They insisted on sitting us on completely opposite sides of the salon. We asked to be next to each other and they rolled their eyes, sighed loudly and got frustrated. They explained that each worker had their own station so they could not put us together. We understood what they were telling us but did not appreciate the frustration they gave us. We said we would just go somewhere else. And we were completely polite. They tried to get us to stay but ultimately we were no longer comfortable due to their attitudes towards us. We went to another salon in the next plaza over and got excellent treatment and had a very good experience. I gave this place two stars because the salon looked nice and their prices were reasonable and other people seem to have had good experience (which is why we came here in the first place). That just wasn't our experience.

The technician who was assigned to do my nails didn't start until around 9:40 AM. What I requested was very simple: Gel-X with a sheer nude color and white chrome on top. Unfortunately, the execution was extremely poor. The shape is crooked, the color and top coat do not fully cover the nails, there is no apex, and the product flooded my cuticles and sidewalls. I tried to find even one nail that looked good, and there honestly wasn't a single one. All ten nails looked bad--I'm not exaggerating. The service also took far too long for the quality I received. On top of that, there is a 10% student discount advertised, which was not applied, even though I clearly stated that I am a student. No explanation was given. To make things worse, these were supposed to be my commencement nails. I trusted this salon for an important milestone, and instead I'm stuck with nails that look awful with no time to fix them before graduation. It's incredibly frustrating and upsetting to have something this visible ruined for such a special occasion. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience. Between the misleading booking system, the long wait, and the poor-quality work, I would not return--even if the service were free.

Then she scheduled another appointment in the middle of mine so she was going back and forth between us. You have no privacy here and are on a table in front of the bathrooms in this large open space. I asked for short and natural and instead got long and curly, definitely not natural or what I asked for. The lashes are synthetic and feel very hard, cheap and plastic and not soft or comfortable at all. The eyelash extensions were done very quickly and improperly. Instead of adhering them to my natural lash she instead adhered most of them to my eyelash lid!!! When I got home I noticed if I blinked hard it hurt and anytime I touched the lashes (like later to clean and brush them) it hurt. It hurt because she glued huge clusters of hairs to my eyelid!! In fact she glued most of the extensions to my actual eyelids..... in clumps. Don't go here! I have had several eyelash extensions done in multiple salons to compare this too and this was by far the worst. Go to someone who will take the time and use quality lashes applied in the proper manor. See pictures for an example of the clumps that were adhered to my eyelids And by the way Natalia no one ever reached out to me.... nor would I ever say anything like that quote you falsely attributed to me.
