We've been attending Moorpark Kindercare for almost 4 years between our two kids and we just couldn't possibly be happier. Our daughter is about to start her last summer program and start TK next year and we're really sad this chapter is coming to an end. The center has taken such incredible care of our kids over the past few years and we're so glad our son still has another couple of years. The staff is amazing and it truly feels like home. Our daughter is currently with Ms. Cherry in the pre-K class and we love her so much. She's a great teacher and has a wonderful way of keeping the kids on task. She's the perfect combo of kind and loving but also keeps the kids in line and on schedule. Miss Irina is the director and she's basically family at this point, as is her Assistant director miss sandra. They do a great job at always being available to talk and support any needs you or your child might have. They never make you feel rushed or like your opinions aren't important. We also have had such a great experience in Miss Kim's 2 year old class. She's amazing and you can tell she truly loves her job. Highly recommend MP KinderCare to any family looking for a safe, clean, caring facility for their kids. Our family has been a part of the MPKC family for over 4 years now and have had a wonderful experience across the board. Ms. Irinia (Director) and Ms. Sandra (Asst Director) are so dedicated and treat the center like it's their personal baby - making sure to personally know each family that's enrolled and help with any questions we may have. Our oldest just graduated out of the center and is now starting TK at the public school nearby, and we are realizing how much his time at KC has prepared him for this transition to "big kid school". He was in Mrs. Cherry's Pre-K class for the last 2 years and we have nothing but amazing things to say. She somehow handles the full class by herself, but still gives individual attention to each child's learning and development journey. He came out of her class knowing how to fully write his first and last name, write friend's names, count to 40-50 on his own, follow directions and so much more. Mrs. Cherry really is a jack of all trades that takes great care in giving the kids a fun experience each day while preparing them for their learning journey after they graduate. Our 1yr old also just graduated from the infant classroom where Ms. Angelica and Ms. Lana took awesome care of him as well. Since he started there at 4 mo old, they both were a crucial part of his development journey - from practicing standing to helping him learn how to eat solids. We always felt so comfortable leaving him in their care each day. A year ago, I was in desperate need of a new daycare for my kids after an unfortunate incident. From the very first conversation with the director, Irina, I could tell I had found the right place. She was incredibly helpful, taking the time to answer all of my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable and at ease. Not only is she fully aware of everything happening at the daycare, but she genuinely cares about each child. The teachers are truly AMAZING. I especially appreciate how sweet and compassionate they are with my children. They answer any questions promptly. My three-year-old daughter absolutely adores Ms. Pradeepa and Ms. Karina, often running to hug them without hesitation. It's also been wonderful to see how much my kids have grown intellectually. Leaving my little ones is always tough, but knowing they're in a safe and nurturing environment that they love makes it much easier. KinderCare was one of the worst and most traumatizing experiences of my childhood. The staff didn't protect me from bullying -- I was scratched, teased, and made to feel unwanted by other kids while the adults stood by and did nothing. Instead of making me feel safe, the teachers themselves mocked me, played favorites, and treated me like I didn't belong. The worst memory I have is from nap time. I was still little, in diapers, and had an accident. I was scared and didn't know what to do, so I stayed quiet. Instead of handling it with care, a staff member ripped my blanket off in front of the entire class and screamed, "That's disgusting!" at me. I was humiliated, terrified, and made to feel like I had done something horrible -- when in reality I was just a small child who needed help. I am 23 years old now, and I still remember the way I was treated there. That daycare left me with lasting trauma. No child should ever be screamed at, mocked, or shamed by the very adults who are supposed to care for them. The environment at this daycare was cruel, unsafe, and damaging. I would never recommend sending a child to KinderCare. read more

