While the person at the front desk was kind and efficient, the kindness and efficiency stopped there. Good treatment was no where to be found. The tech could not figure out how to test my son's blood oxygen, so she got frustrated and stormed out. The nurse was rambling about things that were irrelevant. Very unprofessional. I am extremely disappointed in the current scheduling structure at this location. In the past, we've had little/no issue arriving as a walk-in and getting care. They've recently switched to a structure where people can pre-schedule appointments online BEFORE they even open! I arrived with a very sick kid before they opened their doors on a Saturday morning (with a line of other families there, too). The doors opened and we were told to 'get an appointment online' and that there weren't any appointments available until late in the day. Once in the building, their computers were slow/freezing, so not one person could get registered or checked in. We asked how long it'd be until we could be seen (mind you, we were the FIRST PEOPLE THERE THAT DAY)! And we were told it'd be hours, at minimum. Thank god for my child's pediatrician's office who opened their schedule to us in this legit emergency situation. I cannot fathom an "Urgent" care facility that permits online scheduling so far in advance that they cannot accommodate walk-ins or same-day appointments. My office experience was unfriendly, almost excluding. My daughter was sick and I googled this urgent care due to it being after 6pm. This was my first time at this urgent care and I checked on-line and it closed at 11pm and it was walk-ins available. I walked in the door and was told very rudely by the receptionist that they were full. I told her that on-line it states there were walk-in appointments and she responded it's at the providers discretion. I thankEd her and left. I immediately called the Turnersville and was told that this happens a lot with this location. Turnersville insisted that I go back and ask to speak to the Dr. I refuses and now I am at Cooper's ED being treated well. Just FYI guys!! read more

When my granddaughter showed symptoms of an ear infection over the weekend, while her parents were out of the country, I turned to this urgent care for help. I cannot thank Dawn at the front desk enough for helping me to pull together the information needed to have my granddaughter seen. She went WAY above and beyond expectation! I brought my 1 year old here and our nurse kept "calling" her mentor to try and figure out what's going on with my child. Then when I left the patient room everyone seemed to be sitting around doing nothing, when the nurse realized she quickly mentioned she was on the phone with her "mentor". I didn't realize a 10 minute phone conversation was needed to yield absolutely zero answers. Then to really make this experience the worst of the worst the "dr" came in and mentioned how pale my child looked, his lips in particular. Assuming this "dr" had some knowledge I rushed my child to Cooper hospital because he said he needed EMERGENCY bloodwork. It could not wait another day. Upon arriving at Cooper, they said they spoke with PM pediatric but bloodwork was never mentioned. Point being I rushed my 1 year old to the hospital for no reason, they wouldn't even do bloodwork. So not only are they incompetent in their practice but they are also in the business of wasting peoples time and lying about phone conversations with hospitals. WILD that this is an actual review of a business but they will never see my child nor anyone I know. You couldn't pay me to recommend this place to ANYONE. If I could put -100 stars I would. I went for 3 Covid tests for my children because we had to travel. PM pediatrics charged for a full medical consultation, IN ADDITION to the Covid test. First the nurse went in and asked if they had symptoms and took temperature, then the doctor came and did the same. That is all! and they charged the insurance for $380 for each kid plus $100 for each test. I was not informed that the children would have a medical exam by the doctor, and I did not request it. Patients should be informed that they or their insurance will be charged for a medical consult (call that a medical consult! temperature check and symptoms questions!) IT IS TOTALLY ABUSIVE read more

If you continue to keep Dr. Autumn there who is rude, demeaning, unprofessional and ignorant.... you won't have many patients left!! We brought our 5 year old in because she was bit by a dog on her face in multiple spots. The doctor tried to stitch her when she was barely numb and then wanted to restrain her by tying her down when my daughter was clearly saying she could feel the sutures going in. The doctor also attempted to stitch one laceration three separate times before successfully getting the suture through correctly. We left and went to CHOP, got amazing care from a pediatric plastic surgeon and attending physician. Don't bring your child here, just go to CHOP! read more

I took my kids here to get Covid tested. The waiting room was clean the staff was very nice and explained everything. Dr. Autumn was great. Had a couple of questions. She answered them all. Reschedule the appointments online. Afterwords had to create an account online someplace else to get the results. That was confusing but the office cleared it up. She was great to my children and had a great experience. Sorry to hear all the bad reviews this place got. read more

