We called ahead to see if we could arrive early , were told it was very busy but to come along and they may be able to fit us in early . We arrived and were met by an extremely abrasive manager after I had advised the appt was now for bridesmaids not bridal . She snapped my head off stating we were early and they were busy and we would have to wait . We were also told we weren't allowed to touch the bridesmaid dresses nor remove them from the racks while we waiting. We stood in the store for 1 hour waiting for a room while walk ins received a change Room before us . During that time three other employees were also very abrasive and ignorant . It completely felt as if we were being punished as the bridal gown had been purchased elsewhere . I have received better service at McDonalds. do not recommend .

Unfortunately, she did not have any navy vests but gave me directions to the sister store in the Halifax Shopping Centre as well as another Moores location. I went to Moores across from the Halifax Shopping Centre. The gentleman there took my suit and spent the time to look at all the possible options and he found a match very easily. Instead of the employee looking at other Charm stores in the HRM to see if our size was available, She recommended they just send them out to be resized. They did not absorb this cost but charged us $50,00 a ring after the fact. As if it was our problem they have no inventory and did not see if other stores could fit us. I almost felt like like because we wanted simple and have no interest in spending a ton of money in a generic store, we were wasting their time. My husband was looking to purchase me a gift there with the rings. He was looking at the watch selection. After his experience he went else where. I love my very expensive watch he bought somewhere else where he was treated fairly. We will not revisit this store again. I am glad that it's an outlet, because not only are the prices really good, but I actually prefer their selection to that of the main store in the Shopping Center, which I feel is geared towards women about 15-20 years older than me. Being so close I've learned to wait for good sales and have scored some major deals. My only issue with the store is that I find the turnover of clothes can be a little slow, but I find the get enough new pieces in regularly to keep me coming back.
