I show up to get them and they had 20' pieces instead. Said that's all they had and they could order again if needed. Nicely enough he only charged me for 16' lengths but I still ended up paying nearly $40 more for the additional lengths. I left a message for Allison who was the salesperson that told me she could get the 16' and 12' lengths from the vendor. Let her know I was frustrated that she would not contact me to let me know this before making the trip out there to find otherwise. She left me a message stating she ordered what she thought would be best for me! I mean really? How do you know what is best for my situation? Never apologized to me, just told me I had a negative attitude about it. Well yes, this is second time I show up at this business to find out they don't tell the correct information to begin with and then have the attitude that well if you don't like it you can go somewhere else or pay the additional fees for what they have or got instead. Done for good. This place is become pretty bad and bad attitudes there. Lesson learned.