One of the best urgent care experiences I've had, and I do not say that lightly. We went to an adult urgent care the previous day and they were clueless. The doctor that we saw today on a Sunday, Alicia Rapson, was outstanding. She was very familiar with many childhood illnesses (discussed with me) and was able to quickly diagnose a significant rash on my son. I have always thought it important to go to a pediatrician for children versus an adult doctor. This was confirmed today. I will definitely return next time we are sick. My wife and son just came in there to get a small object removed from his ear. I'm elderly, so I dont have a good phone. They requested to download this app before any sort of care was done. The app makes it quite difficult if you have an older phone. I tried to go through the computer, still an issue. Told my wife to just leave... very unhappy. We went to the Cherry Hill location twice last week and both times we saw Dr. Autumn Dye. She was so condescending and rude that our 15 year old felt the need to try to explain the reasons him and his sister were there for Covid tests. Truly, you would have thought she was paying out of pocket for them. I will NEVER recommend going to there if she is employed there. I have never met someone so unprofessional. PM Pediatrics needs to address Dr. Dye's terrible attitude with patients and parents. read more

I took my son to this location on 12/1/18 because I noticed a rash on his body when getting ready to give him a bath. The front desk and nurse were extremely helpful and seemed knowledgeable. I explained to both the nurse and the doctor that in addition to the rash he was extremely clingy, had a decreased appetite and while he didn't have a fever I had given him Tylenol because I suspected he was teething because of his behavior and having his hand in his mouth. He was diagnosed with dermatitis. I was also given a note for daycare that he wasn't contagious. His clinginess and decreased appetite stayed the same and Sunday he did have a fever so Monday I kept him home and took him to my doctor who diagnosed him with Hand Foot and Mouth, which is extremely contagious. Fortunately I followed up with our primary care doctor, but the doctor working Saturday night mentioned that this was the 3rd case of dermatitis that night so now 2 other kids are probably at daycare spreading HFM. Never again with this place as this was a minor medical issue and a misdiagnosis that could've impacted a lot of kids. read more

My daughter spiked a fever and it was too late to get any appointment with our primary care doctor. We chose to go to PM Pediatrics because they are the only urgent care that specializes in children. We had a very nice experience. The office and waiting room was bright and clean which is important to me because I do not like waiting in doctor's office waiting rooms. A lot of effort was made to make this place child friendly. Check in was easy and we didn't wait long before we were seen by a nurse and the doctor. The most important part was that the nurse and the doctor were great listeners. They were both very patient with my daughter who was nervous. They ran some tests and came to a conclusive diagnosis. The doctor was able to prescribe medication. Finally, They said they would forward all of the appointment's details to my child's primary care doctor which I thought was great. I would take her here again if the situation arose for it. read more

BEWARE. If your child is already sick they may contract COVID here. Do not go here for a COVID test or any other reason. They will bill you $50 per person and will make you extremely uncomfortable. If you have a sick child for any other reason, PLEASE TAKE THEM TO A SAFE FACILITY, such as Virtua or Lourdes. This site is doing COVID tests for patients up to 26 years old without proper precaution. They are not prepared or safely outfitted to do COVID tests. A person wearing a simple mask and no other PPE tested us in an exam room setting. It is not safe for other people (especially children) who may be here for other reasons. They also bungled notification. My child, who was positive for COVID-19, was notified instead of me, the parent. She was very upset. It is extremely unprofessional. The receptionist complained they were all "checked out" (it was 4:30 pm on a weekday) and could not run our insurance and payment card efficiently. The tech or aide was ill informed about COVID-19 as was the receptionist. The doctor spent 5 minutes with us for maximum billing. I fear for all parents who take their children here for any reason. read more

