was great. It did take us a while to get our coffees, but hey it's covid what can you say? And FYI this is smaller space so, social distancing guidelines are a bit harder to follow. Overall, it's great place to stop by for coffee and some baked treats!

Right next to Pelican & Pig this is on permanent rotation for breakfast sammies & pastries. Can always count on the bacon, egg & cheese biscuit to hit the spot. I almost always get a pastry while I'm at it - today was the walnut banana bread - so good. Shopper beware - they only make so many sandwiches so when they run out they run out. There's a few parking spots right out front of the entrance, a few to the side, but then street parking is your best bet if those are full.

For starters, the city's natural party scene requires two things: fatty food and hangover remedies. Biscuit love serves both in one package, from buttery dishes to gravies that sooth that hangover better than any detox juice ever could. The second thing that firmly embeds Biscuit Love into its location is the biscuit. Coming to the south and not trying this phenomenal delicacy should be borderline illegal. And, Biscuit Love, perhaps, just perhaps, makes the best biscuits to be had out there. That is a dangerous thing to admit, but their unique texture of borderline croissant-ish layering of dough makes these biscuits dangerously delicate. They aren't those classic crumbly dry ones one many southerners are used to, but rather a revolution into what a biscuit should be. Lastly, Nashville's love for fried chicken and hot chicken is the other reason to come here. Well brined, perfectly crispy chicken at Biscuit Love is spectacular in every way that it should be and will wipe off that hangover from the face of the earth in minutes.

We ordered the Bonuts (fried biscuit dough, tossed in sugar and topped with lemon mascarpone and served over blueberry compote). The bonuts were by far my favorite part of the meal, perfectly balanced and a must order. For our entree we split the East Nasty (buttermilk biscuit, topped with chicken tenders, buttermilk white cheddar cheese, bear creek sausage gravy and we added an egg). The biscuit was good but needed a little more gravy. I also used hot sauce as I wanted a bit more of a kick with my biscuit. If you are in the Nashville id definitely recommend stopping the for brunch.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by one of the sweetest hosts, who made us feel genuinely welcome. We had made a reservation, and our table was ready immediately, making for a smooth and stress-free start to our meal. I would highly recommend making a reservation at least a day in advance--two days if you're visiting on a weekend or during peak travel times. It was clear this place is popular, and for good reason. Our server, Cody, truly made the experience unforgettable. Hands down, he is the best server I've ever had anywhere. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the menu, explain the daily specials, answer all of our questions, and offer recommendations based on what we were looking for. His knowledge, enthusiasm, and genuine hospitality elevated our entire dining experience. We ordered the pancakes, omelets, and of course, the famous biscuits. The biscuits absolutely deserve the hype! They were warm, buttery, fluffy, and practically melted in your mouth. The pancakes were light, fluffy, and delicious, and the omelets were cooked perfectly and packed with flavor. One thing I really appreciated is that while Loveless Cafe offers a supper menu in the evenings, breakfast is served all day. That's perfect for anyone like me who believes breakfast tastes good no matter what time it is! It's easy to see why Loveless Cafe has become such a Nashville staple. Between the warm Southern hospitality, outstanding service, and incredible food, this was an experience we'll be talking about long after breakfast. If you're visiting Nashville, or even if you're a local who hasn't been yet, put Loveless Cafe at the top of your list. And if you're lucky enough to have Cody as your server, you're in for an exceptional experience!

But, their cinnamon pancakes were amazing!! Those were definitely the winner!!! Best pancakes I've ever had. Their three pig omelette was pretty bomb as well. I got some of their sausage gravy on the side, to douse the omelette and that was definitely the move there. I think this is the first time I didn't need to use cholula for flavoring.
