After I did the tour wd Ms. Amanda, we were all in. My daughter loves Ms. Rajani, Ms. Amanda, Ms. Elma and she still talks about them even though she's attending TK now at a public school. My daughter not only learnt her letters and numbers but also how to be kind and respectful, how to help around the house as well as a little Spanish and Mandarin. We have built life long friendships with other parents(and teachers) and I can't wait to send my twin girls as soon as they are old enough to join the school.

If you are looking for a preschool where the teachers care and they all feel like family, this place is it! The location is excellent and they have a wonderful outdoor play area so our children get exposed to the outdoors and are not sitting inside all day. It's also easy to get to since it is near the 23 freeway and sunset hills. It's easy to get back on the freeway to/from work. We are so glad this place exists and feel so lucky to send our daughter here. I strongly recommend this place for preschool!! It is the best in the area.

Our family especially loves the focus on nature/outdoor time (nature walks, gardening, mud kitchen, huge fenced in play yard, animals in the classroom, bringing nature items indoors, etc.) and the school's approach to teaching about God through nature and the spirit rather than dogma. Children learn to thank God through prays at mealtime, learn about God through creation, and celebrate Christian holidays. The school follows a play-based curriculum and classrooms offer various stations, including dramatic play, drawing/writing, painting, circle time, books, blocks, etc. Teachers put a lot of intentionality into the classroom space and curriculum for a wholistic play-filled learning experience. However, if you are looking for a more academic-based curriculum (worksheets, formal structure similar to elementary schools), this will not fit your needs. All skills are taught but are approached through play. The school is small, with only two classrooms (2-3s & 4-5s) and appx. 15 children (give or take) per class with a teacher and assistant teacher, plus other floating staff who are always engaged. This allows for a lot of one-on-one time. The school is a little less techy than other schools, which may be a plus or minus depending on family needs. The school does not use a comprehensive preschool app for sign in, notifications, payments, etc. like many other schools do. Instead, photos are shared through an photo app and all other things like sign in, payments, and events are shared on paper. Lastly, pricing is on the lower end for the area compared to other preschools and extended hours are available for parents trying to balance full-time work and parenting.

I had my two children attend her daycare full time. My son, from age 1 year to the time he started kindergarten at 5yo. My daughter, from 4 months old, to 5 years. We had gone through some rough years with the kiddos - difficulty potty training, tantrums, picky eating, etc. Tracy went above and beyond to work with me and my kids, in the most loving and gentle way possible. My kids are now flourishing in school and it's no doubt due to Tracy! This is not an ordinary "at home center." The kids are not left in front of the tv for hours. She does curriculum with the older kids, arts and crafts, dancing, singing, playing inside and out - and promotes a healthy environment of sharing and being safe. She always gave every parent a quick report at the end of the day and let us know if anything needed to be addressed. I 100% trust her, and that, in and of itself, is priceless! My kids actually consider her to be like a second mom. No one could ask more than that. Highly, highly recommend Tracy and Daydreamer's.

The level of compassion, competence, and care the teachers and school director embody is unmatched. The first day we took a tour of the school my toddler didn't want to leave. He was so enamored by their outdoor classroom. Fast forward to a year later, my toddler is now in their preschool program saying all kinds of new phrases and ideas he is learning in school. He adores his school, the teachers and his friends and whenever he can't go due to sickness he'll say to me "I feel sad because I want to go to school" And my newest addition to the family started in the Daycare. He is such a happy baby, never cries at drop off. The care is so individualized, they give you notes on how his day went, and sometimes pictures or video clips of precious moments they're able to capture. There's a baby curriculum that they use, every thing done there and all the fixtures present are well thought out and intentionally done to promote healthy development. FFECC provides our family with such peace of mind to know that are kiddos are in safe hands. I'm so grateful and blessed to have found this school.

On top of that, he was kind enough to check on my Samsung washer, which was throwing an error code due to too much detergent, and fixed that issue for us as well without charging me extra. All that I wanted to do was revive the machine. The repair technician Valerie confirmed my analysis. As the machine had two RAM chips, one 8 GB, the other 4 GB, she suggested that it might be possible to revive the machine if the 4 GB chip was defective. Simply taking it out would leave an 7 GB RAM chip which was sufficient for the machine to run. So she took it out, we rebooted the machine, and to my pleasant surprise it worked. As I plan to buy a new PC immediately, the 8 GB RAM chip will suffice for my needs. Valarie saved me the ~$125 cost of a new 16 GB RAM chip. She refused to accept any payment for her work.

