We met at an agreed upon location later the same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem. The lithium batteries had apparently been drained after several days of dry camping. He provided invaluable information about our lithium batteries, our monitoring system and other related equipment. We were able to get our generator started which enabled charging of the batteries with our solar panels. He kindly stayed with us until we were underway. One shop didn't even want to do it. Bill showed up right on time and after answering a few more questions went to his craft. Took him about one hour and my car was running better than when I bought it. My cruiser has 193,000 miles on it and is running great now. I've put 500 miles on it since the fix and no problems. We clarified at the beginning of the service, when he arrived, that the $150.00 service fee is just that...$150.00 just to get him on site. THEN the $190.00/hr, one hour minimum rate begins. I was having an issue with my two AC thermostats. I couldn't get them to reset. He did both in less than five minutes, then shimmed my fridge door to repair the sticking door flap. With that being quickly taken care of, I had him change two exterior floodlight bulbs, and he was able to restart my kitchen vent fan while he was on the roof. All jobs performed in under an hour...totally worth the $345.00 to get everything fixed and prevent me from climbing on the roof of my fifth wheel. Thank you RV Doctor!

It got to the point we told him to refund us since he had never fixed it and tried so many times. He then told us we owed him, and so on and so forth. Come to find out it was a super cheap fix (which it was not from Danielle) and we ended up doing it ourselves. Will never be using this company again.

I contacted Jared and arranged to bring my truck in today. Jared plugged in his diagnostic computer and said that it's not a glow plug but a glow plugs computer connection problem. He found the connector and it was lose. He put it back in and reset everything and that fixed the problem. He didn't charge me at all. His honesty and integrity earned my future business!.