Could not recommend Moorpark KinderCare more! Our son has been attending this facility for over 2 1/2 years, since he was 9mo old. He has had nothing but wonderful experiences here in every class he's been a part of. All the teachers are attentive, caring and dedicated to enriching each child's learning and growing journey. The classes are structured similar to actual classroom style learning, so there is a great mix of interactive play, imagine play, writing time, story time, music time, sensory tables, etc - due to this I feel confident our little guy will be super prepared when he graduates up to actual kindergarten classes. He's already learned to write his name at age 3 thanks to his awesome teacher, Mrs. Cherry! The teachers have also been an amazing resource for us parents. They were able to advise on what behavior is normal for the various ages and give great tips on how to handle certain things every parent has to face - shoutout to Ms. Kim, Ms. Karina and Ms. Cherry for advising us on potty training, the terrible twos and the lovely three-nager phases! The Director Ms. Irina and Assistant Director Ms. Sandra have been wonderful leaders for the facility and always are on hand to answer any questions we may have. They work with each family on the transitions between classes to make sure each child is ready to move up at the right time. They know all the children's names and really are invested in each family that comes through the door. :) read more

I wish I could give Moorpark KinderCare 10 starts! I can't say enough about how absolutely wonderful our experience has been! We started with our 4 year old over the summer and loved it so much that we decided to enroll our 10 month old! When I drop our kiddos off each day, I know they are in such a loving and caring environment, which gives me a clear mind to go to work and not worry about a thing. Irina, the Director, is amazing. She is always there to answer my millions of questions, highly responsive on the app, caring, always goes above and beyond, and is just so sweet to my little boys! When picking a school for my son I did a lot of research. I was told about how amazing Moorpark KinderCare was so I went in for a tour. It was the one and only tour I did. It was perfect. A year later, I still feel the same way. My son's teachers Mrs Cherry & Miss Madison are absolutely incredible. They have laid this extremely important foundation for him that will set him up for success throughout his school career. They've boosted his confidence, taught him how to do things to give him a sense of independence, and how to make good choices. I can't even find the words to thank them enough for all they've done for him. And these great teachers come from having a great leader in Miss Irina. This review is long overdo, like pretty much 4 years overdo. I can't say enough great things about Kindercare Moorpark. My daughter started there when she was about 4 months old and I still remember the day my husband and I toured the school. We were so nervous as we were first time parents and wanted to make sure the place we chose was the right fit. Wow! It certainly has been. From the moment I called to set up the appointment, to setting foot through the doors, it has been nothing but a warm and welcoming feeling. It was hard leaving my daughter in the beginning, but knowing she was in great hands was what helped put my mama heart at peace. Now I'm having a hard time as this is my daughters last week. Her teacher Mrs. Cherry is incredible! She truly cares for her kids and has taught my daughter a tremendous amount of life skills that she will carry for the rest of her life. She puts so much effort into all her lessons and makes sure the kids have fun as we'll Everyone there is just amazing and always so welcoming. From Mrs. Irina, the director who is very patient, kind, warm and genuinely loves all the kids. The fact that she can remember all of their names is amazing. To Ms. Sandra, the assistant director whose always greeting the kids with a warm smile and hug and making sure to put a smile on their face if they're having a rough morning. And to every other staff member there who helps make a difference. Kindercare has been a great start to my daughter's future and words will never be enough on just how thankful my husband and I are. As someone who has two children in this center I am appalled by the recent review I just read. So, from someone who actually has insight in to this facility, as a parent, let me tell you that review was atrocious and filled with false narratives about the center and the staff. Irina and Sandra both are wonderful people who are amazing at what they do. They both do their best to ensure everyone (staff, parents, children) is happy and that the children's happiness, health, and safety are top priority of every staff member there. They both will personally sit with any child that seems upset and needs some extra one on one attention. My child even refers to Sandra as her bestie because of how welcoming and caring Sandra is. As for Maryanne, she takes excellent care of my child while he is with her. If something even seems slightly off with him, she is very quick to notify me so that I'm aware of how his day is going. She works with the schedule my son is on and is always very happy to work with me as a parent when I have any questions. My child is very happy while he is there and I think that speaks for itself. My husband and I both are very thankful for the care our son receives. Mrs. Cherry is a phenomenal teacher and my daughter has blossomed so much since starting in her room. My daughter is always so excited to see Mrs. Cherry and Mrs. Cherry is always excited to see her too, even at 7 am! I've