Lovely dentist Dr Kim so bubbly and knowledgeable, had a great way with my kids. Loved also the fun…read morekid decor of the office. It's such a shame however that it was apparently extremely overbooked in the fact that we waited almost 2 hours to be seen by the dentist and was told my daughter needs fillings for cavities. I was then told the next available appt for this was not for another 6 weeks after already waiting 2 months to be scheduled for just a regular checkup. We are only here for the summer since we are expats and going back to another country and overall from making an appt to be seen up to being treated would have been a total of 3 months?? What if my daughter's cavities were hurting? We were also quoted a total of 1200 dollars for the fillings. After having no choice but to reschedule at a different dentist, we were seen in less than a week for a new patient visit and able to make an appointment for fillings for the following week. They also quoted us under 400 dollars for the treatment plan. It's a shame that the staff is so nice here but I would not recommend going here.

Dr. Kim's bedside manner is just wonderful. It's already such a hard time in a mom's life and adding a procedure for your baby is hard but she and her team made it feel doable. The IBCLC Karen is also amazing, highly recommend having your procedure done on a Monday so you get her. I had another experience with a different provider several years ago and this one was so much more enjoyable.

I was absolutely surprised at the infection control standards. Ex.) Surprised for a kids office the toys given out are choking hazard size. Was dissatisfied with the tech xrays and had to ask for a retake as they were blurry and didn't show half the tooth surface not including gum or any root. Chair and surfaces looked physcially dirty and in need of a deep clean. Was disappointed with how fluoride was swept with finger over teeth. Lastly was not a fan of receiving 3 texts in the span of the work day including in all caps about my change in insurance and "LAST CHANCE" before canceling notice. I called and spoke to someone who apologized that I felt that way versus apologizing for those actions. We will not be returning.

My 2 year old son was supposed to get white crowns on all 4 front teeth. Yes, they gave me the…read moretreatment plan for extraction but I was told they would try to save them. I was told by other dentists that there was enough tooth left to save. 30 minutes in to the procedure the nurse came out and told me "she did have to wiggle those teeth out." Uh, what? Convenient that the price to extract is more than the price for white crowns. When I was finally able to see my son he was covered in blood. It was dripping out of his mouth on to the chair and had smeared all over his face and hands. I asked if there is something that could be done to give him teeth as his permanent ones won't come in for many more years and was told no. Looked it up and that is false. I should have trusted my first gut instinct with this one and gone elsewhere.
