The message said to leave name make model and year of Rv and issue, given my past experience with other mobile Rv repair businesses I wasn't gonna hold my breath for a return call. While I was in the process of manually leveling my 40 foot 5th wheel Mike the owner operator called me back and told me he would be at my location first thing in the morning 9:00am sharp. To my surprise he was like clockwork. Upon his arrival he immediately started to troubleshoot my problem and figured out my issue. I needed a new left front jack stand and motor. I was prepared to pay out of pocket since I figured he did not work with extended service plans and to my surprise he accepted and worked with Good Sam extended service plan got my repair covered ordered the part and had it here next day. Literally in less than 24 hours he had me up and running. While he was here he repaired my front awning which had been separating from my unit and it is better than before. Highly recommend his service he made me feel like I was important and took care of business. So much so he will be my new service tech for all future needs. After Mike's inspection including pictures, Mike said patching was not the way to go as there were large and too many holes. We were scheduled to leave on a 3+ month rv trip in 3 weeks and Mike got it done in 2 weeks. He dealt with our insurance company and got the roof replacement and a new A/C included. We clarified at the beginning of the service, when he arrived, that the $150.00 service fee is just that...$150.00 just to get him on site. THEN the $190.00/hr, one hour minimum rate begins. I was having an issue with my two AC thermostats. I couldn't get them to reset. He did both in less than five minutes, then shimmed my fridge door to repair the sticking door flap. With that being quickly taken care of, I had him change two exterior floodlight bulbs, and he was able to restart my kitchen vent fan while he was on the roof. All jobs performed in under an hour...totally worth the $345.00 to get everything fixed and prevent me from climbing on the roof of my fifth wheel. Thank you RV Doctor!

Dan was up front about the minimum charge to meet and diagnose the problem and I thought it was very reasonable. We met at an agreed upon location later the same day and he quickly diagnosed the problem. The lithium batteries had apparently been drained after several days of dry camping. He provided invaluable information about our lithium batteries, our monitoring system and other related equipment. We were able to get our generator started which enabled charging of the batteries with our solar panels. He kindly stayed with us until we were underway.