personally seen Cherry sit and talk with a child who was upset and she did everything she could to make them feel better. Cherry is very compassionate, patient, and just all around all the qualities you'd want in a teacher. From what I've observed, all of her student absolutely adore her. I know my husband and I couldn't ask for a better teacher for our daughter. Every staff member I have ever encountered there has been extremely helpful and kind. Ok, so after over 2.5 years of my kids attending this school, they never crease to amaze me! Staff is amazing, accommodating, attentive and polite, to my kids, as well as to us parents. We 100% trust KinderCare with our teaching our children. From the Director Irina, Assistant Director Sandra, all the teachers, and their aides- my Moorpark KinderCare is top notch. The level of education and care my children are receiving is second to none. During these trying times (Covid), KinderCare is a clean safe haven for my children 5 days a week. I was really curious why there was even one review that was one star. I absolutely love kinder care. I transferred over from Tutor Time and the Director Irene is wonderful. The person that put a one star review for KinderCare seems to have a lot of one star reviews based on how people are rude and the only reason I bring this up is because when everybody around you is rude, it's usually something YOUR doing wrong. Irene is Russian and very honest, she has NEVER been rude to me and so far I have noticed that EVERYBODY loves her. It's honestly like a family. read more

Thank you, Moorpark Kindercare for being so amazing! My 4yo absolutely LOVES going here. She attends the TK program along with before and after care. Every day she'll ask what day of the week it is because she can't wait to go back to school. My daughter used to be a somewhat picky eater, but after spending time here, she eats everything across the board now. I love the flexibility of the hours of this location. Reasonable pricing considering it includes breakfast, lunch, snacks, and milk/water. Me not having to meal prep one more thing is a huge relief for this already busy mom. The kindercare app updates throughout the day are my favorite. The director Irina is kind, respectful, and truly gets to know all of her kids that attend this location; she very much cares and has a rapport with many of the parents from what I see when I walk in to get my little one. When we went for our tour, I had already been to other places that made me cringe at first sight and thought no way would I leave my daughter here. When I stepped into kindercare, it reminded me of when I went to school. It's warm. Exciting. Inviting. Clean. They follow COVID protocols. Extra hand washing. The kids that were there didn't want to leave because they were still having so much fun. I could go on and on. We are counting our lucky stars that they had availability. Ok I am surprised by the excellent reviews. My son went to this establishment for about three months. Sure there are a few teachers who make a difference just like anywhere else. However, Irene, the Director over there, is rude, disrespectful and down right ridiculous. She needs a time out to re-evaluate whether or not she is cut out for this career. Without going into detail about my personal situation, she stuck her nose in where it didn't belong and knew nothing about the traumatic experience my kids went through. My family was discriminated against. Also, a mother/teacher lied about something and Irene blamed me. When I asked Irene, "Don't you have cameras so you can take a look and see what really happened?" She changed her tune. Take a look Lady!! This is a disgusting place to send your children.Very unorganized to the point where they can't even send your child's picture to the correct place !!!! To say Moorpark KinderCare is our "village" is an understatement. My son began at Moorpark KinderCare when he was 8 weeks old, my daughter started when she was 9 weeks old. My son is now 8 and my daughter is now 4. The care and love the Director Irene, Assistant Director Sandra, and all the teachers give to our children and our family is above and beyond. The center is clean and cared for and the education is phenomenal. While my son is now in elementary school, he was part of KinderCare from birth through the "school-age" program last year. My daughter is now in the 4 year old pre-k class and loves it. Both of them went through the phonics program, and my son took the music program and art program for years. Instead of entering T-K, my son was in the KinderCare Kindergarten class with Ms. Paige. She was incredible and gave him a solid foundation so that when he went to public elementary school he was ahead of the game. The personal, family environment provides a safe place for me as a mom to ask questions of the teachers regarding academics, social and emotional child development. The teachers partner with me to ensure my children thrive in all of life, not just life at school. Our family is in the process of relocating to another state. The most difficult part of this transition is having to leave our KinderCare family! Irene helped us locate and review a new KinderCare in our new community. She even called