I was told by the movers that the owner Rich Gaetano aka Rich Cambell would call me immediately. I was hesitant to pay the movers but they stated that no claim could be filed without full payment. I texted, and called the owner repeatedly on his business phones 860-756-0598 and 203-527-1020. He refuses to return my call or offer in anyway to repair the damage or file a claim with his insurance. I have filed a report with the police, the BB Bureau, Consumer Protection and will see Rich in small claims court. This matter could have been handled by the owner very differently. The movers did not intend to break the urn, but it is now their responsibility to provide customer service which includes paying for all restoration costs. Instead the owner chooses to hide, hoping I will go away. Guess what, I'm here and I'm angry!
