My two siblings and I have been going to this office since we were little pups. I now have a six month old two year-old and four-year-old & they love coming to the office. The nurse and the doctors are very attentive. If the kids are ever sick, I can usually get an appointment the day of if not the next day. Tristanne is always super sweet with my kids. The office itself is a bit outdated, but it's always clean and the care is A1. Everyone is kind and we will continue to go here until the kids age out. read more

I have been taking my son here for many years and at first i thought it was on and off bad treatment, condescending sarcastic jokes from the dr. T and staff rude behavior. Times has gone by his bed side manners are the worst. Made me feel like I was overly concerned when asking for I physical for my athletic son. Said "don't know why you are asking for that test"? I am clearly writhing my rights to ask for any test part of routine physical blood work for my son. I could even get two words in because the entire time he was talking over me. Saying to me "do you even feed him"? I took the call while I was at work so I could not really let him have it! Out of frustration I decided to look for google reviews and saw this.. clearly I'm not the only with complaints about this office horrible bed side manners which clearly starts with the dr. Great doctors and there when you need them. I have recently starting taking my daughter here and Dr. Rosen has made me at ease and has helped me make important choices for the health of my daughter. I trust her medical advise and love that she isn't quick to prescribe medications, she also reviews home remedies. Thank you Dr. Rosen and the entire staff at Advocare. A little insight on this location. They have a slide and play house in the waiting area for the little ones. It is always clean. The staff are professional and very polite. My daughter may have a different opinion but honestly, I would too, if I was on the receiving end of the periodical shots. I recently had to make an emergency appointment and they did their best to accommodate me. I had to wait for about an hour but I was not turned away. Which is very important to me. My granddaughter has been going to this pediatrician since she was born and I've always disliked the way some of the doctors and nurses brush you off. They are very old fashion and seem like they never do their job well, but my daughter and son in law have decided to just stay and deal with it all. Today she was seen because she hasn't been feeling well and has had a fever for a couple of days. While at the visit my granddaughter needed her diaper changed because again she hasn't been feeling well and had diarrhea. The nurses in this place had the nerve to call her "Smelly Melly" over and over which made her parents and myself feel embarrassed which no one should ever have to feel this way while trying to comfort their sick child. Even had the nerve to tell my son in law to throw the diaper out outside. It's time to find a pediatrician ASAP. Extremely unprofessional and unacceptable... I'm so upset! You do know that you work at a pediatric office right! read more

As a person of color who has been going to this doctor's office since I was a kid let me just say that I am extremely disappointed in the way the staff treat their patients. Once they moved to Cherry Hill it seems like everything went down hill. And don't get me started on the awful parking situation. It was awful in Merchant vile and it seems to be getting worse in Cherry Hill. I do not appreciate the way front desk staff talks to my mother and I like we're animals and every time we ask a question we get an attitude. It seems to be all the bullies in high school decided to become CNA and LPNs and it's scary. I won't be back! Staff here are rude and give people of color dirty looks. Take your kid to a different doctor it's so many to choose from. read more

The wait is way too long. Waited an hour for a nurse to give a flu shot. I'll find another pediatrician office that respects my time.

I've been taking my older daughter here for about 5 yrs now. The doctors here are very dedicated to the their patients. What I love the most about CHP, has to be the hours. 7 days per week an every major holiday. Its very comforting to know they're just a phone call away anytime. read more

This is a miserable office. I had been taking my children here for a few years and just switched to a new office as I was fed up with the poor service and treatment we received. On Wednesday morning, I called to make a same day appointment as my son was sick and the nurse or admin that answered didn't even ask me what his symptoms were, she just curtly said, he can't come today and they don't have appointments until the next day at 4. This is the typical rude, uncaring treatment I've received there. Dr. Taubman has very poor bedside manner and makes me uncomfortable. We always tried to see a different physician there but sometimes got stuck with him. I don't know how he ended up working with children. I've waited several times in exam rooms with my child undressed for 30 minutes or more. The facilities are outdated, run-down and cramped. They charge for any paperwork you may need for your child. You usually have to call more than once for a prescription refill because it's not put through the first time. They are always turning over the 3rd physician in this practice and it's obvious why--it's a sham. There are plenty of welcoming, caring groups to take your child--avoid this one and take them elsewhere. I don't know why it took me so long to switch. read more

Not only have they given my children the best care ,but I have never had to take my children to the emergency room they are always available even on holidays . They are both very knowledgeable and updated on new practices I have entrusted them with my children's health and well-being there entire life. And I don't take the lightly. read more

I just moved to the area and have been here 3 times and I will never go back. Each time there has been some issue but this last time was the straw that broke the camels back. I waited for the Dr. in the office for 45 minutes with my 15 month old (and spotty cell service so I couldn't distract with Elmo videos) before I had to ask if he forgot about me. The staff is less than friendly with the exception of the woman at the front desk and Dr. Taubman was an icy tool bag. He blamed the lateness on the patient prior who had "too many questions" and made me feel like my child had developmental issues bc he wasn't saying enough words. He had me pin my child's arms up and a nurse came in and pinned down his legs while he did the exam, my child was balling and he was less than nice about it. I'm blown away that a man like him would even want to be a pediatrician when he obviously doesn't like kids. read more

We've been using Cherry Hill Pediatrics for years. Dr. Rosen and Taubman are professional, friendly, talented doctors who definitely care about what they do and about their patients. I've never had any complaints and recommend them to anybody. read more

The only reason I stay with this group is for dr. Mchugh. She is younger and has 3 children of her own so she can relate. She is laid back and sits and listens. I have gone and seen the other two doctors and did not care for them at all! read more