the other KinderCare and spoke with the director to ensure we would receive the exceptional level of care we are used to at Moorpark KinderCare. During the entire COVID crisis, this daycare center has been a silver lining. Our original daycare closed during the lockdown and we applied to have our children temporarily placed here. Despite the longer drive, we opted to stay here permanently due to the exceptional quality of the center and staff. We had a lot of issues at previous daycares and had become a full time job for us to mitigate those challenges. At Moorpark KinderCare, we've had no issues, quick responses from the director and quality care for our children. Our kids are truly loved and educated by a professional staff who take pride in their work. The Center Director Ms. Irina is a true leader who is dedicated to the children, her staff and maintaining the center's benchmark of quality care. Moorpark KinderCare was my daughter's second home right from birth to till 5 years until she moved on to a bigger school to attend Kindergarten. This place is amazing and the teachers became really close and bonded with us like family members. They know the likes and dislikes of all the kiddos and are very loving and caring. I couldn't have asked for a better place for my daughter to spend her infant, toddler, and the pre-school days five days-a-week all year round except for a 1 year gap when my parents volunteered to care for her. Over the years, my family have bonded with more than a few teachers. Ms. Irina Artemyeva, the Director, Ms. Sandra, Assistant Director, Ms. Cherry, Ms. Jennifer & Ms. Savanah (although no longer there) were all amazing. My daughter was in tears when she finished up her pre-k and it was time to move on to a bigger school. She still talks about visiting her friends and teacher-friends for summer camp days. Because of the teachers excellent care and encouragement, I can proudly say my daughter developed a strong love for reading and is now very advanced in reading compared to most 5 year-olds. Thank you KinderCare for being always there for me. You had my back always - on happy days as well as on not-so happy days! You were my relief during covid days, you came to my rescue when I had to teach my daughter social skills, reading skills, and other essential life skills. For that, we will be forever grateful. This center is truly amazing. Both of my children have been enrolled since 10-weeks old and are currently in elementary school. The teachers are experienced, loving, patient and kind. They diligently prepare children in social skills from an early age. Their academic programs begin in the infant room and continue through every level. Children are provided age - appropriate activities and lessons. The facility is clean and well maintained. The center director manages a fantastic group of teachers. She is approachable and reasonable. We have had nothing bit a fabulous experience as parents. We highly recommend the facility for children of all ages. read more

I've been sending my 2 children here for approximately a year and couldn't be happier. Everyone is kind and caring; they truly love working with kids and want what is best for them. They provide educational play, structured activities and are amazing at providing daily communication. They are incredibly clean and well maintained. My children are safe and happy; my eldest draws thank you pictures for the staff and my youngest recently told his teacher, "you have my heart." As both my kids have multiple food allergies I must share they have not had any anaphylactic reactions while in their care and are more than accommodating as they serve 2 meals and snacks throughout the day. Everyone who works there is exceptional and I can give them my highest recommendation. I'm really happy with this place. I was hesitant at first because my daughter had been in a school for the past two years I adored. But, Kindercare is closer to my house and I decided to give it a try. The staff is really nice and the director is very good and friendly. They're good with the kids and seem to build a good bond with them. Every child seems to have some one on one time with the teacher and the teacher seems to work according to that particular child's development. My kids (2 and 8) both attend KinderCare. My 8 yr old loves the after school program and enjoys riding the kindercare bus, which makes my life so easy! My 2 yr old has learned so much, and loves all the teachers! The staff is super friendly and know my kids as well as I do. The director is AMAZING! She is so loving with all the kids and knows everyone's name. They have always worked with us and are super helpful and available. We looked at several places for my granddaughter and are delighted that we found KinderCare. I feel that she has many teachers, not just one, as everyone pitches in and genuinely cares about each child. Her teacher in the 2's room helped get her potty trained and has taught her so much, as well as teaching us many things that have helped tremendously. I absolutely love this school. Great atmosphere and learning environment. My twins started here about a year ago and I must say I can definitely see the difference in their speech and learning.
