You're appt. will be cancelled!!" I said, in shock, "Whaaat? I have to use the ladies room badly, I will be right back." He told me he has 15 minutes per patient, those are the rules, no exception. I foolishly obliged because I was dropped off, was stuck there. The exam took a total of eight minutes!! He even told me I had 20/20 vision!! I asked, if that's true, why a prescription? No reply. I have terrible vision and wear glasses. It took me ten minutes to fill out the ppwk., and 8 minutes for the exam so, I guess i should feel "lucky" to have gotten 3 minutes extra of his precious time! hahaha! I tore up the worthless script and went to Moore Eye Center. Dr. Adams is a rude, inept "doctor". I have Never been treated so shabbily in my life!! Not even close.

I've been wearing contacts for over 35 years so I'm very familiar with the process. As a result of the unthorough exam, the prescription given was incorrect. Since I had plenty of contacts remaining from my previous prescription, I didnt start wearing the new ones until late May. I called the office to let them know and request to exchange the unopened box for my correct prescription but was told they wouldn't and only offered to come in and pay for another exam and also pay for more contacts. Why would I do that if they couldn't get it right the first time? So onto finding a new dr in the area.

These people are not personable or nice…read more Made an appointment here over the phone a few days before, I walked in and there was literally one person working the entire store/optical center? The lady working didn't even introduce herself at all. We just started the exam immediately in a big open room. She didn't ask me any questions about what I needed or what I was even there for? She just said there was no doctor on sight and everything was done by Telehealth? Which I wasn't made aware of before hand at all. I stated that I've had extremely sensitive eyes to light my entire life and she gave me an "oh boy here we go this guy is difficult " look and acted like she had 0 interest in my eye exam if you can even call it that. She tried to take a couple photos of my eyes which I guess didn't turn out well or something? and told me that she recommended I go see a regular in person doctor instead of them. Which is absolutely wild to me. The whole event was a complete circus and waste of time. These people seem like they're more interested in selling you on the color and fashion of their glasses than completing a basic eye exam. They don't even have a Dr. who works there. Don't go here for an exam it's a complete joke. Their basically vision works with higher prices and fancy machines they don't know how to use. It's pretty odd.

Dr. Jordyn Flemons suggested I try a different brand and said she would order trials before issuing my contact prescription. I aggreeded to this and had explained that I was leaving the country in a few days and would not be back in Texas until August. I confirmed that my parents would be able to come into the store and pick up the trials to then send to me so I would be able to test them out, that way I would have the new prescription with the new brand and be able to do a full order and have them by the time I get back. It has been over a month with ZERO CONTACT. No emails, no calls and no updates. So on May 31 I called the store to check in...only it's not the store but a call center who said they have no way of reaching the store or doctor directly. They also confirmed what I already suspected, no order for trials was ever placed. Dr. Jordyn Flemons lied to me to my face about ordering this. She knew I was down to my last pair of contacts and knew how important this was. I've been waiting for over a month for something she never even did. What's worse is I would have been more than happy just sticking with the brand I've used for the past 5+ years. I asked the man from the call center (because can't ask the doctor directly) if I could just have the basic prescription so I could just order contacts, I need to wear contacts each day and at this point not going to have any. I wear monthly and have already overworn them. He said no. So Warby Parker charged me for a glasses and contact exam, gave me a glasses prescription, did all the things to test contacts and lied about actually giving out a contact prescription. What concerns me the most is the fact there is no way to contact the doctor directly, not even an email. I've been using Warby Parker since 2019 and will never order or shop with them again. I still want my contact prescription but they refuse to connect me with the store to even get what I paid for.
