Plus, this pharmacy reminds us of the mom and pop shops that we used to go to years back! Of course, there's times where it's hard to get through but it's because of the volume of work. However, I just had a truly awful experience with the pharmacist on duty today. My doctor sent my prescriptions on Tuesday, I went to Tiffany to pick up a prescription on Tuesday that was ready and was told that my other prescriptions would be filled today and tomorrow. However when I called this morning I was told a different story by the pharmacist on duty who has always been the least helpful one but he took his lack of regard for the wellbeing of patients to a different level today. He very sighed loudly when I asked him if I could expect my prescription to be filled tomorrow and spoke to me as if I were a nuisance. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with ANY pharmacist anywhere. He completely dismissed me and I was so shocked that I said,"I get it, thanks", and I hung up the phone. I have been an extremely loyal customer for years and I have referred many friends and family to Tiffany Pharmacy. I am such a patient person and I don't elicit rude responses from anyone because I treat everyone with a great deal of respect, however I do ask questions. I am just so disappointed and shocked that I had to write this review, and I never write reviews. Everyone at Tiffany is such a pleasure to speak with and I mean everyone, but after my interaction with that pharmacist today, I just feel terrible. Tiffany is more than a pharmacy to me, the core group of pharmacy staff that I am familiar with such as Maria, Stephanie, Kelly and a few others genuinely care and it shows In their work. They have gone above and beyond for me as well as for my family members, always helping to make difficult times a little bit better. I have never been treated so terribly by any pharmacist or pharmacy staff member anywhere. I don't mind waiting for my prescription because I have before and I am well aware that pharmaceutical shortages are just the new normal, but these issues are always explained to me by other pharmacy staff. Furthermore, as someone in the healthcare field I understand how important it is to foster positive relationships with patients, to answer their questions and to ensure that they have the information necessary to adhere to their medical treatment. I can only imagine the detrimental effects this pharmacist could have on an elderly person's adherence to treatment when they call with questions about their medication being filled or general questions. Furthermore, my elderly mother has also had less than helpful interactions with this same pharmacist, and if not for dedicated pharmacy staff such as Maria, she would have remained confused about her medication. Everyone at Tiffany has always treated me with respect, despite being busy. My hope is that Brian will read this review and attempt to solve the root of this issue by addressing that pharmacist's behavior with him. Tiffany Pharmacy has been such an integral part of my family's life for years and I hope that no one else has an experience like the one I had today. Thank you.

The day of the cruise, her wheelchair battery would not charge. I went to Guest Service to request an electric wheelchair or scooter. We also requested a bed rail for my friend to hold onto to get in and out of bed. Celebrity doesn't offer bed rails and has no electric chairs or scooters unless ordered in advance. I quickly Googled emergency delivery of medical equipment, and Elmora popped up. I called, and Ben answered. I told him my predicament and asked if he could deliver to the cruise ship terminal. Ben was right on it and on his way immediately with a wheelchair and a bed rail. The gangway was to be taken from the ship at 3:20 PM, and Ben arrived at 2:50 PM. At first, security would not give me clearance to leave the ship, but the wonderful woman at guest services made it happen!!!! Thank you, Emma, at Celebrity Silhouette Guest Services!! Without Ben and Elmora, my friend would be sleeping in her non-functioning wheelchair for seven nights. I owe Ben a debt of gratitude for his quick help and kindness. He contacted me during the cruise to see how we were doing. That meant everything to my friend and me! Thank you, Ben, from the bottom of my heart!!!! Hugs, balloons, lollipops, nothing was helping. It was humiliating and took roughly 25 mins to calm her down. It was pretty hard to not lose my cool after 15 mins. The 2 female pharmacists were absolute professional lifesavers. They both had the same name, which escape me. Tatiana maybe? Either way shout out to them for getting this done.
