I find my children's vaccination records, upcoming and previous visits, prescriptions, medical professionals who have provided care for my children from all the different facilities. Dr. Mcfadden is great! She has a warm and caring bedside manner approach and is a fantastic active listener. The office is large and I have never had issues with parking. The nurses are sweet and I feel the staff offer quality service. My son 3, once injured his forehead (huge bump and slight bleed) playing with friends. I called the practice and was able to do an assessment with a RN over the phone saving us a trip to the ER or Urgent Care. I definitely recommend.

Let me restate... my children's only pediatrician is CHOP. They were born in a CHOP hospital and have only seen CHOP pediatricians from this office for their entire lives so don't believe the hype they literally treat everyone this awful. I didn't get a call back until 3pm! And when I requested an appointment I was told that if I could go to urgent care... There is literally no point to having a doctor who's only recommendation is to go to urgent care when you are sick. I am a fully grown adult person... I am aware emergency rooms exist and urgent care exists. I don't need that kind of help. This was not an emergency but is something that a doctor should look at to keep from it getting so bad I actually do need to take my child to the emergency room. I am switching from CHOP. These large hospital systems don't care about people... they care about money. I would hope that since they deal with children that would not be the case. Yet again my optimism was misplaced. Awful

I loved my initial visit with her so much in the office that I changed my toddler's PCM to that office. The staff there are amazing and attentive to my questions and children's needs. I did take off a star because I recently started to have issues with the Dr. Heidi Weinroth that made me pretty uncomfortable. I checked into my appointment & was brought back and told I needed to undress my daughter and get her onto the scale in nothing but a clean diaper. The provider came in and asked me why she wasn't undressed yet and said "Well come on, I need to eat my lunch." & on a separate occasion, my toddler was being seen by her and my toddler was standing next to her while she was talking with me sitting on her computer and she swatted my daughters hand away and told her "Do not touch me." I will say the office staff handled my complaint pretty well and very fast. I was able to change providers and continue getting amazing care.

There is a small front lot and a larger rear lot. They also take a wide variety of insurance compared to other locations. The Bad: 15-20mins wait in waiting room after your appointment time, then 15-20mins wait in the exam room for 5-10min face time with a doctor or PA is usual. The worst: The scheduling process is a joke at times. Happens with well visits/routine vaccinations/flu shots appointment, when you arrive, they say it's a later time that day or some other day. Happened 3-4times in the last 5yrs. Really frustrating because we put the appointment in our phone as soon as we make them. Conclusion: Not all Advocare offices are equal. Skip this one if you value your time.

This is how she told me I was low in magnesium, testosterone & had a parasite. no science or actual medicine used. Sent me off with pills for an unidentified parasite, tincture of cilantro, magnesium & to buy a "grounding mat to sleep on". Didn't bother to look & see I was already taking magnesium. I believe in Eastern medicine but Dr Brobyn is a quack calling herself a doctor. Do not waste time or money with her.