Such a whirlwind of emotions as I write this...From the first facility tour with Ms. Irina over 2.5 years ago, to just finishing up our last week with bittersweet tears and hugs from all of the staff. We knew in our hearts this place was meant for our family right from the start without needing to tour other places, even though Ms. Irina recommended it for us to be able to see our options. Didn't matter. We already knew and couldn't wait, despite being more expensive. There's no price too high for the experience we had with every single staff member. From the sweet morning greetings from Ms. Sandra with her nickname for Lily, the goodbyes from Ms. Irina at pick up, to Ms. Ezat with her sweet smiles and wonderfully prepared meals in between. The constant updates, photos and videos of the fun activities (that Ms. Irina even participates in) brought a true sense of comfort and contentment for those hours apart, especially seeing the joy in all of the little faces. Our first teacher, Ms. Kim was incredible! Her patience and gentle soul are what got us through the emotional roller coaster of the dreaded tearful drop offs and separation (for both mom and Lily). Questioning tearfully every day as I drove away those first few weeks if we were wrong to leave her at only two years old. Then it was time to move up to the bigger class and those feelings started all over again. Knowing then how much she had grown attached to Ms. Kim, we thought there was no way she'd do well with anyone else. Then she moved on to Ms. Karina and Ms. Pradeepa (who she thankfully shared some time with in the younger class). Having her familiar face and daily welcoming hugs eased that transition. Ms. Karina and Ms. "Deepa" offered the same patience and warmth to our still very shy/hesitant Lily. She was okay with me leaving once she saw one of their familiar faces. It was the same with wonderful Ms. Tania. She knew her from everywhere as Ms. Tania always filled in multiple classes when the teacher's were away. Then the time had come for Pre-K. I still remember Ms. Irina telling me that Ms. Cherry wanted Lily in her class. I thought to myself, did she know what she was asking for? Not only did she learn and grow so much academically with Ms. Cherry, but she also matured emotionally/verbally wanting to share everything she could and hasn't stopped talking since. Ms. Cherry's curriculum, structure and attention to detail is unmatched and didn't go unnoticed by our family and friends. She more than prepares the kids for future educational levels. Us, as parents, even learned from Ms. Cherry. Such an amazing caretaker, educator and human being. We highly recommend this home away from home for your littles. Every single staff member treats your child as they would their own. It is truly a learning center that cares, not a daycare. Our daughter still wants to stop in and say hello any time we drive by. I have been sending my two kids (ages 1 and 3) to KinderCare in Moorpark for over 6 months now, and my mom-stress has almost completely dropped off. Before starting them at KinderCare, both my kids were home with me. My younger daughter had only been watched by me or a close family friend who babysat often - she had never attended any group daycare. My older daughter had just started preschool in LA, but she was home practically every other week because she'd constantly get sick. When the pandemic first struck and the preschool closed, both my kids were home and I just couldn't juggle everything that was going. I was reluctant to put them in any daycare, but I had a couple people recommend this location to me, so I got them signed up. I don't even know where to begin. First, let me say that neither of my kids have gotten sick in 6 months. I didn't even know that was physically possible to have two kids age 1 and 3 not get sick. Everything is extremely clean inside, and I see them sanitizing almost every time I've come through. My younger daughter had a really tough time starting daycare. She's incredibly attached to me, and each day I would drop her off she'd be crying and yelling mama as I walked out. Its absolutely heart-breaking. But Irina had our backs. She stood confidently and reminded us that this is a transition period and soon she'd be running in excited to see her friends. And how absolutely right she was. Now, when we drop her off, she doesn't look back, she just runs in smiling and chatting. And there have even been days where I can't get her to leave the classroom! Irina is the Director and got us signed up and started insanely quick. She runs a tight ship, and I'd lie if I said I wasn't intimidated by her sometimes. But that's the kind of strong-will and fierce character it takes to run a daycare. She clearly loves her job, and in my opinion, she does it very well, also evidenced by how wonderful each and every teacher and staff member are. They are all incredibly professional, compassionate, and kind. Its obvious from the way my kids come home saying they like school and telling me stories of their teachers and friends that they both feel so loved there. My older daughter was not potty trained when I started her here. I tried so many times to potty train her, but I just couldn't get her to cooperate with me. Somehow though, the teachers worked their magic and now she's potty trained! Honestly, that credit belongs entirely to them. All I can speak to is my experience, and I am grateful every day that I get to send my kids to this daycare. It would be impossible to quantify how much they helped us and our family, but suffice it to say that sending our kids here has changed all our lives for the better. read more

