I booked Mario to redo all the flooring in my home and he did a great job. Communication was great and he was even willing to give me the initial estimate based only on videos and pictures of the house because I had delays in closing on the new home. He was flexible and easy to work with. We bought an older home and the original flooring had a mix of carpet, tile and hardwood. He was meticulous in ensuring he put leveling compound so we can even everything out. He checked back in a few months later so make sure we were happy with the flooring and came back to fix some very minor issues. Will definitely use him again on my next home! read more

This review is long overdue. We hired Mario to demo our tile and carpet, and replace with flooring. I really had no idea what kind we wanted, I just knew it wasn't what we had. He was so helpful explaining the difference between wood laminate and luxury vinyl. He went out if his way to help me choose the right style, and when I chose one He didn't have in his showroom, he special ordered it for me. He was very professional and always responsive. The project did end up going a couple days over the estimated completion date, but they didn't rush anything. They finished the job, made sure everything was sealed, and even dusted off the tile dust from all our counters and table tops. 6 months later and we still love our floors. Mario was one of the few contractors who responded to my request for an estimate. He came on time, worked with us to understand our needs and gave us a estimate that we felt was very reasonable. On the project day, they came on time and were very fast and efficient. During the project we had to do some additional work that was outside our initial scope and Mario was kind enough to accommodate it and did a great job finishing the work. I contacted Mario of Morales Flooring in desperation after a calamitous experience with Lowes. My rental home in Tracy was in need of new flooring. I looked at the very positive reviews posted by happy customers. I called Mario almost in desperation, thinking I was going to get the run around, once again. Mario responded to my call and arranged to meet me at the home to measure and give me samples of LVP. He came to my location, measured and gave me an idea of when the job could be completed.
