TLDR: Great food, great service, entertaining menu and decor (probably not great if you have littles, it is NSFW with a lot of inuendo), pet friendly and Bartender/cook/waitress Delight was great! Traveling through on Hwy 380 from Ft Worth back to New Mexico on Labor day and this was the first place we found open. Even the DQ was closed! It looks like a hole in the wall and the inside has plywood walls and the floor looked like someone wiped their greasy ketchup fingers all over it. The decor was inappropriate humor and we loved it! My husband and I had a good chuckle over most of the signs and decor. We seriously contemplated buying a tshirt. I ordered the Stripper Chick wrap and my husband got the sleazy Cheesy Moose burger. The chicken in my wrap was seasoned well and juicy and went well with all the fixings. The burger was cooked to a perfect medium and we both had onion rings that were crunchy but not over cooked. The portions were huge and well worth every penny! We had our two mostly well behaved dogs with us and they let us bring them in since there was only one other couple who didn't object. They told us they do a fundraiser every year where the proceeds go to the animal shelter. If you happen to be be near Post TX, this place is a must!

I'm giving their Sleazy Cheesy Burger a 4 1/2 napkin rating! Getting to be almost impossible these days to find actual hand-formed, fresh beef hamburgers... that's what these are and they take all of two hands to handle. Also heard from nearby the Stiffy Bratwurst Wrap was sensational Great stop

I agree that this is not a great place to eat if you are going to a gospel event. McDonald's is just a couple of blocks from there. However, if you are looking for a great place to eat in Northwest Texas this is just the ticket. I had the burger and it was at least a 1/3 pound and extremely tasty. My wife had the hamburger quesadilla. It was more than enough food for her. And was wonderfully enjoyable. My sister-in- law also had a burger and could not stop raving about how good it was. It was juicy and full of flavor. The fries were seasoned and were excellent and the tater tots were the best ones we have ever had. We had great service. Note it is a Bar & Grill, there might be people in there drinking and smoking. People do that when you go to a Bar & Grill. We are from West Texas and will be going back.

Playing pool while waiting for our food!

Stopped by to grab some food in the middle of our road trip due to great previous yelp reviews recommending this place. We fell in love! Unfortunately we did not get the bartender's name but she was the sweetest, most helpful person we've met! She gladly helped us with menu options and the biggest bonus was getting AMAZING recommendations on our destination! Thanks to her we stopped by Roswell which we never knew was known as the "alien town". The food was DELICIOUS! Definitely get the fat ass quesadillas! The food is made on the spot and completely fresh which made it taste more delicious. We were able to play pool while waiting for the food and also got some free photo booth pictures! Definitely stop by and have some great food and a great time!! We'll definitely be back soon :)

Don't be scared, it's fun and the food is terrific! Get the buds, it's just an extra quarter.

Fantastic hole in the wall type of place. Whoever the woman is cooking and serving drinks behind the bar, she works her tail off. Don't forget to tip. Fresh burgers made in front of you and many other amusing named yummy options (see menu pic). I've met several friends here coming from Lubbock or the lake. It's worth the stop if you want a gooey cheeseburger and a beer!

Stopped by on my way through and figured I should grab something before the long drive. I like…read moretrying chili burgers because not only are they one of my favorites but I get to see how they make their chili and patty at the same time. Is it homemade chili? Homemade patty and seasoned? Soggy bun or toasted? There was a spot in the front to get a carhop so I parked. It didn't take long before a young girl came to ask for my order. Nothing else seemed that appetizing besides the chili burger anyway so I ordered that. "Mexican food" consisted of nachos. Only after the fact did I see onions rings but thought the burger was enough. No prices on the menu which made me suspicious but how much would a sort of fast food/diner cost me? Didn't expect to pay over $8 but yep. Quite a lot. The burger was only okay. Nothing unique. Nothing to write home about at all. The chili was only slightly different from a Sonic chili burger and honestly, Sonic has more flavor in theirs sadly. I wasn't offered any options for the chili burger and none listed on the menu. Chili burger is what the menu says and that's what you get. No option for onions or grilled onions or anything else. It's definitely not worth $8. Maaaaaybe $4-6 and $6 being generous. $8 should come with fries at least. Basic flavor. Basic presentation. Then you're most likely feeling the need to tip on top of that. The parking area was at least clean. People coming and going makes you think it's a popular spot but makes me wonder if there's better places to go even if I had to walk inside. Great place to pick up food for the kids, grandparents or a quick bite but don't expect much if you want flavor. You pay more than what you get.

Friday night stopped at Holly's for the first time on our way to Lubbock. Wasn't real sure where to…read morepark. Not seeing any other parking, I inadvertently parked in the 'Car Hop' section and quickly got a friendly lady to take our order. We had planned on going in.. but hey maybe this would be faster and get us back on the road. That was not the case. It took a really long time for couple of burgers to come out. I could not see a menu or what selections. So, we asked for the 'standard' cheeseburger and fries. When she did return with burgers, they were hot and the order correct. Not the best burgers with a over toasted bun and fairly dry meat... but it was dinner of sorts. The fries were to the usual fast food pre-cooked frozen fries. Nothing to write home about. The service; the car hop was friendly and pleasant. Ambiance; I did go in to use the restroom and over all, I would say Holly's has not had an upgrade since the 1990's. So, ambiance is leftover American Graffiti. With lots of wear and tear. Still worth a stop for nostalgia.