If you're local and looking for pre-school/day care, you can stop looking now. This is by far the best first "school" experience my son could have had. My son, William, was extremely hesitant to go to school. He is extremely stubborn. My wife and I were very anxious for this step in his life because we knew it would be difficult. He had just turned 4 when he started last summer. Ms. Cherry, his teacher from day one, was an absolutely blessing to say the least. She recognized William's separation anxiety immediately and worked with us to create a routine for him. She stuck by his side throughout the entire year, helping him integrate with the class and ease his intimidation. The first couple days, he was shut off from the class and wouldn't participate. Irena and Sandra let William calm down in their rooms with them. After a few days, we got a picture notification on the Kindercare app and saw his face smiling right at the camera. We cried tears of joy knowing they broke through and got our William to show his true colors as the sweetest, kindest boy. It took a couple weeks to get there, but Ms. Cherry did something magical. William just started school in another state after finishing at Kindercare last year. He is excited to go every day and has no hesitation to get in line for class every morning. I attribute his new fondness for school to Ms. Cherry and her nurture. This place costs a little bit more than some of the other options around town. In my opinion, it is worth the added cost and more. They truly know what they are doing. I will also mention that William now knows how to add, subtract, count to 500+, read small words, and draw and write very well for his age. These are all things other daycares don't work on. This school really is a hybrid in that they are daycare but also have a small curriculum. I couldn't more more proud of William. Thank you, Ms. Cherry. I would recommend KinderCare of Moorpark to any family looking for a loving and supportive preschool. The teachers and staff are not only awesome with the children but understanding and supportive with the families. I am continuously amazed and awed by the ideas, stories, and skills (skills that never would have occurred to me to introduce and try with my toddler) my daughter comes home with. I see daily how she is not only having fun all day with her friends but her mind and imagination are being fed and encouraged. Ms. Lauren's patience, creativity, and warmth lets me drop off my daughter with no worries and the assured knowledge that the day will be filled with fun, exploration, and love. I truly appreciate how she works with me and my daughter and personalizes learning skills and behavior modifications; she has always listened to me and made me feel like my daughter was special. We absolutely love Moorpark KinderCare! Three of my children have attended, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. The teachers are truly wonderful - caring, patient, and dedicated to helping each child grow. They create such a warm and welcoming environment that my once shy and reserved boys have completely thrived. It's genuinely enlightening to witness your ability to decipher the hidden truths that elude the perception of the ordinary observer. I cannot say enough good things about KinderCare Moorpark. The Center Director, Irina, and the assistant Director Sandra are awesome! Actually all of the teacher there are amazing! I have two little boys (almost 3 yrs and 5 yrs) that have attended this site for a couple of years. The curriculum is great, and my kids always come home happy. I work full time, and so the boys spend almost 10 hours a day there. With Moorpark Kindercare my children are learning new things every day, growing vegetables, learning science, sight words, phonics, writing, sensory tables, imaginary play, and so much more all while having fun! And summertime care consists of water play days, shows, petting zoos, treats, face painting, magic shows, super hero visits and more. The teachers there have become an extension of our family and my children's overall upbringing. My son has been enrolled at Moorpark KinderCare since the age of 2 and is now 6 years old and a recent graduate of their phenomenal kindergarten program. He is reading and writing above grade level and has learned many important social skills. I am so pleased with the center, it's director, and all of its kind staff. They have taken amazing care of my child and have provided a top notch educational environment. I highly recommend this KinderCare center. read more

My son has been at kindercare for a couple of years now and I couldn't think of a better place to have taken him. The staff all know him by name. There is no shortage of warm hugs and sincere smiles. He is currently in the two-year old room and he genuinely enjoys going every day. My now three-month-old daughter now attends and I have complete confidence that her experience will be just as great as my son's has been! read more

Our family has been part of the Kindercare community for several years now and the experience has been nothing short of wonderful and in many ways, life-changing. Our daughter "graduated" from Kindercare last year after spending nearly 2 years there, and she is now at our local public school and thriving in TK! The structure, curriculum and most importantly, the kindness and care from the teachers and staff truly prepared her for success. I still remember when she first started there, she was hesitant, unsure and struggling with confidence, especially when holding a pencil. She would melt to the ground ha! I had a great conversation with Ms Linda about my concerns, and she along with Ms Priscilla, poured their hearts into building my daughter up. Fast forward to "graduation", my daughter left the class READING. Their focus on phonics, patience and love for teaching made all the difference. Today, she is as confident as they come and genuinely LOVES going to school. For that, I am beyond grateful!! Because of this incredible experience, our youngest son now attends Kindercare as well. He's been there since the "baby class" and has grown so much. In fact, even though he is technically eligible for TK in the fall, my husband and I have chosen to keep him at Kindercare for another year because of how much we value their program. That decision says everything about the trust and confidence we have in this school. As a busy family with two working parents, Kindercare makes it easy. Providing the meals is a game-changer. We love following the pictures and schedule updates in the Kindercare app. The pic attached is one of the many photos we get of the kids at play. They have fun family engagement activities on holidays which can be fun! We love the Halloween event! I have met so many "mom friends" here and even though their children have left Kindercare, we still make a point to get together to hangout, have a happy hour or playdate at the park with or without our Kinderkids. When you have kids excited to go to school, nothing feels better. And every time we walk through the doors, we feel like part of the family. We are thankful we found a second HOME at Kindercare.

