I went there this morning because my smart start was acting up and stopping my car at intersections for two minutes because it wasn't registering when I blew, like it completely turned it off after telling me to "please retry" . I thought that would be cause for a repair or a new one, but instead a man named Ryan insisted that I was lying and instead just "blew hot" (at a level so ungodly high that it isn't possible. I would be dead from alcohol poisoning) and that "the smart start does not lie". He refused to repair it and tried sending me on my way. This is after he initially refused to even talk to me about the issues I was having because he started working on another car after mine and "didn't know when he would be done to talk to me." Finally he came out to talk to me. I explained my issues, also that my husband left for a deployment yesterday in the military to the Middle East so I couldn't be without means of reliable transportation , etc, but he cut me off mid thought and said that I was a liar and that he was not going to do anything to help me. I started crying and called my husband who called up there and they immediately believed him. So either have male anatomy or don't go here. I have received better service from a McDonald's at three in the morning ran by people on drugs.

I was informed that the prices was based on proprietary software (i.e. they charge a significant fee for the data license to mechanics that allow them to work on the vehicle) So not just anyone can work on the them. I was told it would be two weeks before I could schedule because of the backlog. So if I rear end someone I can tell my insurance company I was waiting for a replacement...got it. Called Paulie's Monday, on Wednesday I was back on the road. But wait...there's more. My coolant light came on that Tuesday (I had reported this previously to the dealer but they gave me the all clear.) So I asked if he could check it out (known issue with head gasket leakage). A month later it came on again. With no hesitation they said bring it in and we'll pressure test it again. Well apparently there was a minute leak under the carriage that was not easily visible. Unsure if it would be covered due to mileage a call to a different dealership got me right in. Paulie let me know that if it I was not covered they would work with me to get back on the road. Long story short under the CPO (certified pre-owned) warranty covers the repairs for a significantly lower fee than out of pocket.
