whenever I go to this cvs for pharmacy I always have an issue at the drive thru window. this time I am done and will be switching my prescriptions to another pharmacy. i had a prescription sent there from my dr and it took 3 days for them to figure out they do not carry it anymore after they told me they ordered it. Entered my cc info on the app and showed the barcode and the woman at the window told me the payment was not done that way and I was trying to explain to her it shows it right here with me card that she just had to scan the barcode and she had no clue and told me I need to pay. Worst pharmacy ever. Always "short staffed". They don't open the drive thru when they don't feel like it. Inconvenient for the customers but they could not care less. Attitudes from everyone even the manager. Just go elsewhere read more

The company's employees do not follow you around the store anymore. The self checkout is good.

No one should go to this store. The employee named Jessairy and Wandy at the front counter got lot of attitude. They work there as if they dont want to and the store manager is not around any where. Horrible service in the pharmacy! Have been waiting 1 week now for a medication to come in, they are absolutely no help with locating the medication at another CVS. On hold time averages 20 minutes to speak with someone, called. CVS main customer support, they couldn't get Through to anyone in the pharmacy! This store's pharmacy is the worst! read more

The girl running the COVID vaccine appointments at 530 today was a star and she deserves more credit and recognition than just a Yelp review. (I didn't get her name or talk to a manager because I'm a bobo idiot!) but she was a star, and kept her grace, professionalism and poise under pressure. We highly recommend this CVS pharmacy. Both Pharmacists are excellent! -Sneha and Michelle. They have an strong team of assistants. I barely ever complain about services but this one I can't let go... I came over to CVS just a few minutes ago, to pick up RX through the drive-thru... since Covid hit, this is what works. I wanted an OTC but the Pharmacy asst. said I needed to come in the store for it. I did. What was meant to be a 5min walk in, turned into a good 45 min... not only was the wait in line that long but, Nicole #1944405, the cashier noticed that I had been waiting long this whole time. The manager sent me to a malfunctioning self check out station and assured it would work for me. But it didn't. I had already witnessed how it didn't work for other customers before me. It was my mistake to take the bait but I was in a rush and decided to trust that the problem had been fixed. Once I started to get annoyed immediately the cashier who had witnessed my discontent and my reasons for it; gave me a nasty look and did not ask to help me but instead gave me an attitude when I asked her if she could cash me out. She rolled her eyes at me!!At the end of the transaction, I thanked her and wished her a good day. She then walked away with no response. Her rude unnecessary behavior prompted this review. Had she ended my service nicely - because it was not personal - I wouldn't have written a thing. Service is everything. I recommend she changes her attitude and get the customer service thing in check. In addition, I did not even find what I was looking for! read more

I will never shop at Cvs in union nj on Maggie Street. October 17th went there I brought some toothpaste .The next day I noticed almost 400.00 dollars was stolen from my account. I had to cancel my account it was a inconvenience not having no money in my account .it took 2 and a half weeks for someone to respond from Cvs corporate headquarters .They was very unprofessional they didn't apologized or asked can we give you a gift card nothing . I was in disbelief when speaking to the manager from corporate he said it could have been more. I WILL NEVER SHOP AT ANY CVS AND I HAVE TRANSFERRED MY MEDICATIONS TO WALGREENS. Only because I've been frequenting a restaurant nearby that's a byob, I've been stopping into this CVS to get beverages... It's an older, disorganized store that definitely needs a bit of sprucing up, and the last 3 out of 4 times I've been there, the checkout person barely lifted her head up from her phone to stop texting, long fingernails clicking away. She did her business on the register, continuing to text as my card was approved, and only looked up when I hesitated to remove my card to stop the annoying beep (which I did on purpose). I can understand a random text when customers aren't around, but not when you're ringing someone up. Some people are up in arms about self-checkouts and people losing jobs, but I'd rather do it myself if I'm going to be ignored anyway. From the looks of the store and the service, management clearly needs to be stepped up here. read more

This is my neighborhood CVS! Their drive thru pharmacy is super convenient and they are always fairly staffed ! Never packed

I like CVS because they usually have good sales on their grocery items. So when I need to stock up on soda or spaghettios, I usually check the CVS flyer first. This is one of three CVS locations that are close to where I live. I like coming here because the parking situation at the other two is horrendous. Here, it's easy in, easy out. There are never enough people running registers, so there's always a line. And if someone has an issue - forget about it. You're never leaving. read more

I'm not the type of person to ever give a 5 out of 5 stars review or even leave a review for that matter. but since the arrival of the new pharmacist ms, ferrera its no longer a hassle to get my medication. they are an extremely friendly , smart, professional ,and faster than any other pharmacy I have used prior. if I ever have any problems with my insurance they personally deal with it and speak deirectly to them and my doctors offices . this has been such a relief , so thank you all at the cvs on Maggie ave union nj . read more

This is the cleanest CVS there is around Union. The staff is very friendly. The aisles are very organized and easy to locate the merchandise. This CVS is very convenient. The pharmacy is very professional and helpful. They recently have included fresh fruits and groceries. It is all fresh and ready to eat. I love this pharmacy. If I could give the pharmacy zero stars I would. On more than one occasion prescriptions were not filled after returning 24 hours later to pick them up. Returned on day 2 and still not filled. Then they couldn't find the script to be filled. Horrendous pharmacy and will stay with CVS on Morris and Lehigh Avenue where there are professional pharmacists on staff and have never had any problems. The store itself is nice as long as you don't need the pharmacy. read more

This pharmacy has finally upset me enough to take my business else where. The new pharmacist is so unprofessional. I should have known when I walked in on Friday to find her snacking behind her counter, wearing exercise/yoga pants with no white gown. I have been going to this place for over 2 years and this is the only time I have been so upset. She refuses to dispense my medication even after she called my doctor for the right amount. She continued to explain that what the previous prescription filled in the past were fraudulent and only cares that in a case of an audit she will get fined. She doesn't care about customer service and the fact that I have told her numerous times that she is upsetting me, she continued to explain her self righteousness.