We love their focus on complying with safety regulations and documenting important details of the day's events through photos, videos, and notes in the KinderCare app. Our son enjoys time with all of his wonderful teachers like Ashley, Alyssa, Maria, Amy, Grace, and his BFF Kim. Although it can get a bit hectic, as expected with all the energetic kids, it seems like the teachers have genuine support from management, Nikki and Lisa, and that everyone strives to do their best for the kids. The teachers' impressive memory of our son's activities, especially in the chaos of many kids doing many things, is really useful reference for how to continue our childcare at home in the evening. It's impossible to know every single detail and metric of the center's operations, and moreover, the long-term strategy and potential incentive shifts of KinderCare as a large corporation that recently became publicly traded. One really positive and reassuring sign for this center specifically is the long average tenure of the teachers. This center's leadership is certainly doing something well to retain its staff, some of whom have been there for decades. In our experience, the staff seem supported and everyone has been so helpful and responsive whenever we've had any concerns or questions, including consistently picking up the phone on the rare times that we call. Childcare can be thankless work that goes underappreciated and some days must be overwhelming, so we truly appreciate these hardworking teachers for taking care of our little one!

I have had three children attend La Petite Simi Valley over the past eight years from infancy…read morethrough TK. I can honestly say the school has been incredible every step of the way. There are four child care centers closer to my home but I make the drive to La Petite because it's 100% worth it. The teachers are extremely knowledgeable, supportive and kind. They have years of expertise behind them, and it shows in their interactions with the kids. The communication between the staff and parents has been excellent and I feel that we have always been informed of curriculum standards, child behavioral patterns and upcoming events that my kids could partake in. When my older two children started kindergarten, their teachers remarked about how well prepared they were to start elementary school. I believe La Petite was instrumental in getting them ready. While the quality of the education at La Petite has kept us there for years, their flexibility with attendance has been a major incentive as well. I am a first responder, and therefore my work schedule is never fixed. I have been able to send my children to school different days each week without this causing an issue for the staff. It has been extremely helpful! The tuition at La Petite is highly competitive to other childcare centers in my area. Considering the school provides meals, snacks and diapers for the kids, it's a great deal! You can't go wrong choosing La Petite Simi Valley for your child. It is a great school with quality education, wonderful teachers and a family oriented atmosphere. If I could give it more than five stars, I would!

They spammed me with emails until I showed interest and all of a sudden they coincidentally "booked…read morethe last spot" the morning that I actually got ahold of the director. I also emailed her the day before, spoke to the assistant director and the lead teacher, also spoke to 2 different people at the call center the DAY BEFORE who confirmed there were no wait lists at that location. Also asked the Assistant director to have the director call me back the next day. So funny to me that as soon as I actually get ahold of the director, they happen to fill the last spot the same morning. I'll take it as a blessing since it was impossible to get ahold of the person I needed to, if my kid was actually attending there and I had the same level of urgency from them I would be even more upset.

The idea that my 2 year old boy would knock over a structure built with blocks by another kid was appalling to her . When I explained that we do that at home she accused me of bad parenting. I had many issues there. I called a meeting to see if we could get on the same page but unfortunately just provided me with more information leading to me and my husband pulling our son out and frankly I feel horrible that I didn't realize sooner how he was treated . You could just see the harmful effects that this place had on my son . I hope they close soon. The director (Joanna pimentel) and Melanie should move on. Maybe you can find someone good there but I didn't and you can't get those years back or try again . Please beware !

Nicole has two wonderful teachers, Miss Leehe and Miss Sevanah, who made my daughter enjoy going to daycare and love it--even asking for them on holidays. On harder drop-off days, being able to check the app and see that she is happy and having fun makes all the difference as a parent. The school feels like a family the moment you walk in. It is warm, homey, and cozy, and every teacher is so kind and welcoming. The directors, Anne and Ginny, are truly special. They are incredibly thoughtful, caring, and make everyone feel so welcome. Another huge plus is that all food is cooked on-site! It is so helpful as a parent to know they are making healthy and delicious snacks and lunches, and it has given my daughter the opportunity to try new foods since everyone is eating the same thing. The cook is so kind, the menu changes weekly, and everything smells amazing. Lastly, we also love that my son in TK can do drop-in days with his sister during school breaks, which he has also loved his experience there too. They absolutely love the school and all the teachers and their friends there. Our two year old is in with Ms. D and our 4 year is in with Mrs. Amanda and Ms. Ruthie and they both love their teachers. Honestly we love all the staff they are always so sweet with our girls and saying good morning and bye to them and so welcoming especially their first few weeks when they were sad at drop off. They now can't wait to go to school each day. Everyone is so caring and attentive and we honestly couldn't have found a better spot for the girls. Highly recommend!