Had to take my daughter here tonight after 6 days with a fever and every single doctor just blew it off as a viral illness and just to let it run its course. No one would even swab her for the flu. Desperate i decided to take her here and within 20 minutes we found out she sure enough has Flu A along with a sinus infection. They gave her her first dose of the antibiotic for the sinus infection in the office because my pharmacy was closed for the night. They were very thorough and so kind and sweet with my daughter. Even the receptionists were super welcoming. If you need an urgent appointment for your child this is the place to go!! I took my son here on 2/11 after waking up from a nap at daycare with a suspected case of pink eye. The staff was very friendly and helpful during the check-in process and we were quickly brought in the back to get seen. The doctor was great with my squirmy 6 month old and was able to confirm a case of pink eye and rule out anything else. We were sent on our way with drops being electronically prescribed to our local pharmacy. I was in and out in about 30 minutes which was amazing to not have to throw off the evening routing too much! Took my two year old son in today. Staff was wonderful. He got sick in the waiting room and they took him right back and let me finish the check in process from the treatment area. Everyone from front desk to doctor was kind and helpful. Dr Luma was very friendly and great with my son who is a wiggle worm. We had an absolutely terrible experience at the Cherry Hill location on Thursday 2/20/20. My 5 month old daughter woke at 11pm with a 104 fever. We quickly packed her up and drove to this facility to have her seen. We arrived around 11:30pm. It was clear from the moment that we walked in, that the staff was not happy that we were there so close to closing time. The woman at the front desk made several comments about how she will have to rush through registration since it's almost time to close. We were taken back quickly. The nurse was fine. She was sweet to my daughter and took her vital signs promptly. The doctor, who looked like he was sleeping when we were walking to the exam room, was another story. He came in, examined my daughter in under 2 minutes, and concluded that she had a virus and would be fine. He told me not to worry about her high fever. It would not hurt her. He then left the room. He came back a few minutes later, dropped off a syringe with Tylenol in it and said, "you can give that to her and then you can go". I did and then we left. Within an hour, my child's temperature had risen and she was vomiting. I called her regular pediatrician the following morning (about 9 hours after our visit). When I told my pediatrician of my experience, she was appalled. She told me that I absolutely should not ignore a child's temperature. Fevers can be very dangerous, especially for children this small. She asked if the doctor had performed a flu swab test since my child had all of the symptoms and because she was only 5 months, she has not yet been vaccinated. He had not. I'm guessing that is because it takes 15 minutes to run the test and he did not want to take the time to do it since they were closing. Needless to say, my regular pediatrician did the test and surprise, my daughter had the flu. Thankfully, she is doing well now since she has had proper treatment but had I not visited my regular pediatrician I am not sure that would have been the case. The doctor at Urgent Care was not wrong. She had a virus obviously but not just any virus, the flu. We could have started treatment much earlier but because of the importance placed on leaving work on time rather than caring about helping a sick child, we had to suffer through a terrible evening. I could not be more disappointed in my experience at this facility and will not be using it again in the future. read more

I brought my daughter to the Cherry Hill location a few weeks ago for what I felt was a worsening case of eczema. She had some scaly patches that were red and looked sore on her arms and under her neck. Being that it was after 8pm, my pediatrician was closed. We arrived and were quickly waited on as we were the only people there. The facility was clean and bright and the two girls working the front desk were very nice. We waited maybe 10 minutes before being brought back. The nurse was friendly, chatting with my husband and I about our daughter's love for all things Mickey Mouse. The provider comes in, glances over my daughter, looking at her hands and trying to look inside her mouth even though my daughter was less than cooperative with that. She immediately says my daughter has HFM. I look at her shocked. She opens my daughter's hand and points to the crease and says she sees spots in her hand. I look and see NOTHING. She says that she also sees white spots in her mouth, which how was that even possible since she couldn't see anything past my daughter's tongue? She then asks me a bunch of questions...does my daughter go to daycare? NO. Does she have siblings that are in daycare? SHE'S AN ONLY CHILD. Has she been inside a shopping cart or touched a shopping cart or anything? SHE IS 4 MONTHS OLD SHE DOESN'T GO IN THE CART SHE IS IN HER STROLLER EVERYWHERE WE GO. She couldn't give me any explanation as to why she felt it was HFM, when clearly it was nothing more than eczema that was more inflamed than usual. (As a nurse I myself have seen HFM cases and this was definitely NOT the case with my daughter) We were rushed out after that. I felt worse leaving than I did bringing my daughter in. I was infuriated. We were treated like we were interrupting the provider's night of not having anyone to see only to be given some ridiculous diagnosis for a virus that my daughter had NO WAY OF CONTRACTING since she is in our home 97% of the time with family members that care for her while my husband and I are at work. The only reason why this place is getting any stars is for its cleanliness and the professionalism of the front desk staff and the nurse. The provider on the other hand left quite a lot to be desired and I wouldn't even think to allow her to care for anyone's child after what she put us through. I will not return to this facility ever again and would rather pay my copay for an ER visit to see an actual physician who knows what they are doing before bringing my daughter back or recommending this place to anyone! read more

My family was visiting New Jersey to attend my sister's wedding when my 18 month old came down with a fever. Having a sick kid is never fun, but was especially stressful given that we were traveling and with the fun and excitement of the wedding mere hours in our future as well as a long flight back to the west coast. We found PM pediatrics on a whim, as the first urgent care center did not accept our insurance and we are so thankful we were directed to this wonderful center. PM Pediatrics is a clean, welcoming, state of the art facility with adorable woodland themed paintings throughout. The staff was efficient, friendly and extremely professional and kind in caring for my son and answering all of my questions. They even followed up with a phone call to ensure my son was feeling better a few days later. I am so glad we visited PM Pediatrics and very thankful for the relief they provided to our family! read more
