Guy was awesome! I have a rental in Denver, and I needed to be sure that the house was cleaned extensively before new tenants moved into my large house. Unfortunately, my last tenants were not as careful to cleaning details as I would have liked them to be, so needless to say missed dog hair was on baseboards and window sills and behind appliances, and the kitchen and bathrooms needed a very vigorous scrub. And I needed it all to be done thoroughly, so I could have my house pristine for the next tenant. Guy's crew were amazing. The bathrooms were spotless - tubs and shower doors gleamed. The oven, the stove, the refrigerator, floors, baseboards, and floors were all meticulously cleaned. I had my father, an ex-Marine with an eagle eye, give an inspection, since I could not be present, and he said it definitely passed. Knowing my dad's attention to detail...I knew the house looked fabulous. I read through the reviews before choosing Mop Stars, and I noted that some reviews stated that Mop Stars was a bit more expensive; however, let's be reasonable, you get what you pay for...and the two-person crew who cleaned my house was worth every penny. Hired Mop Stars to do a home move-in clean. Ladies arrived promptly as scheduled and went right to work. Did an excellent job. The house smelled so fresh and the bathrooms sparkled. The previous owner had left A LOT of cooking grease splattered under the kitchen cabinets. We had tried to get it off but were unsuccessful. The Mop Star crew, somehow, got it off for us. And hour and a half late, $100 more than quoted, no one spoke English enough to answer the question "how much longer do you need to finish" used my vacuum and trash bags, took a very long lunch break... I used this Company three or four times before and liked it and recommended them. Our house is not messy, but I like to have professionals come time to time. As a couple times before the owner offered the "deal" and I was happy to except it. The deal means that you get the same quality service at the sale price. Isn't it the way how it works everywhere? Well, at this time I was surprised that for four hours three people did not have chance to mop the floors and do all the detailing that you usually looking for from the professional services. Mop Stars did a fantastic job! We recently bought a new home and unfortunately the previous owners had a zoo (5 dogs, snakes, ferrets and birds) So needless to say, this home needed a SERIOUS deep cleaning. Mop Stars certainly helped us achieve just that. They were able to deodorize the home, as you can imagine the smell in this house was fairly potent. I had Mop Stars come to our house for a Pre-Baby/Spring Deep Cleaning and they did an absolutely amazing job - they cleaned all of the nooks and crannys other cleaning services either don't touch or charge extra to do. Unfortunately, I had to call to report a water spill on our carpet (the cleaning ladies pointed it out to me before leaving, but after it dried I could see a light stain) - I really didn't want to complain since they did such an amazing job.
